This is the best Sky Zone location I've ever been to. First and foremost, it's clean and new, and there's absolutely no stank anywhere, not even in the foam pits! Secondly, the kids on staff are responsible and actually seem to care about the work they do. And thirdly, it's a nice crowd. Kids are running around rambunctiously as you'd expect; but parents are involved overseeing their kids, and there wasn't a single injury or negative incident of any kind. It's a great spot for parties, for kids and adults alike. I'm looking forward to returning at opening time and running though a half-hour workout of my own. read more

What an add on to the Janss Marketplace! We took my from out of town visiting nieces here for a day of fun. They loved it! It's a fantastic place for kids to jump around and enjoy themselves. We went in the middle of the day last Tuesday and it was almost empty. We had the place to ourselves. The staff were friendly and even showed the girls a few tricks. I highly recommend taking your kids or borrowed kids, as we have, for a special treat here. It's a safe place for them to run around, jump up and down and just be kids. I did the flight tickets online for $24 per child for 1.5 hours. It was so easy to buy online and pick our time. It's not inexpensive but the girls loved every minute of it. Super fun place! I came to Dojo Boom for the first time last night for a birthday party and I had so much fun there! This dojo is located in Janss mall and parking is ample in both indoor and outdoor lot. The dojo place is huge, with various obstacle courses, trampolines, balance beams, rock climber and diving platform. They also offer traction socks for jumpers using the facility. I really love the trampoline area as it allows you to jump from section to section. The diving platform is fun and you get to dive into a pool of foam from almost 1.5 story high. My favorite is obstacle course that you use a trampoline to climb through multiple 5 feet walls. The place charges by the hour and it cost $17 per hour for an adult. They have adult time Friday and Saturday evenings from 9 pm to midnight and I believe this is a fantastic place to hang out with friends on weekends. Highly recommend! read more

They claim that you only have to give them three days advance notice in order to cancel, and that is simply untrue. I gave them over two weeks and I still got charged for the monthly fee and now they are forcing me to jump through hoops to get my money back. The facilities are alright. I guess. Nothing to do for smaller children and you have to helicopter over them. We were sitting on the couch right next to the open jump area, supervising our child (this is really the only part of the facility that younger children can use). Well, one of the workers came up to our 4 yr old, while we were sitting a foot away, and asked where her parents were. We were literally watching/hearing the interaction and alerted her to our presence. She acted as if we'd walked out of the facility and had lunch or something. She stated that we were expected to hover over our child and follow her around the facility while she jumped. We could see her perfectly from where we sat. The seating is scarce as it is and we found the best seat with the most accessible viewpoint near the door to monitor her. If you don't have the facilities to accommodate younger children, don't invite them to jump. Period. I've never been to a trampoline park that expected me to follow my child. read more

Management said my 4year old daughter was going against the rules by "swinging" on a feature in the ninja section. There is a picture on the website showing exactly what my daughter and I were reprimanded for. She was jumping on the swingable cargo net and then dismounting and practicing getting on and off the feature with only hands and feet (not sitting). The feature is designed to be jumped on and literally swings from one pivot point. Suddenly after ten minutes of practicing this feature that my daughter has enjoyed learning (and we've used it the same way for weeks) they have to stop and shame us for doing exactly what the feature is designed for? . read more

We prefer the TO location and getting their early as it gets more crowded and older kids start rolling in as the day goes on -although I have to give the teens credit, they are polite & considerate of the littles The only suggestion I have would be to have hand sanitizer available. My friend and her two young children (5y/o & 2y/o), myself and my two young girls (5y/o & 2y/o) came today to check this place out. Overall a poor experience here. The rates are decent per hour and my two year old was free which is nice. However my major issue was that we brought our "grip socks" that we purchased at another indoor trampoline place and they said we had to use "their socks" because that's what they "tested on their equipment." Are you frickin kidding me? They are literally the EXACT SAME MATERIAL!! So we had NO choice but to purchase THEIR socks. (See picture for comparison- left is "dojo" exclusives, right are mine). They are $3 a pair and they fit horribly for my 5 year old. WAY too big and were coming off the entire time! She was very irritated with them. The lady who helped us had a serious attitude problem. They have free lockers which is a bonus and added a star for me. You wait in line to pay for hand-stamps, silicone wristbands in a color designating your time allowance, and then another line to hear the rules. If you have to go to the bathroom or grab a drink of water, you have to wait in line again to get back in. Not a good system. There are tons of different areas and activities all over the place. This was a lot for my girls to take in, so we started at the trampolines and then moved on to try each section. A high jump, lots of foam pits, silks to swing on, rock climbing wall, a variety of "ninja warrior" type courses and more. There was a lot of staff around which was nice, however not one of them smiled or said hi when we passed one another or when I smiled (so odd at a kids place). At one point my two year old ended up on this one section of a course where she was stuck and couldn't get out. The staff just kept looking around and never said anything or offered her help. How did she even get down there?!? Like I said above, overall not a good experience. I'm not sure if we would return again. read more

Wow where do I begin. We came for a birthday party, we were super excited bc our son loves trampolines. Right when you get in, 3 young high school kids check you in BUT do not give you socks for the kids that were on the birthday list. We didn't even know we needed socks bc no one told us. Our son starts to jump and they come over to us to get in our face and say we need socks. We go back to the desk and say we are here for a birthday shouldn't we get socks. They said no, you need to purchase them! So we do, I go up to where the birthday is and the woman from the company helping in our area said we should have gotten a pair for the kid. Nope we didn't. Bums me out to rate so low because initially we loved this location so much we got their membership. Fast forward a few weeks to today. They decided it was a good idea to close on a Saturday for a private party until 12. No mention of it anyplace, no emails nothing, although they seem to email about everything else. Our son has been going to DoJo Boom, aka Defy, now Skyzone since he was 2ish. He loves it and has a TON of fun. Our family of 3 has a membership (totally worth it if you go more than 1x a month). A few things to note, some a bit irritating: there are no signs (or mention from the staff at check in) that state you MUST wear socks purchased from there, on site. We walked up the ramp to go in and had to turn back around to change out our socks. Luckily, I had other socks in the car, but what a pain in the arse on a 85 degree day with a 2 year old! There seems to be little policing of large parties of kids that run or jump on trampolines with small babies / toddlers. I had to politely say: please be careful around my son. They continued to run and knock over or bump into other children. On the same note, you often have to police other people's kids, behaving badly. Most parents are right alongside their kids, while others (might be) drinking wine in their Yeti's, not even paying attention to their kids. There was a kid pulling on the zip line rope, stopping kids mid way down the zip line causing them to fall off. I watched him do this to 5-6 kids, then walked up as he was about to mount the rope. Gave him a taste of his own medicine (yanked the rope, hard) then walked away and asked one of the employees to call him out. It's fun being a Scorpio / Mama Bear. read more

Yesterday, my wife and I purchased tickets online for our grandchildren to enjoy the park from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. However, we were not informed at the time of purchase that the park would be closing for a private event from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We only saw this when we arrived at the park and unfortunately at that point our pick up plans had already been made. Our plan was for my wife to pick us up after her emergency dental appointment. I found myself in a difficult situation as I have a handicap that severely limits my mobility. In addition, I am recovering from a fractured back and had received a shot earlier that day, which made me dizzy. As side note, I have cancer. Around 4:00 PM, I was informed that I needed to leave the premises due to the event, despite the fact that I was only sitting in the lounge area, which only had about ten people sitting there (see attached). I explained my situation to a staff member named Jeff Martinov. He requested that I leave the premises as I was not part of the party and was interfering with his responsibilities if tending to the party (which I believe was untrue). I told him that I wanted to remain in the lounge for just half an hour until my wife arrived to pick us up. Unfortunately, Jeff kept insisting that I was interfering with business operations and repeatedly asked me to vacate the premises, even threatening to call the police if I did not comply. I told hiim to go ahead and call the police. He suggested I wait outside in the 100-degree weather, which was simply not feasible given my health conditions. Never once did he offer to help me, and he showed a complete lack of empathy. This was a poor example for my grandkids to witness. I am 76 years old and was a business consultant for 55 years and I can honestly say this was the worst example of customer abuse I have ever experienced, given the underlying medical conditions and the fact that I was not an issues. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of understanding and accommodation provided by your staff. I did not attend or participate in the private event and merely needed a safe place to sit for a short period. I felt that the situation was handled with an unnecessary level of hostility and without consideration for my physical limitations. I would appreciate it if you could help me understand where your corporate policies indicate that someone in my situation must vacate the premises. For the record, you violated the ADA regulations regarding disabled individuals. I kindly request that you review the policies in place regarding communication of events that may impact customers' experience, as well as the training provided to staff on how to handle similar situations with compassion and flexibility. I believe that customers with disabilities deserve a reasonable degree of accommodation, especially in circumstances like mine, where there was no impact on the event itself. Please explain to me what harm I would have caused by being allowed At no time did I create any safety or other issues, or cause any commotion. As a matter of fact, I am soft spoken and never once did I raise my voice. It was Jeff who created a commotion by threatening to call the police if I didn't leave, all in front of my grandkids. Come on, Shawn, the police? I was just sitting there, minding my own business, and waiting for my ride. I was the one that did your guys a favor by purchasing tickets. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and hope that my feedback will help improve future experiences for all guests at Sky Zone. I look forward to your response and am hopeful that appropriate actions will be taken to address the concerns raised. At this point, I am prepared to use social media to show people what kind of business Sky Zone is, with obvious disregard for human beings, as well as file an ADA complaint. Do you really think my grandkids and their friends will ever want to go to Sky Zone, as well as others who read my posts? This was supposed to be a pleasant day with papa and his grandkids. For the record, all my statements are based on honest-to-goodness facts and are supported by witnesses. DISGUSTING!!! Are they trying to POISON their customers? They just installed a machine that pumps a huge amount of visible, fog-like toxic air freshener. At first our group noticed an extremely strong fake fragrance smell that made us gag. Then it got stronger and stronger - burned the eyes a little bit and gave several of us instant headaches and nausea. The owners must be complete morons if they think anyone wants toxic scented chemicals blasting while we're trying to jump and have fun with our kids.
