I'm new to yelp, but I thought I needed to start using it, just to let people know to please be careful at Skyzone. There are tons of kids, adults, different weight classes, jumping around. This is a great place, but whoever that girl is with the bright pink shoes last Sunday, who was working and taking care of her family (it was obvious, because she was giving them preferential treatment). She let her little cousin/nephew do a somersault on the trapeze and forgot there was another kid still in the pit..everyone around me literally gasped! She is a liability. She left her co-worker working the swing while she lept into the foam pit with a little girl on her lap off the trapeze platform. I was videotaping my children on the swing and caught the pink shoes girl getting out of the pit with the little girl behind her. I should post it, but I'm not sure it's legal. Her co-worker was obviously peeved, because she saw that little boy waiting (he looked like he was 4-years-old) and left her post to help him (5 Stars to her). Bless her heart. I was sitting on the perimeter of that pit and I saw the Mom of that boy like, "WTH?" My daughter and I shook our heads and the Mom knew what we were thinking. SMH. All the other workers were great (5 Stars). Please watch your kids, this place is new and there's an accident waiting to happen. Let's just hope it isn't your kids it happens to because of the incompetence of a worker. read more

As a seasoned Skyzone patron and a parent, I must share my unsettling recent experience at the Cerritos location. Upon arriving with my son, we were met with unprofessional behavior from a staff member who appeared to take issue with my child returning to the swing line after his turn. The employee's rude demeanor and refusal to acknowledge his mistake left a sour taste in our mouths. To make matters worse, when I turned to the manager, Jacqueline C., for assistance, she dismissed my concerns and chose to lecture me on our choice of socks. Her lack of professionalism and refusal to address the staff member's behavior was truly disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and attentiveness from management, which was clearly lacking during my visit. After years of being a loyal customer, I am hesitant to return to Skyzone Cerritos and am genuinely considering canceling my season pass. Prospective visitors should be aware of this incident and exercise caution before choosing this location, as the staff's attitude and management's ineffectiveness may very well put a damper on what should be a fun family experience. I sincerely hope that Skyzone corporate takes notice of this review and addresses these issues promptly, as I believe this location's current state is a disservice to the company's reputation and the overall Skyzone experience. read more

I was recently a guest at a party at Skyzone and had the pleasure of being assisted by Hadi, who truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Hadi's charismatic personality and warm smile made us feel welcomed and excited for the event at party check in. Hadi's service was impeccable. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of the party was perfectly organized. He seamlessly coordinated activities, keeping the kids entertained and engaged about jumping, while also checking in with the parents to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time.What stood out the most was Hadi's versatility and ability to handle multiple departments with ease. Whether he was filling up drinks, managing the refreshments area called fuel zone or assisting with the setup, Hadi performed each task with a level of professionalism and enthusiasm that was truly impressive. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our event special. We had the best child's birthday experience at Skyzone Cerritos. They were very informative and thorough in educating us on their facility, birthday offers, and the Sensory Sunday program. I appreciated their timely communication leading up to the event and appreciated their flexibility as I initially had a party of 11 jumpers but changed it to 25 just a couple of days before execution. They also accommodated a request have some food available at the start of our event even though they typically bring food out at the halfway point. They brought out the pinwheel sandwiches, fruit platters, and boneless chicken wings for our non-jumpers and then the pizza later at our request. The add-on foods were actually tasty and in great portions. Aggy was a fantastic Party Pro! If given the choice, I highly recommend her to host your party. Aggy was super friendly to our guests, anticipated our needs, and quickly offered her service. She even cut our cake for us and helped us pack up leftovers. Jackie was awesome in her assistance as well. The Court Monitors were also friendly in ensuring the safety of our jumpers. A clean and safe facility with friendly staff, I highly recommend Skyzone Cerritos for your child's next birthday activity. read more
