Came here on 4/19/14. I have to say, it was SO MUCH FUN! You walk in, and you instantly feel like a kid again. They have this place well organized with different bouncing sections. We came for a 9-10:30 fly session (all of us had pre-purchased via the website) and yes, there were some "little kids" there but plenty of big kids as well. They have a free jump session where everyone has an individual trampoline, and the smaller jumpers are separated to the right, bigger kids to the left. I don't know how some of those children bounce off the walls and do crazy backflips, maybe I'll get the guts to attempt some crazy maneuvers after I come here a few more times. The basketball area is fun as well, they have three nets set up - one high, one in the middle, and then a smaller one. Let me just say, I was able to get some sweet slam dunks...on the smallest net....*ahem*...but, I am just under the 5' mark so...it's okay! I got the ball in on the middle net, but wasn't able to slam dunk it, perhaps next time. There is also a dodgeball area and let me tell you...people get SERIOUS about dodgeball! If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball, am I right? Well, I did get wailed on a few times, but also had decent enough aim to get a few people out, and to bounce around to avoid dodgeballs that were whizzing by my head. I would definitely come back here, and come towards the later part of the evening. The only issue with this place is really the cost - it can be a bit expensive. For two people, 90 minute session, it was $46. This included a $2 convenience fee for purchasing tickets online, and included two pairs of special Sky Zone socks at $2/pair. They require you to wear their socks that have special grips on the soles. However, you can reuse your pair again and again, so as long as you don't lose them - you're good to go for next time. I hope they offer up some coupons soon. They have pickup Dodgeball 6-9pm on Thursdays which the boy and I are thinking about doing, but you do have to pay per hour each week, wish they would set it to a flat rate. Anyone wanna get a team going? Semi-finals in Vegas this June and a chance to win $50,000? Shout-out to Marco who was excellent at helping out us newbies and explaining everything, as well as to the young girl running dodgeball who was an excellent worker. Men's room is absolutely disgusting! Smells or urine, one urinal filled to the max with urine, the other has a garbage bag over it. The two toilets are filled with urine. Nothing looks like it had ever been cleaned. All The toilets are filthy, sinks are filthy. This is a place for children and it's absolutely disgusting. The food court area also is dirty. Doesn't look like they clean anything in this place. Outside of that this place would be worth the money they charge, the trampolines were enjoyable for my 10 year old. If the owner is absentee he/she needs to really come to this location and do an inspection. Not a good look for a franchised company. I will not be returning and I will be sure to let other parents know how disgusting and unsanitary the restroom and food court is. read more

It's a great place to go with kids, the have fun and enjoy a lot, they also get tired and sleep early and adults can enjoy there too

Staff are really bad no refs for dodgeball etc. also most things were closed. Too many rules and are very strict cannot have fun.

So are you an adult and new to sky zone? Take a sky fit class. You won't be surrounded by children running amok and you get to experience the trampoline. First you have to sign a waiver on a computer screen. Then, if you're a newbie to the class, it's only $7.50. You do have to buy the reuseable orange socks for $2, but they were pretty decent for the price. The class was good, I took the Wednesday 6pm class. The instructor was attentive and helped people who were confused. Burpees, planks, mountain climbers, abs, push ups, squats and lunges were all squeezed in to the hour long class. This place used to be so nice and clean. The bathrooms smell horrible, a huge mess everywhere, dirty floors. Very disappointed especially for the price they charge. For 2 kids to jump for 1hour 1/2 with the socks it was 83.00. I expected a cleaner environment. read more

Came with a large group for a 7 year old party. The staff was very organized and directed us where to go. They have different sections where you can jump. They have sections for small toddlers and bigger kids. To end the party we had pizza soft drinks and cake. read more

Fun for kids,adults or a group affair!! Lockers are super small so pack light and they charge you for it as well .. I recommend you before as the food is expensive and it's not tasty at all but because my kids were hungry i purchased food. They charge for socks ( even if you have your own ) they only allow the orange socks with grips so my tip again is to save your socks so you can reuse at another time . read more

My kids had a great time here; the staff was pleasant but it was a little pricey just to jump around on a trampoline all day! The only drawback was that they had no hot food! The menu was packed with items you couldn't even order. Only chips and Powerade. They was disappointing. read more

The food is god awful & expensive at that. But when your kid is hungry and thirsty from all that jumping & you still have time left, what else are you going to do?? Lesson learned: Bring water bottles and snacks for the little ones. Don't forget to bring your skysocks from last time or you'll have to pay $3 for a new pair. You can also swap socks from another trampoline place (we had socks from Air) for their socks to avoid the $3 fee. The kids always have a good time though! read more

We hosted a birthday party here and could be more disappointed. the entire experience was unorganized and chaotic. We had to ask for a dedicated host to take the kids through the spaces and she wasn't very helpful. There were two areas unavailable due to construction and we were not informed prior to booking the party. The bathrooms were also in the process of getting renovated both the toilet and sink were loosely attached to the wall. The staff was young and spent more time chatting with each other instead of their jobs. as such younger kids were pushed aby older kids and were often not able to get on the activities. I do not recommend this venue for a party or day trip. Boynce or Pump it up are much nicer and better organized. read more

It is very large and I like it better then most bounce places. Not too pricey and sometimes they have groupons so check there before you go to the place. They do a dodge ball game which is super fun. Also when they give you the socks keep them for next time so you don't have to pay a fee! read more

We were there the other day. It was fun and all but some things need to be updated. The toddler area is horrible. The soft blocks are all falling apart leaving bits of that stuff all over you. The place needs some updating overall. The bathrooms are gross and there was no soap...also we were almost through with our jump time when they finally opened the toddler area. I had to ask like 3 time before someone finally came to supervise. Supervise is actually talking to one another and not even paying attention on whats going on. Or and it gets super hot from all the physical activity. Bring a change of clothes for kids. read more

Came to Sky Zone Deer Park with a group of friends on Easter... we were actually surprised it was open. Everyone was off from work, so we decided to indulge. We all signed our waivers online and then, after realizing how long the line was, we went ahead and paid online as well to join the few in the express lane. It's really not that expensive at all, although I have never been to any other trampoline park to compare. There were kids EVERYWHERE, but that was expected. We spent most of our time playing dodgeball and let me just say... NEVER pay for over an hour unless you're a professional athlete! We were exhausted after about 30 minutes! You can Free Jump, dunk basketballs, and participate in ultimate dodgeball, so take your pick. It was definitely worth the drive and we will be returning. They lost a star for their concession stand. They ran out of hot dogs and pizza and had no intention of making any more with about 4 hours until close. Lame. read more

You know it is hard for me to give 5 stars but this is my new favorite place. I tried the Sunday Morning SKYFIT class with Amy and 9am and got the best workout of my life. It was a HIIT class while bouncing and having fun. She kept the class active and excited during the workout and gave us time to adjust to working out on a trampoline. I cannot wait to return. I'm very upset - the website for the Deer Park Skyzone said that Thanksgiving hours were 12:30 to 7 pm. I brought my four children there at 4:00 pm and it was CLOSED! I had a 25 mile drive home with four very disappointed children. What gives here? If the website said that it was open, it should have been open! I have been here many, many times with my kids before and they've always enjoyed it but this makes me mad. read more

This is a great place to take your younger cousins to. It's very large and open and feels very clean and organized. The staff are decent and don't try to hard to prohibit the fun. The price is also pretty good at $17 for an hour of jumping on trampolines....I was worn out within 30 minutes since I'm not use to jumping. My only issue was with the front desk waiver signing part that seemed like it took 20 minutes to figure out. Some of the machines don't work, they don't print out receipts and then when you get to the front desk, t seems like they don't have your data on those systems, they have some tech/system issues that they have to figure out. read more

Fun for every one. Great spot for everyone to enjoy some fun jump,play,and exercise. You can join the kids and jump or sit on there many chairs,have a cup of joe or bottle of water . Fun place! We all had an amazing time. My husband and I had as much fun as my son did at a recent birthday party. On a unique note, The managers are also great. I had money stolen from my wallet when I was there and stupidly left my bag in the party room. They sat and went through video with me. I felt like a kid again. I had a great time this past weekend jumping around and playing dodgeball. I went with a group of friends not knowing a whole lot about sky zone. Sky zone offered a different options like dunking, dodgeball, and a foam pit! Also their staff was very nice and friendly. $22 for a hour and half was well worth it. It was a source great exercising. I must say that I was very sore after we left. The only negative was that there was so many people jumping all together. Was way too packed at times. read more

Came here on a Saturday morning with a disabled child and two friends and we were worried about how the child would be since he is completely immobile. The manager was very sweet and extremely accommodating, the Sky Zone staff displayed true customer service and respect and for that reason I will be back and recommend this place to others. Took the child I watch here for toddler time... Staff was very rude and unfriendly. Not once did they crack a smile. The cashier in the front starred the baby down for some odd reason, as if she were some evil high school classmate which I thought was very strange. I took a seat next to the padding along the trampoline and instead of being nicely asked to stand up the worker "patrolling" the area says to me, "can you stand up?" With a motion of the hand to go along. I understand that I made an unknown mistake but there's a right and a wrong way to let someone know they can't do something. There was also a man, with salt and pepper hair, glasses and a black button down that seemed to be in charge that came off very rude too. Once again I was starred down by him as well, he didn't seem to know how to take in all the children that were there and I saw him yell at a dad who was having fun with his kids for jumping on the same trampoline as his boys... I get it, you can't do that, but there's a right and a wrong way to let someone know. The baby had a lot of fun but the workers ruined the the overall experience for me. They seemed trained to say what they have to, but not trained in the importance of people skills? Not sure I want to come back on my own with friends like I planned. read more

After purchasing 5 tickets that included full charge for a 20 month old and 2 and a half year old, to find out that adults cannot jump with toddlers only assist is beyond frustrating and not to mention bad business. At no point purchasing online did it indicate the restrictions not to mention offer different pricing for children verses adults. After management explaining and offering vouchers to come back in leu of a partial refund, is not only completely unreasonable but I would never recommend this establishment for families with children. Needless to say, I find this completely unsatisfactory and a shame during these challenging times. I understand businesses are doing there best but do not place the blame on Covid because there was far from social distancing going on. read more

I had a Groupon deal I bought months ago that I almost forgot about which was expiring end of September so I had to use it QUICK. Came here on a Sunday morning around 11:30AM with my boyfriend and there was barely any people there. We filled out the waivers on the computer, got the print out and brought it to the cashier. The cashier took down my Groupon code and asked us if we were okay with the 11:45AM-12:45PM slot and we said sure. You also have to purchase socks so you tell them your size and it's $2/pp. Socks are above ankle length and "sticky" on the bottom. You can put your stuff into their lockers for 50 cents each time. Once you open it, you're going to have to put another 50 cents in to lock it. They're not too big but we were able to squeeze 2 sets of sneakers in there along with a small jacket and my semi-big purse. I mean, you can always put your stuff in your car in the parking lot but it's 50 cents. Place was very clean and consisted of what seemed like 5-6 dodgeball "courts" (I assume it was only open to certain groups/parties since I didn't venture there and most were empty), one main area of trampolines with side trampolines (I really wanted to try flips but was afraid I was going to break something LOL), a small area of 3 lanes for dunking hoops (3 various heights) and a foam pit area with 5 trampolines (it's harder to climb out of the pit than jumping in). One of the workers told us they have to use ladders for those having trouble climbing out haha. For the foam pits you have to jump with one trampoline next to you empty so since there were 5, there would be max of 3 people jumping at once (if that made any sense the way I explained it). Both my boyfriend and I were out of breath after jumping the first 10 minutes! Trampolining is no joke! For the hour we were there, we probably spent half the time sitting down/drinking water/resting. I didn't realize what a great workout it was! I deducted one star because there weren't that many options of things to do once inside and also because it became super packed around 12:00PM with many kids (expected since it was the weekend). The foam pit was very busy around that time and little kids kept cutting the line to jump into the pit (the employee didn't seem to care) when I was already patiently waiting behind the trampoline I wanted to fly off of. Oh well. When you leave, you can smack your sticker onto their big ball of stickers by the cashiers :D read more

This place is great! $15 for an hour, they're clean, and the staff is friendly. They have basketball hoops that are set to 3 different heights, so the younger kids and adults can all have fun. They have a large foam pit that the kids love and climbing out wears the kids out quickly. They have an area where you can just jump and then they also have an area for dodgeball and all of the kids had a blast playing. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Whoa, are people taking refuge here after Snowmaggedon? This was place ridiculously overcrowded on a Saturday afternoon. There were lines everywhere and only a perceived notion of supervision. We were here for a birthday party and after we received our stickers (to allow us to jump) 15 minutes after the actual start time, all the kids were basically left to fend for themselves. There was no real "host" for the party and no effort to keep us together. So all the kids just spread out where ever they liked among other non-party guests and trying to gather them back up was a nightmare. I've been to other indoor trampoline parks and this is the probably the least organized of all. Did the kids have fun? Sure. And that's why they made it up to 3 stars. But it was a lot of work for the adults to constantly keep an eye on them since the staff wasn't really doing any supervising. read more

I went to this place for the first time a few days ago and it was a great experience. I went with a large group and we all enjoyed it, atmosphere is great, staff was very helpful, prices were OKish. It's a great experience for kids and teens however it seemed really unorganized on the trampolines. I loved the different options with the free jump, dodgeball, basketball, etc. There wasnt' any proper order though and it seemed like many people had to wait for a long time since the staff wasnt paying attention to who was waiting on line and who wasn't. Most of the staff members seemed like they were just standing there hanging out and talking to other staff not even doing their job. The service at the desk was great and attentive but the rest of the staff seemed like a bunch of teenagers just hanging out. read more
