Went here yesterday with my daughter and we both had a great time. It was a Friday morning and was only $8 an hour for her to jump since she's under 6 and I got to jump free. I would definitely suggest going on a weekday morning, I'm not sure if it would be as fun at a time when it's super busy, but when we went there was a ton of room to jump. It was our first time there and we are planning to go again next week. My only complain would be that this facility doesn't offer any kind of monthly membership. I paid $705 for a birthday party and got stuck in the back cage handicap people couldn't even get back there and we were promised party room one. We had for a Saturday and it was double booked so we had to change to the next day a Sunday and evidently it was overbooked again and that's when they stuck us in the cage room in the back and the tables were two different size tables and we had no privacy children that didn't belong to the party kept coming in. It was a total nightmare soo chaotic and then I said something about it when I paid that I shouldn't have to pay for what I didn't receive and I had to call several times and that's when I was accused of harassing the employees, never I was very polite and respectful and told them that it wasn't their fault they have children doing a adult job evidently but it was so unprofessional of a GM named Pearl told me that I harassed her employees when I was just trying to get to the bottom of a very disappointing experience. I at least deserved a apology. I pray everyone else is treated with more respect than I received and I pray you never have to go through what we went through. God bless all. read more

This place has a lot of potential. It could have just been the times we went but that place was way too over crowded. The people who worked there didn't have any kind of organization as far as kids taking turns on certain things. They should have a limit of how many people can be there at once because I felt like I could barely move anywhere. My two year old would be jumping on a square and kids that are old enough to know better would come on his section and bounce him making fall to where he could get hurt. Things like that should be corrected. I know that parents should but if they don't maybe the staff should enforce some rules. We had a place similar in Hawaii called itrampoline and the workers enforced the rules which made everything run more smoothly. Maybe we can come back at a different time but our first experience wasn't good at all. read more

Had taken my kids here couple of times for friend's birthday parties before hosting one for my kid. Awesome experience with great help from the staff at the front desk & the assigned party helper- Gage was incredible, polite & very professional but at the same time very helpful in making the party a success. When my friends and I heard a trampoline arena was coming to Richmond, we were super intrigued. A large group of us finally checked it out this weekend, and it was a blast! $12 buys you an hour of time on the trampolines, so it's a pretty affordable night out . The setup is a huge room with trampolines built into the floor, and three special sections: one for basketball, one for dodgeball, and one for jumping into a foam pit. This place is definitely designed for kids, but adults can have fun here too. We were all exhausted by the end of our hour (even just climbing out of the foam pit wiped us out). On weekends, its 15 and up after 9pm. We bought our tickets in advance, which I would recommend, as they seem to fill up quickly. I hear they are going to start having fitness classes here, and I would definitely come back to try those out, because it's quite a workout! read more

I want to say that this review applies only to JumpFit not to Jumpology as a whole. If I was solely rating Jumpology I would give it 4 stars for sure! My friends and I have been to jumpology many times and we decided this morning to try the JumpFit class. We were prepared for a tough workout, but when we got there it was not what we expected. We arrived around 7:45AM and the first of our group of 5 got in line to pay and we were told they were not ready to accept payment yet. I thought this was strange as the class began at 8AM. A few minutes later they seemed ready so we paid and got ready of the class. The instructor informed us we had to do a fitness test prior to beginning the class. We never ended up doing the test instead, we started straight into exercises. I went into this class expecting it to be a fun fitness class using the trampolines. Well, I was in for a surprise to say the least. As soon as the class begin I noticed quickly there was no organization, the instructors started yelling at us to do exercises with no explanation. While I did enjoy the workout I felt that it was unfair to expect their clients to do all the exercise without any direction and the instructor only lead roughly 10 minutes worth of exercises leaving us to figure out what to do on our own. I don't think I will be joining the JumpFit class anymore, I will instead choose to do the free jump. I went into this experience expecting to spend a fun Saturday morning working out with friends and came out spending the entire time wondering when the "class" would end. Additionally, I felt that because we were not regulars in our class we were not very welcome by the instructors. read more

My kids love this place! We just had my daughter's 5th birthday there and it was awesome! The staff was very helpful and the party attendant Shannon was so friendly and accommodating! This place has a lot for kids to do. HOWEVER, the supervision by staff is nonexistent. They do not intervene or make kids move when needed. Staff members hang around and talk to each other. They are getting paid to do nothing. SkyZone has better supervision. It's frustrating and leads to kids getting hurt because parents aren't always watching. I am not a helicopter parent, but there is almost NO supervision. Kids get jumped on, run over, and pushed down. Even parents are a part of it. I prefer SkyZone for better supervision. This place is fun, but pure chaos. And if parents aren't vigilant, kids get hurt and do whatever the want. read more

Super fun place for kids - and adults - of all ages! Gets crowded during early release days and when the weather is gross but the super friendly staff keep things under control. Lots of fun. Been here a few times with colleagues or friends (I'm 33). We go for an hour on a weekday midday when there aren't many little ones around and jump for 30-40 minutes. We held a birthday party for our 5 year old at Jumpology last night. It was by far the best and easiest party we have ever had for any of our 3 children. We were greeted as soon as we entered by our party host, Josh. He was phenomenal! There are not enough words to describe how awesome Josh was with the kids. He giggled with the little girls and encouraged use of manner, he danced and beat boxed with the older kids. He was just great. Everyone had a spectacular time! I had to dig a shard of glass out of my foot that was deeply wedged into my heel from the floors at Jumpology yesterday. This was my third visit to this location and I'd never had an issue before but I will not be returning. Digging a very painful piece of glass out of my foot isn't something I want to do again. read more

Great fun for all ages. Plenty of staff watching and the obstacle course ( a la American Ninja Warrior for kids) is great. Be sure to do the waiver online so it lasts for a year. First sessions of the day are not usually too crowded. Had to take a star away after my first review. Policy now dictates that you jump in bare feet or you have to buy their branded socks for $4. Kinda gross to jump in bare feet, landing on who knows what crud from other people's bare feet. Why not let everyone jump in their socks? read more

I took my son 1/19 and I'm still mad so I thought I'd share this. I took my son in the afternoon which was a snow day for him. First, I found out that he needed to buy socks there. First time I've known about that (they said they sent out an email). $3 on top of admission. THEN, my son goes to bounce and we discover they're remodeling and the foam pit and slack line (whole area) is closed off and a lot of the Ninja stuff was redone as well. My son said he wanted to leave. So we went back to get our money back and of course, since he'd already put the socks on, they couldn't reimburse me for those. I had my son's birthday party there a couple years ago but we will NEVER go back again. There are too many other bounce places to deal with that crap. If they had a sign at the front letting people know they were remodeling I wouldn't be out 3 bucks for a pair of socks that I have about 10 pair of from other bounce places. DONE. read more

Took 13 kids and 4 adults for some fun and to get some energy out. It was a blast. We paid for two hours. The venue was awesome. I would recommend splitting up times for jumps. As we had 13 teenagers and were surrounded by little kids. Maybe teen jump times and other. Scheduled the event over two weeks in advance. (Was on the phone over 20 minutes with a guy that kept having to put me on hold to ask someone else my question or if my time was ok.) During this initial phone call I was never told about the price of socks of the necessary waivers that needed to be filled out by each kid's parent/guardian. I only found out because I happened to talk to a friend who had been. Was told I would get a confirmation email that never came. The day before I called to confirm with the kids I had. Only then did they mention the socks. I mentioned the waivers. Confirmed times and that we could bring in water- great! Arrived on time and was told our resignation was 4:30 not 11... no idea where they got that from as that was never even mentioned. Was able to get the kids checked in quite fast. When the person who watches the kids jump stopped them to go over, "the rules," we were told that the 2 rules were, "no running," and, "have to be 7 or older," to do one particular activity. And that was it. So my kids got redirected and yelled at multiple times for not following the rules (more than one person jumping on a trampoline and stuff like that.) All in all, it was enjoyable. I'm glad they let us jump on time with no problems when they messed up the reservation. Kids and adults all had a blast! Recommendation: let first-timers know what to expect beginning to end, inform about purchase or socks, inform of waivers, and review all rules before allowing jumpers into the equipment. read more

I have been here twice and it was fun both times. They offer various trampolines, basketball rims (Slamballesque), a dodge ball arena, and American Ninja Warrioresque like obstacles. Two things keep me from giving this rating 5 stars though. The fact that we need to sign waivers makes me feel like I need to be super careful about everything I do in here. I know it is to avoid lawsuits which is totally understandable and acceptable, but it kind of hinders my limits a bit. The second reason is because of the new sock policy. I haven't been there since they input this rule, but I don't understand why we can't just wear our own socks instead of ones that we need to pay for and I really don't feel comfortable at all going in there barefoot. It makes me feel like I am jumping/walking on the floor of a dirty hotel room. Since we pay for them, I am assuming we get to keep them hopefully? Other than those things, it is fun overall. read more

Such a fun place to take the kids or even yourself! I jumped and played with my kids and it was quite entertaining. They have a lot more to offer than just trampolines with the little obstacle course and rope walking and foam blocks to jump in. My kids loved it! My family of four visited Jumpology. My 11 year old and 14 year old children had a blast! I'm giving Jumpology only one star because I did not realize how dangerous indoor gyms are. After being there for only 20 minutes and having the time of my life, I came down from a jump and my leg went out from underneath me. I tore off my ACL in my knee and had surgery to repair it and will be going through months of physical therapy. My physical therapist laughed when I told her that I hurt myself at Jumpology. They had been open for less than a year and I'm her 7th Jumpology client. I've heard a lot of horror stories from various people about other injuries incurred there ranging from temporary full body paralysis, broken bones, knocked out teeth, broken noses, etc. It's fun, but it's not worth the risk. read more

I've taken my nieces there multiple times and they have a lot of fun jumping on the trampolines and climbing the obstacle courses. We held a birthday party there for them recently and the "party manager" who was assigned to our party, Eves, did a great job. He was very helpful and super efficient setting up for the cake and ice cream while the kids were jumping, and helped us serve the kids and get them started playing a game we'd brought. He carried things out to my car when the party was over, and cleaned up. He was really great and I would definitely hold another party at Jumpology based on how easy he made everything. read more
