I can't believe I did not know about this place sooner. Very easy sign up to get started and the prices are very reasonable. This is a great place to get out the heat and have your kids get rid of all that energy they have when they're inside all day. they have plenty of activities and lots of trampolines for your kids and adults to enjoy. You were greeted with a warm welcome when you enter in the policies are explained to you so you know what is going on. My friend's celebrated their 7 year old's birthday at Xplozone..it was a good time for everyone.. Check in process: You fill out their electronic waiver on the two terminals provided. Afterwards you check in at the front desk to get your wrist band and trampoline socks if you want them. I highly recommend them as they give your feet some grip as you run around the trampoline park. Trampoline Park: There's a sections for kids 6 years and under which makes the park funner and safer for everyone. The trampoline park is pretty massive and there's safety staff roaming around should you need assistance. You can really get some air on the trampolines here. I was getting almost uncomfortably high but had a blast doing it. The foam pits are soft when you fall in and the dodgeball section is a hit for every one. There's a snack section in the back to refuel should you need to. What's great about the park is how wide open it is. You can track your kids at almost any point in the facility as there are visual barriers around. It's an open field of trampolines. The decor is very grassroots and bare but the trampolines in great condition. It's a great place for kids to burn off tons of energy and fun for active adults as well. Jump high! read more

The bad thing about this place is they don't have groups of kids jumping per section. They literally have all these big kids running around super fast jumping on top of little kids. I have a membership for my one-year-old and my seven-year-old. I'm sitting down with my kid and suddenly a 10-year-old just runs by us hit my kid in the head and the mom is on the cell phone. She doesn't care if people are paying membership here they should be able to enjoy their membership. There should be at least an area for toddlers since they are getting charged per membership as well they cannot defend themselves at all. They really do need an area for toddlers people need to watch their kids. We visited this trampoline park last night for the 1st time with a 12, 9 & 3 year old. It was suitable for all ages. The kids had fun but the fun didn't last as long as it does when we visit other trampoline parks as this place has limited things to do at the same price as their competitors. We used to visit this place before Covid 19 and we kind of like it, it has never been 100%, but decent for the price. So few days ago, me and my husband said its enough to keep our 2.5 years old daughter away from activities because of Covid 19. I bought a Groupon to go, so, firstly, certainly don't pay full price. Parents don't have to pay to watch kids. The trampolines and activities are on an upper level then games and snack bar straight ahead. There's seating on the trampoline level for parents, so that was nice. My child tried the climbing wall, which was too much for them, and hit their wrist on the side on the way down. I climbed over to get them out since they were crying and couldn't get themselves out. I'm not fit at all and ended up getting myself stuck in the foam pit. The girl working there had come over to talk down a different child, and while she was doing that I let her know I needed help getting out. She never came to help me. After finally getting out with the encouragement of my child and another little girl, we went to the snack bar to get refreshments and put the injuries behind us (to my child's wrist and my ego). I thought I had read online something about nachos, but the snack bar is only packaged snacks and bottled drinks. But also, there was no one at the snack bar. After several minutes, I finally saw an unmarked doorbell among the tangle of the register's cords. I rang it several times, then several times even longer and got more ignored. We finally went back to the trampoline area where the girl who ignored me earlier when I was in distress was sent to let us know we had to have THEIR grip socks and not the fully capable grip socks we had on. I've been here multiple times with my husband and my tween siblings. When it first opened, it was great. Now... I'm not interested in going back. If you come between the hour and half hour, rather than right on the half hour, you can either forfeit jumping time and begin jumping right away, or you can sit around and wait - even if you're the only people jumping. A little common sense would go a long way. So for example, if you show up a 8:10 PM and buy an hour long pass, you can either forfeit 10 minutes of jumping, as your time ends at 9 PM, or you can wait until 8:30 PM to begin jumping, and your time expires at 9:30 PM. You can't wear your own socks and they will literally demand you take off your own socks if you didn't purchase their socks. The floors and jumping surfaces are filled with crumbs and pieces of foam that has disintegrated from the foam pits. Hope you won't need to run to the bathroom without your shoes or socks! Trampoline surfaces aren't being maintained, so it's pretty filthy. Foam is getting gross and the dodge balls are ripped up and deflated. Bathrooms are not well stocked or kept clean. There are so many options for trampoline places now, especially with ones that have jumping in the dark and maintained equipment. read more

Visiting the city for the weekend for a body building competition and wanted to do something with the kids afterwards. Found this activity on Groupon. Purchased the 90 minute package and added on the grip socks. When we got to the location, the host at the door greeted us and asked if it was our first time there. Since it was, he steered us towards the computers to fill out waivers. It was convenient for me as it recognized me through my email. I'm assuming it was because I had purchased a Groupon. TIP: each person over 18 YO must fill out a separate form. Everything there was fun for our family. We had a blast doing a physical. The only reason for the 4 stars is the cleanliness of the bathroom. We were there from 3:00-5:30pm and the bathroom was not cleaned once. My only bone to pick with them was they say no socks in the trampoline so there's feet everywhere, black feet! I thought that was pretty disgusting, but the kids didn't mind! You could purchase their socks, but that was pricey especially having 4 kids. Other than that, they had a snack bar in back, chalk for kids and adults to draw on the walls, and decent rest area for in between jumping. I was really excited to bring my daughter and son in, once I walked in it was empty which i thought was prrfect with an hour until closing. I signed the waiver then the host/cashier trlls me to fix my signature. I try to log back in and the password wont work. I tell her what happened after being stuck on the waiver computer for 10 minutes. I come back over and she proceeds to tell me she cant help until its fixed. Something is wrong with tour system! and then she tells me its past 9:15 and she cant charge me for the kids or give wristbands. Horrible customer service and your bathrooms were disgusting for kids to be in and out of. There were 3 employees in there, i highly doubt they were going to clean 2000 sq ft after working 6 hours. I typically like to patron an establishment several times before leaving a review. So here goes, our first interaction with the customer rep behind the counter was pleasant. She was kind, informative, and attentive. We set our items in the little cubbyholes provided and proceeded to have fun. My little one had a blast, as she always does. Im sitting in xplozone right now. came here so my kids could play while I met a work deadline. this is not a great place for parents, and these parks are as much about the parents as the kids. the staff - who were just following rules - were like the FBI any time I found an outlet so I could work. One outlet was near a massage chair and I was willing to plug in the money just to use the outlet but the police-staff came and stopped it. the place was desolate on a Sunday so I'm guessing I'm not the only one who sees better alternatives for kids and their parents around town. its small and not a ton of variety in the equipment. this will be my last time here. the $100+ it will cost today was not worth it. My advice to management - just make your place a cool, chill place for us to be! We bought the Groupon online for a 90 minute jump for two people. I can tell you that the Groupon deal was really good, but you get what you pay for. :/ Location and maintenance of this trampoline park is like a 1.5. I took photos of the birthday party areas and they literally look depressing. The seating areas for adults are a 2.0 in my opinion. The two most comfortable chairs here you have to pay to sit in (No, I'm not kidding folks) and they start beeping really loud after 30 seconds if you don't pay. Lol... Pros - This place isn't that busy and the kids can jump a ton without bumping into other kids. My daughter and her best friend both tumble -- they loved the trampolines here and said they like this place better than Gravady. So, the kids say it's a "4" based on how "great" the trampolines are. Finally, there is a snack bar and the prices are reasonable. In a nutshell, this is an economical trampoline park which your kids will enjoy and you won't. :) read more

Family of four here to redeem a Groupon and have some Friday night family fun!! We got in at around 718pm. I had completed our waivers online in advance which I highly advise you to do if you don't want to stand in line for a kiosk to be available. The staff were comprised of young adults, I did not see anyone on staff remotely close to my age and I'm pretty young myself - just an observation, NOT a judgement. But I thought about how they'd handle a situation with irate parents etc, perhaps there are other people in their back office, or not...doesn't matter for my review, as I didn't have a "situation". Anyways, my Groupon was for a pass for 4 people to jump for 60 minutes barefoot or with jump socks. They offered some for purchase, and they also have branded merchandise. We already had jump socks from another place, so we didn't buy any. There are cubbies for storage that are unsecured and they also have cubbies behind their counter which they offer at no cost. All you have to do is sign in on a sheet and check out with them afterwards. Our call time was 730p, I liked that they had a designated 6 yrs and younger area for my kitties because there were a bunch of big kids jumping with us. The foam in the foam pits kind of had a stale smell to them, I fell in the one with the swing bars above and my face was all up in there, so I unfortunately smelled the stale foam. According to my big kid, the tension on the jump pads/squares was a little loose compared to other places the kids have been- this for him, was a negative. I liked that there were rest benches. I also noticed the massage chairs for waiting parents (not free). We partook in dodge ball for a bit before we became out of breath. Other things I saw but didn't partake is the table hockey, small rock climbing wall, the tumbling pad, claw machines, and snack bar. We visited the restroom during this visit. It was average and not bad. We usually don't jump with the kids but because we had a four pass, we decided to have fun with them. I probably wouldn't go back here again, as it seemed a little dated than others we've been to. It was less cleaner in comparison as well. Jumpin' in the Hood I had never heard of this place before, though I've been been to Gravity and Flippin' Out Xtreme many times. For a change of pace, I came here. Mostly because they offered a Groupon, which made it about 2/3 of the typical $20/hour at the places I usually took the kids to. As usual, big mistake. This place is in the middle of a crappy mall on Sahara with a liquor and a vaping store along with empty storefronts. Checking in took 10 minutes, as there are only 2 computers to do the waivers. Not clear what it used to be, but this place feels fairly budget rate to me. The place basically has no natural light, the walls are dirty, the sound system blurts out distorted rap way too loud out of blown speakers. The only places to sit are uncomfortable metal benches or massage chairs that sound an alarm if you don't feed it $3 for 5 minutes. The trampolines are made of a more slippery material compared to the other trampoline places. Even barefoot, it was a little harder to stay in control. The birthday party booths in particular are sad, looking like a cafeteria at a state penitentiary. All this would earn this a 3 star review, but I need to mention the staff. Maybe because this place is less crowded than other places, but the staff came up to me 4 times in 90 minutes. First to tell me the flashlight on my phone was on. Next to tell me that my 8 year old couldn't be with my 4 year old in the foam pit. Next to tell me that two kids couldn't be on the same trampoline at once, and finally to tell me that my kids couldn't jump head first into the airbag. In other words, they go above and beyond to be unnecessarily annoying. Next time, I'll pay the extra $7 and save the drive and the harassment. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit 10/28/23 around 6p. I was there for a birthday party and from the moment I walked in, the environment was not welcoming. I requested a refund and have yet to receive a response. I requested a refund for the following reasons; - When approaching the counter, I let the employee know that I was there for a birthday party. She starts fumbling through papers and appeared to not be able to find the name of the person whose party I was attending. There was a woman wearing a shirt that said "manager" who came and stood next to her, didn't acknowledge me as the customer and told the employee that she already gave out the last two wristbands so we had to pay. The employee also kept trying to add grip socks to my bill. I had to tell her more than twice that my child didn't need grip socks. She was already wearing grip socks. If I was unfocused by my already then frustration, I would have paid an unnecessary extra $3. Is this what Xplozone banks on? Parents not paying attention and just saying okay to the charges? - The party was upstairs, which we had to carry our stroller up the stairs. The stairs are very steep, even for children. If someone attending the party had a wheelchair, how would they get up the stairs? How are steep stairs or stairs at all, convenient? - The size of the pizzas, there were at least 4 children that didn't get pizza even with the additional pizza that was ordered. Did anyone research what other indoor parks were offering for parties? Where were the drinks? Water? Again, was any research done? - The men's bathroom only had urinals and not stalls (in case of a bowel movement). Is this legal? - Once realizing my children weren't going to get a slice of pizza, we went back downstairs, again carrying the stroller. When we entered the trampoline area with our 4 year old and twins (in the stroller), we were rudely greeted by an employee telling us that we had to leave the area because we didn't have a pink wristband and that since our 4yr old was the only one with a wristband, she was the only one that could be in the trampoline area. I asked the employee if and how much the wristband costs, she said she didn't know and continued to reiterate that we couldn't be in the area without the wristband. However, the first time, during our visit, my husband took our 4yr old to the trampoline area and was there with her for more than 30 minutes and not once was he harassed about needing a pink wristband. On our way out we brought this to the attention of a gentleman dressed in all black and he said that the employee was new and that's why she didn't know further details like cost about the wristband which leads me to the conclusion that staff are not properly trained or possibly not at all. - This establishment isn't fully built/developed and offers minimal play space but your are charging full prices for admission and parties. How is that moral? Xplozone is supposed to be a place geared toward kids with certain conveniences for parents and in no way shape or form does Xplozone represent that. They take parents' money (because they know parents will do almost anything to please their children) but they offer so little and have inferior customer service. Their employees are rude and lack confidence in their role and their ability to be friendly and welcoming. And by the way, the sign on the outside of the building doesn't light up all the way. It really would be in Xplozone's best interest to fully develop the park, and make major changes to not only give customers their moneys worth but also provide superior customer service and overall experience. They need to do their due diligence as a business and make the necessary changes so that families like mine leave with a smile on their faces and a great experience. read more

We bought the groupon for two jumpers for 60 minutes and it was worth the groupon but not much more. My kids (6 and 3) had plenty of things to choose from and because we came on a Monday at noon there wasn't a lot of people. There are ton of places for the parents to sit but they aren't comfortable at all. They have massage chairs that you have to pay to sit in ($2 for 6 minutes) if you sit but don't get a massage they start beeping. The bathrooms could use a remodel, they look really run down. The "changing table" is a plastic folding table. The staff wasn't very welcoming or interactive with guests. But they weren't mean either. Just there. This place was real nice and fun when they first opened last year. We went a couple times last year and then just recently went again this past week. It's almost like they don't try to maintain or replace anything! Everything looks so gross and dirty now, especially the foam pits! I used to love the small ninja obstacle section, and still do, but the foam below it is just yuck. The dodgeball area is fun too but there's small pieces of trash/litter on the trampolines...they need to do a better job at cleaning! You must jump either barefoot or purchase their special socks. No outside socks allowed. They're constantly on Groupon. I'd recommend looking there for discounted jump passes, otherwise it's definitely not worth it now. read more
