After reserving a 3-4pm time slot, the kids in our party were given entry only to be turned away at every trampoline station due to a reserved party or full capacity. They weren't granted access to an open station until 3:15. All the parents in the party took this up with the manager Paul. We felt the admission price should be prorated or the kids should be given and extra 15min of playtime, but he claimed that wasn't possible. It wouldn't bother me so much except the cost is $22 per child for an hour of trampoline time, pretty pricey!! To loose a quarter of that time is too much. Can't really see going back. read more

I went there with my kids and it was a total disaster. There are clearly no rules enforced. When my kids went they were having a good time until other kids started jumping on there trampoline space, this also happend at the basketball court. At the rock climbing center kids were cutting in front and the instuctor did nothing about it. I think you need to get some better service, then I will come back. read more

This place was fun for my 2 year old daughter however we will not be returning. The rules that have implemented are slightly unrealistic. For example: the trampoline is an entire grid and only one person per grid is allowed. I get it- safety issues if it's 3&4 kids horse playing on one grid. But it was just my 30lb 2 yr old and myself who weighs 100lbs soaking wet& the lady comes to tell me I can't jump in the same grid with my SMALL CHILD who obviously wants to be with her mom. Secondly, we moved to the foam pit where you can jump into from the trampoline. My daughter was struggling among all the foam squares so as any parent I went to help her and the guy tells me "you can't just stand there" clearly I was helping her. Too overbearing for me. I couldn't go in the basketball area with my two year old who wanted me to help her out the ball in the basket because again only one person is allowed on the trampoline at a time. Took the joy away. I also didn't like how rude the staff were who were operating it. Young teens, of course! You can only jump one at a time which I get is for safety reasons but it takes the fun out of the kids being in the foam pit being silly. & y sign a waiver if you're just going to hound parents and kids with obnoxious rules. Very disappointed. Booked a birthday party here for my son who turned 13, several of his friends and his siblings. The check in process, which is supposed to take less than 20 minutes, took almost 40, I can't complain but so much about that as it was a Saturday night. We had to take a 2 year old, as the babysitter fell through and as the birthday party attendees started making their rounds, it was evident that the baby wanted to participate. I took the baby back to the front, paid $23 on top of the over $300 that I had already paid, for a 2 year old to jump around with her brothers and sisters for about 30 minutes. When I went to enter the floor area, I was told I would have to wait 7 minutes, because my time didn't start until exactly 8 o'clock. I have a 2 year old that's flipping out, a pack of kids already inside, dropped almost $400 in total and I have to wait 7 minutes to gain entry! This was completely ridiculous, how much space is a 2 year old really going to take? It wasn't like we're talking about a plane seat. The older kids all had a blast, the place is clean, there was ample parking; but I will never give them a penny of my money again. You are in a kid based business, have a little common sense, not everyone is trying to beat you for 5 minutes. read more

This place is another "great idea, failed execution". Its been a really popular birthday party location and school fundraiser spot for my middle-school aged son, so I thought I would go check it out on what I figured woukd be a less busy weeknight. I figured we could go with his friend after work and school, have some pizza or whatever other fast food options they might offer and then head home, shower, and get to bed. But that's not at all how it worked out.... Firstly, their check-in process is poorly set up. When you enter you are naturally inclined to walk straight ahead toward the (miserable, disinterested) person standing at the counter who will then tell you to walk back to where you came from to the unattended computers to complete your waiver, then come back to her to pay. (Suggestion: have the computers take credit card/cash payment and have the employee just assist with buying skysocks, if needed and answering questions) The waiver is a bit of a pain because it sort of forces you into dishonesty, I mean, we had my son's friend with us, I'm not his legal guardian but his parents obviously entrusted me with his care, but unless you have their parents sign the online waiver prior to going, you have the note all children as your own. So I know for next time.... We pay appprox. 40 bucks (a little expensive for an hour and a half of entertainment IMO) and proceed to enter the complex. I was amazed at how empty it was...we were the ONLY customers there along with about four million teenaged employees who were yelling screaming, jumping on the mats and clearly having a good time...I initially though they were customers but they just seem to have different uniform shirts but upon closer review they all had the logo. They were clearly just bored and entertaining themselves. Since I had never been there my husband and I walked along with the kids to check it out and spectate but the employees shenanigans got so unpleasant to overhear and so loud that we couldn't hold a casual conversation comfortably so we left the jump area and went to check out the food situation for dinner. One thing we both noted is how extremely CLEAN the place is, especially for a kids recreational business we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the floors, mats, tables, etc. We stroll over to the food counter at 7:30 on a weeknight and ask what they have since the signage isn't clear and a (much more pleasant) employee tells us that they don't offer pizza or any actual meal-type food on weeknights because they are too slow so they only offer snacks, pretzels, bottled beverages and can basically.....doesn't that seem like a bit of a catch-22 scenario?? As a mom, why would I bring my kids somewhere ON A WEEKNIGHT that we can't grab a quick DINNER? Maybe if they offered more substantial dinner options they would be more busy on weeknight...the kids come over and tell us that they can't play dodge ball (the thing they were most looking forward to) because there weren't enough customers...so im a little more than annoyed at this point but we tell the kids to make the most of a not so hot experience and use up the jump time we paid for (which I simultaneously rememember was not exactly cheap). My husband and I sit on the black leather couch they have in a TV area, assuming for parents, but there was no remote for the TV and the music was too loud to hear it anyway and without a view of the jump area to watch the kids, we just resumed our unrelated conversation and waited (anxiously) for the kids to get done so we could leave and call the friend parents to tell then we would be late getting him home on a school night because now we needed to still get dinner.... This place may be great on the weekend, but they would probably be way more successful with the weekday sales if they made it a better overall experience: add full menu, better coaching or supervision for employees behavior, add something parents can actually do while waiting for the kids, maybe open the upstairs section to parents so they can look down and view all of the courts as their kids move throughout them. And if the weeknights will continue to be a "lesser" experience, then admission should be offered at a LESSER price. I never would have paid 40 bucks for an hour and a half experience of this sort...next time we'll just go to the movies. read more

My husband and I took our two children for the first time. We purchased our tickets and socks online. When we arrived to the place. We went straight online where a sign says preordered tickets. After waiting online for 10 minutes, the cashier tells me I must first sign the waiver. I thought it was really inconvenient being our first time and wasting time online to just go back on to wait after signing the waiver. Someone should greet you at the door since there were employees just standing there talking among themselves. Once we get our tickets, the cashier tells us we are all done. Simple sweet, but not really. We had belongings and needed a locker. So we had to go back on the same line to get a locker key for $2. Myself as a retail manager believe that should of been offered during the transaction. One last thing. The workers monitoring the trampolines did not enforce rules. It was kind of nerve wrecking. Great exercise and our kids (ages 12-16 girl and boys) loved the various activities - open trampoline area, basketball, foam cube pit, and couple of dodgeball arenas. Well-staffed for New Year's Day. Lockers avail and ample shoe and coat racks. Small snack stand with fountain drinks and pretzels only. Party facility avail. Well managed as spaces limited to certain number of participants I'm sure for safety. Grippy socks provided with admission which helped control your feet while bouncing. Clean facility. I took my family to SkyZone to have some fun. The kids were playing and the kid working there insisted my son was out in dodgeball when he wasn't. He went to the extent of calling security to remove him when we are paying for time played! I think that was a little extreme. They don't have a problem taking our money but have no problem delaying a game for 5 minutes to get a child removed. Referee needs to get a life!!!!!! Other than that it was good. My family and I love coming here. It was a lot better when it opened though. The place smells a little like dirty socks now, but then again most trampoline parks indoors start to acquire that smell overtime. That's the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. I suggest visiting during the weekday while most of the kids are still in school. Definitely avoid visiting on the weekend, if you can. The line is usually extremely long! However, It isn't as bad during the weekday. Also, hold onto your socks in case you Visit again in the future. It'll save you time and money. had a Birthday party @ your PineBrook location in February of this year I am totally disgusted with everything! The party is rushed to the point, where it is just rude! You advertise its a 2 hour party when really it 1:45 min. At 5:45 they were bring the next party in to the room. So at some point there was over 50 people in one room which I am sure is a fire hazard! The 5 boxes of pizza was cold, and because u order from a 3rd party there was no where to heat it up! Which was not disclosed ahead of time. The Juice and ice tea was so sweet, no one could drink it! So in hind sight I paid a little over 800.00 for 25 kids and I purchased the chase from you! Was a fun time with the kids, the reception staff were really nice but for some reason even though we had filled out the waiver they could not find it in the system and we had to redo the waiver even though we had a print out. I disagree greatly with their policy that they segregate based on size, I want to know where they get their research from that strangers/teenagers you don't know can do a better job keeping your child safe at their facility then their own parents. Not for nothing, but then to boot PLEASE sign a waiver so that when these people fail to do their jobs they will not be responsible. First time visiting Sky Zone with a group of 11 people. We did not make a reservation for our group; however Austin (employee) definitely helped us and answered all of our questions (storage for belongings, shoe rack location, what to bring/not to bring at open jump, etc) in order for us to have a blast. Definitely recommend arriving 30 minutes before your start jump time, especially on weekends. It was crowded with multiple birthday parties. Definitely fill out the Waiver Form online, even though there is a kiosk, there was a huge line when I visited. Lockers are $2.00; no outside food or beverages but you can purchase them there. We plan on going in the future and will probably make reservations! read more

Love this place!!! We love going here. My sons have been here for two different birthday parties and then I took one back with a group of friends. I decided to jump as well. What fun and what a workout. It got even a group of surly teenagers to let go of their devices and their attitudes for a full 90 min. jump. Let me tell you, after 90 mins. of jumping those very athletic kids were ready to go to bed! As far as cleanliness I find it to be clean. Also as far as safety I am alway impressed by the way that they control the dodge-ball and the areas where you have free jump. It's a big operation to keep everyone safe, and I think they do a great job. Also just so you know what to expect....regarding other reviews here: 1) Waivers are very important in places like this because well....you're jumping on trampolines. 2) If for any reason that your waiver gets lost in the system...you'll be sent to the kiosk. (you have to fill it out for the location you are going to) Or you fill it out on your smartphone 3) Leave time....like boarding a plane to get your socks, put on your socks and put your stuff away. Yes your time slot is your time slot. 4) Do not bring the little tiny toddlers, they will get trampled. read more

After much trouble with the website not allowing me to 'check out' over and over, I bought reserved tickets for 4 people plus socks for my daughters bday. When we got there the confirmation number said I only bought socks. The time we reserved was sold out. Had to wait another 1/2 hour which was actually convenient since they couldn't find ANY of the waivers that we submitted online so had to do them all again which wasn't easy since they weren't all our kids! They did give us a very minimal discount for the inconvenience which I appreciate since I didn't ask. The other thing is, they need more comfort zones for parents aka non jumpers. Not bleachers. I'm prob extra aware of this at 8 months pregnant. Although I recall feeling the same way when I was here and not pregnant for a bday party. Purchased a package online. Was told that I had to present paid voucher in person, and pick up gift card in person. I take a 15 minute drive, pick up card and then go home to purchase time slots online. Card does not work. I call Sky Zone, they put me on hold, and then come back and tell me they can't help me over phone. I will have to bring card back. I tell her my dilemma is that my children are off from school tomorrow, and I would like to secure the time slot. States the obvious, that they do not take reservations over phone. How do you sell a card that does not work, are not able to check your records to see if I purchased and paid, and not able to accommodate me at all or make an exception on the reservation policy? This has to be one of the worst place I have ever visited with my children . I was there in July of this year during toddler time which advertises that only children up to five years of age can jump during that time . A girl who looked a lot older than 5 fell on top of my two year old and broke his leg in 2 different places. No one , and when I say no one came to assist my family while my son was screaming at the top of his lungs . My husband and I had to rush out with both my 2 year old son and 1 year old daughter and no one even came to see if he was ok, if we needed help gathering and bringing our belongings to the car . No even thought it would be the human thing to do to call an ambulance. The injury took place right in front of one of the staff and he did absolutely nothing . I contacted them to ask for a video of the incident. No report was filed . No one knows anything. I contacted corporate only to hear that it was my fault for bringing my toddler there. No one ever apologized. When I asked I what way they monitor the accurate age of the children who participate during toddler time they had no answer . Went to the center on a Sunday and understood we need a booking. Paid for our slot for tomorrow (a monday) 6.30PM on the counter and got our tickets. Next day we went there by 6.15 PM, the center was closed. And to our surprise we found they are closed on all Mondays. Now why would someone in the counter issue a ticket that clearly shows a slot for Monday, when the center is closed? I thought this place would be ideal for my petite 6 year old, however there's a lot of bigger and older kids towering and jumping all over the place. Skyzone is huge, but There isn't much to do. There's this rather large area divided into individual sections for the kids to jump but there's only 1 to a square so you're literally jumping in place, that's it. And doge ball, which my kid isn't participating in, the big kids take it way too far. In my opinion This place is fun for the older kids, but not for smaller children. read more

What i experienced i had a great time. I took my nieces and my nephew to have some indoor fun since 6 flags is a day trip and an hour + away and cost $$. This place was somewhat affordable. With $12 for 30 min jumps with trampoline socks. I liked the place a lot. The staff was nice and mainly young. They have a small food stand if you or your kids get hungry or thirsty but obviously pricey. Overall id recommend the place. If you can get to it/find it because it's in a random parking lot, Go. The staff at the Pine Brook location are truly incredible. My son has autism and doesn't understand the rules so we try to go when we think there might be fewer people than usual. The last time we were there, they gave my son his own section all to himself. Raymond stayed with him the whole time and tried to interact with him for the full hour that he jumped. Catie and Erica were so supportive and accommodating. The staff figured out how to make coming here a stress-free and enjoyable experience for a family like mine where doing everything is a challenge. I'm so grateful to them. read more

After paying $35 per kid for 28 kids, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by the staff, located at PineBrook, NJ SkyZone. When I arrived at the PineBrook SkyZone, I was assigned two staff members to coordinate the party. For the beginning half of the party, there was only one staff member, because the other one disappeared. After the children finished their jump time, it was time for pizza and cake. Some of the children were given pizza, some were not. Some children were given juice, some were not. Myself, along with some of the other parents, served the children, pizza, cake and juice. So what was the point in having the staff members again (I'm still not sure)???? After the children were done eating, we were rushed out of the room, costing the two rude and unprofessional staff members their gratuity. I was highly and visibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and overall courtesy. I WILL NEVER have another party at PineBrook SkyZone and will not recommend this place to any of my family members, friends, nor coworkers for any party or event. I paid too much money to be dissatisfied and overall disappointed! PineBrook SkyZone should offer a course in professionalism and it should have been a prerequisite for the two staff members assigned to my party! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! read more
