Took our kids for some fun after buying a Groupon. We had a great time. Place was clean and staff was excellent! Highly recommend!!

We had my daughters birthday party here. We had bought a Groupon for it, and should have known better. For the entire duration of the party there was trash on the floor, and rather than sweep it up they just put a wet floor sign down. We watched several employees walk around the wet floor sign and fail to sweep up the trash. The mens bathroom stall had a clogged toilet that remained clogged the entire time we were there. There were piss puddles all over the floor so kids that walked in there with the jumping socks on ending up wetting their socks in pee. All of the napkin holders on the tables out in the jumping area were empty and not refilled while I was there. The concession stand was out of pretty much anything people wanted. You could barely get someone to wait on you even if you did want something. Obviously this was not a good experience. Next time I will go to Off The Wall, and won't get my deal off Groupon. The parties I've been to there are a much better experience. Lesson learned. read more

Staff is rude. Particularly The cashier Selina. They also do not clean the place very well. Over all just disappointed.

It is Ok a little dirty. Food sucked and took for ever to get one slice of pizza and a two hot dogs took 45 mins and my wife ordered a cheerio and took another 20 mins because they ran out a did not tell us. Manager was fixed and refunding are jump time. read more

We came here at 9:20 am today (Sunday) because the website said toddler time was 10am to 11am. It was a ghost town and the sign on the door said 11am open time. There was an employee outside waiting to get in so I asked if toddler time was at 10am? He told me no that toddler time is only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I stuck around and waiting 20 mins and they did have toddler time at 10am. I was a little upset because I was going to leave and go home. Some staff are friendly and nice to the kids, but others look miserable and only looking for a paycheck. read more

This is my letter to the management that indicates my displeasure: I visited the Sky Zone trampoline park in Pompano Beach, FL today with my wife and two children. There were no external or internal signs indicating that outside food was not to be eaten on the premises. No one told us about this rule when we bought 90 minute passes. Nonetheless, when I brought two tacos into the building and began eating my lunch, I was accosted first by a worker and then by the Operations Manager, Derby Pierre. He demanded that I stop eating immediately or I would be expelled from the facility despite bing informed that there was no prior indication that eating outside food in the facility was not allowed and that I was not about to leave my young children in the facility without me being there. Mr. Pierre continued to demand that he was correct and stated that I would be forcibly ejected if I continued to eat my then single taco! Suffice it to say that I will never visit this facility again. This hostile and abusive approach to a good family and repeat customer will not go unnoticed. I will be posting this letter on every family website I can find. Families know how they will be treated at a Sky Zone facility as they have many other choices for their entertainment. This is only highlighted by the low quality food available at their facilities and a family's potential dietary restrictions. read more

Good Sundays are expected madness staff is not the top caring people but I guess they garavemta to deal with alot of different personalities.. eat before or after food sucks and choices very small overall good for a couple of hours they seem to have adult things and a check in offer so you get 2 bucks off... read more

Overall great experience for my 12 year old and his friend. They had fun every minute always something to do (we did the 90 minute play). From dodgeball, basketball and other obstacle courses to keep them busy and fit. Kids will probably get hungry and that's where they could improve, its the typical junk food but the issue was the poor quality of it, very stale pizza. read more

Took my little one there using a Groupon but we both ended up having a B.L.A.S.T. The cozy orange non-slip (new) socks made the start of our Groupon adventure promising. Although I had no intention of jumping on the trampolines, it was magnetic and exhilarating all at the same time. Only challenge was not being able to stay a little closer to my little one however close enough to see what's was going on in case of an over jump, crash or fall. All in all we enjoyed ourselves. He loved the basketball dunk and foam zone the most. Highly recommended for kids and adults. 90 mins should do it. Just enough to enjoy and leave without feeling too dizzy. read more

For months now, I have been jonesing to try out one of these indoor trampoline places... but seems that I was alone on this, as I couldn't convince anyone to come with, and jumping solo just seems like no funo. But then I saw that they offer a jump fitness class, and I was so there. Classes at this location are Tuesday and Thursday from 7-8pm and the first one is free to try, but you have to buy their special skyzone socks for $2 (if you don't already have). I show up all ready to go, fill out the waiver in front and then approach the counter to sign up. So the staff is kind of... shall we say... dense. Everyone working there seemed as if it were their first day on the job.. on any job for that matter. When I told the girls working that I was there for the fitness class, what I got in return was two lifeless faces staring back at me as if I had just walked up to their counter and ordered a pizza. Now this class happens twice a week and has been ongoing for a while now, but the girls in front were clueless. They figured it out after a minute or two, but it definitely left me feeling worried about today's youth. So after I paid and put my things in a locker (one quarter for the locker), I was kind of walking around aimlessly, looking for someone who seemed like an instructor or a sign or something of where I should go. Nada. As an employee walked by me, I stopped him and asked where I should go for jump fitness and he says "hmm. Hold on one sec lemme get back to ju." ....ok. My saving grace was finding another woman in workout clothes who had been there before and knew where to go. Seriously people, get your act together or have a sign or something. Anyway, the fitness class is held in the back right-hand court. Once I finally got my shit straight and the class started, it was really fun. I mean REALLY fun. Way bouncier than the shameful backyard excuse of a trampoline, you can really fly on these suckers. It actually took me a minute or two to get in my groove and get a rhythm, but once I got going, there was no stopping me. Well until we stopped doing trampoline things and started doing more "fitness" moves. He had us doing lunges, bear crawls, sit-ups ect. I'd say it was probably 50/50 between doing trampoline moves and standard exercises. Did I walk away feeling like I just had a great workout? No. But, I am a zumba instructor and workout 5-6 days a week, so perhaps to someone who doesn't workout out as regularly or vigorously might think differently. Don't get me wrong, I did break a sweat, but there was not "muscle jello" and no next day soreness. I was a little disappointed with the lack of trampoline based exercises, after all, that's kind of the whole point to it. I can do lunges and sit-ups on dry land... I wanted to jump!! There was also much too much break/water/rest time. And if I had some pointers as a fitness instructor myself, I would say that the music needs to be amped up mucho. The music was low and barely audible, and where I personally liked their playlist of daft punk and jamiroquai, some upbeat EDM or dubstep would have been better suited for getting me going and pumped up for some cardio. As for the instructor- get into it dude! At least 50% of your job is to motive and get the class going, so drink some redbull (or crack - whatever your pleasure), put on your happy face, and give me energy and make it fun. I will definitely come back at least to jump on my own and do my own thing because it really is super fun and they have time for just adults which is great. As far as the jump fitness, I'm not completely sure if I will give it a second go or not, perhaps on my rest day. read more

Horrible!! Way to overcrowded- an accident waiting to happen! In fact, the main trampoline spot keeps getting closed down for injuries! Coming here was a huge waste of time and money!! We thought it was going to be a nice family outing, but SkyZone is far from family oriented. We found the hard way that the parents are separated from their children at all times where you cannot watch/supervise them since you are not allowed to be with them interacting as a family. It could be fun if your children are older but ours is a 4 and wanted to jump around on the trampolines together. Aside from that you cannot jump unless you purchase their socks, it isn't was the cost but rather the inconvenience. We have been to Off the Wall before and had a great time thinking that we would have a similar experience we were thoroughly disappointed. read more

Went to check it out and the kids had a great time. They did the main trampolines, the foam area, the basketball hoops and the dodgeball. The staff does a great job looking after the kids and, unlike other establishments like this, they do it without being pushy or arrogant. We will be back !! read more

Definitely a lot of fun. I came with my brothers and we bought an hour ($13). You have to buy their socks if you don't already have them ($2) which has rubber at the bottom which keeps you from sliding around. For being 9pm on a Saturday there were a lot of families still there. The staff did a pretty good job of keeping everyone separated by size. It is a great workout. I figured it would be for cardio but I was surprised to find that my whole body (back, arms, abs) was sore the next day! I would recommend wearing your gym clothes and a sports bra (if you're a woman). read more

My 1 year old only could jump by his self I couldn't be with him my sister who is 12 had to jump in A separate place and including me. We all couldn't jump together. Bought a groupon for two hours for two people for like $20? Or $25. Whatever, I can't remember. Either way it was a good deal. You get to keep the special socks which are like $2 a pair. Today I was extremely disappointed with sky zone and Groupon. I bought a Groupon for two and it sated that we could use it Tuesday until Thursday. We got there with my two kids. It was 7:00 pm Wednesday and we were not allowed to use our Groupon, because of the neon party. I am not sure if this Groupon's or Sky Zone's fault. The attendant says well it days it on the fine print! The fine print only states that the Groupon is not allowed when neon parties are happening. It doesn't state which days the neon parties are. I felt cheated and it is not the first time that happens with a Groupon. Also the lack of sympathy from the Sky Zone attendant not for me but for my little kids. It is a trap once you arrive to the place and the kids are hyped they say you can't use the Groupon and if the kids want to jump I have to pay &25 per kid. I will give it a try again tomorrow because I already paid my Groupon lets see what they will say read more

Had a lot of fun. The 4 girls had a blast. I got to relax. Only problem was no soap in bathrooms. No paper towels . One of the 2 faucets was broken. Honestly, the counter at snack bar was a mess with wrappers and the floors were littered with napkins and stickers and plastic from the straws. This place is so much fun! Came here with a groupon - $20 for 1hr of jumping for two people and two dippin dots. You have to buy special socks extra at $2 each but they're good quality and will last multiple visits! The space is clean and well maintained with nice and friendly staff who approach you with a smile. Definitely a good place to be when you're bored! Just remember to wear active clothing... Me and my son enjoy sky zone of Tuesday mornings from 10am-11am for TODDLER time! I'm very pleased with their staff. It's all young boys that work there in the play area. They are all very friendly, kind and, playful with every child that is there. I have never seen a child that doesn't laugh and enjoy the staff. The most friendly and playful is the tall boy that is usually in the foam pit area. He is always playing and watching over the kids! He is never once distracted while playing with one individual. I have never been to skyzone before. Drove all the way to pompano from west palm beach to celebrate my nephews 7th birthday. We brought a cake. They wouldn't let us bring it in. I had my God Son's birthday party here. With a coupon I spent about 300 for 8 kids plus a cake and some extra pizzas. It was an okay experience. The kids had a blast, but I was quite dissapointed in how small this place is compared to other jump spots in the area. Prices are way too high and are per hour of jump. There are no large squares to jump on. No off the wall type of jumping. I do not think we will come again, but it was an okay place when I was last minute rushing for a birthday party. read more

This place is great for kids to jump around on a trampolines. This facility is pretty clean and well maintained. I was recently at sky zone and have been there several times. My son loves this place! Only one problem...You MUST wear their brands socks to jump. I go to several different places and grabbed a pair of off the wall socks because they are designed the same way as sky zones socks. They refused to let me use the socks and wanted to charge me for them. Our I couldn't jump...period. Anyway they did refund my money and the staff dealt with the refund appropriately. I want on a early morning on a holiday and my child was only limited to a certain area of the trampoline because they didn't have they other half open. Employees are rude and disrepectfull! For example, kids are ready to go jump walk up the stairs and for the first time of the many times I have been to this location there was an employee that stopped them and started to drill them on what they can and can't do. I went with my 17 month old for toddler time on a Saturday . (9-10) You to fill out a waiver form on the computer (super easy) and then pay at the register . The cashier who assisted me was very nice and polite . We ended up ordering some drinks and snacks too and she was also our cashier . From what I saw it seemed very nice and plenty of space for the little ones to jump around (or just run around ) we stayed on one side of the trampolines but it seemed like there was another section for them to jump as well . I noticed they had massage chairs. The kind you stick your money in . I thought that was a great idea if I could use it but with a toddler that's kinda out the question . Overall it seem clean to me. Staff I noticed a few not too much . I would assume there's more when the older crowd is there . ( not like you need much with the babies ) they're was also a time you could take free pics with the paw patrol characters (not sure if it was just that day or an all the time thing ) they're some arcade games (looks like you can win tickets?) I plan on coming back with my 8 year old and hopefully it's not too much of a difference because I was pleased with this visit. read more

Get the Groupon and it's worth it. Beware that they have a very cool obstacle course that you have to be ridiculously tall enough to go on. My 9 year old 4th grader was told he wasn't tall enough. He can ride just about every ride at most amusement parks. He is 52 in. I am all for safety but it wasn't built to be very kid friendly OR the young lady was mistaken about the height restrictions. read more

Took out the kids, great place to have them jump around and have fun! Great affordable prices. A good place to spend an hour and half at max. It only has jump trampolines, basketball hoops, foam jump and dodgeball. It lacks that you can not jump with your kids. Place needs to have more activities as well. read more

So came to bring my children to sky zone for a two hour glow in the dark jump. For the three of us it was approximately 86 dollars. Not cheap. Well they decided to stop one of the attractions which was dodgeball about thirty min early. We paid for 2 hours of this place and expect 2 hours worth of the park that I paid for. I talked to a worker and they reopened the dodgeball but for only 1vs1. I know this sounds petty but I don't take my kids out to get ripped off read more

Staff was extremely disrespectful, I hurt my ankle and a staff witnessed it and NOT one came to assist me. I asked a simple question "Why aren't we allowed to jump on the same trampoline?" And he replied with a slick attitude. The female at the counter wouldn't let my child in unless she didn't give up her socks and SOMEHOW a guy (who was not even jumping or with anyone who was) came in and stole someone's things out the cubby,along with my child's friend phone.We informed the staff and they told us next time we should get a locker instead of putting it in the open cubby. I Do not recommend this place but I do recommend off the wall. Oh and also when they hand you your shirt and socks they throw it at you. Highly disappointed!! read more
