Toddler zone is incredibly small. I wouldn't go back to this location until my kids are over four years old. We requested to use one of the other courts that were blocked off and the staff would not let us. read more

Had a birthday party here for our 3 year old twins and 17 of their friends. Our host Dina was amazing with the kids and should be commended for a job well done. Most of the parents who came didn't even know the place existed but were talking about how they'd be coming back. Thank you Sky Zone and Dina for making their day special. This was a LOT LOT LOT of fun! I came here after purchasing a Groupon, $16 for people to jump on all sorts of trampoline devices, played dogeball, jumped into foam blocks and sweated more in one hour than 2 hours of dedicated gym time. I'm not gonna lie, my body cannot handle the jumps and twirls as the younger crowds surrounding us, but it was so much fun frolicking around and just jumping up and down. The entire establishment was very clean, and well kept. My only advice is that if you are using a GPS navigation system, then you'll just need to keep your eyes peeled for the Sky Zone sign and it's just hidden behind a series of large storage houses. read more

I definitely did not like this place nor did the kids!! In my opinion launch is way better and the kids wanted to leave to go there. This place is like the rule capital of fun and definitely does not really let you have any! I'm an adult who's about the size of a 10 year old, I got separated from the kids I was with, who are bigger than me mind you, behind some netting, I couldn't jump with them or play dodge ball with them or do anything with them for that matter. Also the staff was frighteningly rude, I couldn't even belive how rude and crusty they were!!! And conveniently their water fountains broke just as school vacation began! This place is over priced and require sky socks which of course is an additional charge!!! Bottom line..... Go to launch, more relaxed, better value and way nicer workers!!!! The boys had a great time jumping for the past two hours. Luckily we went early (1:30pm) because it the getting busy as we were leaving.

I haven't been here in a while , but from my past experiences it is very fun ! I like how now you can just wear the skyzone socks instead of wearing those big weird shoes ! It is a very enjoyable place to go in the winter or even if you just want to jump around , i think it is worth the price because you get to jump around on all the trampolines ( there are even trampolines on the walls ! ) and you can take a dive into the foam pit! The only thing about the foam pit is you can only flip frontwards , and me being a gymnastics i would enjoy the try backwards flips into the pit , but i guess its for safety . Also i hate how there is a big boarder separating the trampoline and the pit , it would be a lot better if the boarder was smaller so you wouldn't have to flip/jump at such a distance , it makes it a lot harder ! Something else that is really nice about this place is the dodgeball and basket ball , it is a fun way to play those two sports . It was a great idea to separate into two different arenas for the dodgeball , because being a girl who is not that great at dodgeball, i do not want to play with the big teenage boys in the bigger arena who play rough. I find it enjoy able to play in the little kids one ! It is fun to play with the little kids ! Also it is good they have two different size hoops , it makes it a challenge and it is very enjoyable , even though I'm too short to get it in most times :p ! I love this place to the extreme! The parking is very spacious and the staff is very nice and they make sure you are always safe ! The only thing is , it is kind of hard to find the place because it is kind of hidden . Besides the few tweaks that need to be fixed. this place is very exciting and i have to come back here soon ! Make sure you check it out !!!! read more

This looks like a fun place to jump, but we left before even getting on the trampoulines. The staff of mostly high school kids is poorly trained and mostly disinterested in their jobs. We had trouble getting anyone to explain to us the height restrictions which were arbitrarily applied. When I asked for my money back, they told be that is "not policy." This may be a good company, but stay away from this location. read more

So we have been to many trampoline parks in our travels. We keep a bag of special socks in the car for that purpose. This was the first time in 2 years we have been told that their specific socks needed to be purchased. Total scam though I was told it was liability and safety reasons. I found the start times inflexible starting on only the half hour...many places are on 15 minute increments. In addition, i found the attendants to be a militant with the whistle and yelling about the rules, like the kids were naughty dogs who peed in the living room. My kids still love jumping but we will hit Launch in Warwick instead...a bit friendlier and same basic ideas. And I wasn't trapped into 4 new pairs of socks last time we took the kids. read more

I was very dissatisfied with my visit there. They are excessively strict with their age policy. I was unable to jump with friends because they were 15 but 16 year olds were allowed to jump with the adults. Their arbitrary system made little sense to me. Some of the 15 year olds were heavier than the grown ups and were jumping around with much smaller children. This made some of the children very upset. They just wanted to jump with their buddies and have some fun. I can't see how age difference determines which mat people can go on if it is only one person to a trampoline anyways. I will be going to Launch trampoline park from now on. Shame on you Skyzone for making my babies all teary eyed and upset! read more

This place is impossible to manage two young children by yourself if they are not in the same age group. In order to keep my kids together I had to ask permission from management for them to play together in the toddler area even though we were the only people in the toddler area. Too many rules, not a very enjoyable experience for small children. read more

Sky zone is awful and i will continue to say this to everyone. I went wanting a change from Launch(another trampoline park). I wanted to use my phone to make cool videos and they wouldn't let me and Launch allows phones on the tramps. I wanted to jump off the wall but they only let me stay in the middle and only on one spot they assigned. Can you tell me why i can jump where ever i want a Launch but not at Sky Zone. My friend wanted to jump in the foam pit and she couldn't get out. They wouldn't pull her out cause they couldn't touch her in risk of dislocating her shoulder. Yes that is reasonable but they didn't even let me help her out. The staff were rude and i never ever want to go back there again. I wish i could give less then 1 star. read more

A huge rip off. I took 4 kids here today and we ended up being a few minutes later. No problem. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes for waivers to clear. Again, no problem, we should've had them done beforehand. My problem was this: they only got to jump for 20 minutes before our 'reserved time' was up. I went to the front desk and explained what had happened and asked if we could at least jump for a full half an hour, even though we paid for 4, 1 hour tickets. She said there were no more tickets and that we couldn't. Not even a refund. Protip: if you're this busy, people are gonna be late. This stuff happens. Your place is tiny, and the rules are a bit ridiculous. You couldn't even allow us your minimum amount of jumping time you charge for. Your front desk was unorganized. This place would be really great if the slack was picked up and the customers respected a bit more. read more

Planned a trip for a few co-workers to have fun after a long week. We all had a great time and the staff was very easy going.

Ok, well after arriving at this place with my daughter and her friend I was excited, it look really fun. I noticed a few computers available to sign waivers, so I thought it best to get those out of the way;that took approximately ten minutes.then I waited in line for an additional ten minutes, it was then that I was told that they were sold out of jumping sessions, I was very sad. They suggested next time tho get tickets on line, so I reserved a spot yesterday to come today. I went through the same procedure as before, only this time I was told that the little girl that was my daughter's friend could not jump without her mother's signature. When I read the info on the web site it said a signature from a parent or guardian, not LEGAL guardian so I thought nothing of it. Naturally, I was extremely angry to think that I had to drive an hour round trip to get a signature from her mother and miss my 4:30 slot that I paid for. This would mean the girls and I would have 15 minutes to jump. So I was hoping the staff would bend just a little after my ordeal, that did NOT happen. The lady that I dealt with had the disposition of the Gestapo, I felt at any moment she would start intence disciplining of the children.Ok, maybe not but she was miserable!! That being said, the jumping was super fun, all 15 minutes of it. The moral of my story, if you hate children don't work at a place that surround you with them all day. read more

This place made my nephews birthday super stressful we were told our kids would be able to jump and their spots would be reserved . When we get there we were told it was full . All the toddlers had to sit out .We were also told that the glow lights would go on at the time we would be there and they didn't do the kids were sad. Could be fun IF all your kids are the same age. I took my young children ages 6 and 3 one afternoon to burn off some energy. Unfortunately, they group kids by age. Kids under 5 are restricted to a 15x15 fenced in area. Everyone (even parents) over 5 is prohibited from playing in that area. So my 3 year old was basically sent into a play pen to play solo. Next time we'll make the trek to Launch in Warwick. read more

I did not want to give this place a bad rating because I did receive GREAT customer service and was refunded my money with no issue. The only thing that I was not happy about was the toddler section, it is too small and my daughter was not having it she wanted to go jump with my son who is 5 years old but due to her age (3) she was not able to. Other than that it's very big and looks like lots of fun, I wish I could've enjoyed the time there. I will definitely be going back but with my 5 year old. read more

I came here with a 12 year old and I was pleasantly surprised. I bought a Groupon and after putting it off forever, I decided I should probably get to using it before it expired. It was very clean and new, which I liked. It is a trampoline park, however - temper your expectations. They are very good and dividing up folks based on size, and calling out rule-breaking behavior. Clearly trampolines are dangerous, so it is good to see that they take the rule seriously. It is exhausting work, though! I am in pretty good shape, and I had a hard time jumping for more than a few minutes at a time. They have regular games of dodgeball, which is a lot of fun. It definitely makes you feel like a kid again! My words of advice are threefold - one, make sure you go a little before the hour or half hour. They will only let you on at those times, so unless you want to wait (or waste the time you paid for!), plan ahead. Also, you can either get trampoline shoes with your rental or for a $2 upcharge, buy socks. I'd recommend the socks. I got a nasty blister on the back of my leg from the shoes. Alternatively, bring high socks because the shoes are hightops! Last, but not least, if you are bringing a minor under 18 and you are not their legal guardian or parent, make sure you print out a paper waiver for their parent/guardian to sign and bring it with you. You can also do waivers on the computers there. I read a review complaining about the waivers. Well, the waiver requirement is very clear on their website, and only a parent or legal guardian has the right to waive liability. Commonsense, I'd say. All in all, a lot of fun and a good way to let the kiddos get their energy out! I am sure it is packed when there is bad weather and in the winter, so it is probably worth signing up ahead of time online (FYI, you can't do this with a Groupon). read more

We had a family outing to skyzone last week and were pretty impressed. It is a great place for the kids to get out some of that winter built up energy. The prices are very reasonable. There are a LOT of rules to abide by for the jumping, which is understandable, but sometimes made it challenging when going with kids of several different sizes and age groups. We had toddlers in one section, preschoolers in another section and teens in yet another section. But part of what I like about it is that I dont have to worry about the teens accidentally plowing down the little kids. The place is well organized, clean, and lots of fun. read more

The kids usually have fun and the class was great, but there are issues. First, it is not possible to reserve class space online unless you sign up for one of their packages. If you want to do class by class, you have to take your chances with driving there - I've done this only to find that the class is full or doesn't have room for our little group. Very frustrating, especially if you've had to arrange babysitting to get there. Secondly, they make and follow rules that sometimes seem to lack common sense, but they stick to them without hesitation. My timid, 4-year old son is exactly 40 inches. Children over 40 inches must jump on the large trampolines, children under 40 inches jump in a smaller, more private area. My son wanted to jump in the toddler area, and they wouldn't allow it. The teenager who checked us in said that because he was "1 centimeter over" he had to jump with the big kids (who happened to tower over him). When she checked with the manager, he barely glanced our way and said he had to jump on the big trampoline. We tried to coax him onto it, but because they separate jumpers by size, he couldn't be with his older brother and refused to jump. When we asked a third employee for our money back, she suggested we measure him without his shoes on and (gasp!) he was under 40 inches! They allowed him to jump in the toddler area, but by then he had lost about 7 minutes from his paid half-hour jump. He did have fun in the little kid area, and my older son had a great time in the other areas, but this was a lot of hassle for a little entertainment. This place appears to be run and operated by a bunch of young people who don't understand children. It's really too bad. Someone gave me a $50 gift card here and when it's all used up, I doubt we'll be back. read more

I've been to this location a handful of times since they opened, and my experiences have not been positive. I am a young adult, and have come here with friends and family between the ages of 14 and 27. The open jump and foam pit were somewhat fun, but ultimately grew boring after about 15 minutes. The dodgeball was the main draw for us to come here. We went on Friday and Saturday nights, and we found every time we went, we had this same poor experience. There were at least 3 or 4 off duty employees playing. I know they worked there because they went behind the desk afterwards. Each and every time I went, these employees would play extremely aggressively, all going on one team, trash talking and swearing, and throwing the balls unreasonably hard at younger kids. The employees on duty in charge of being a referee would essentially laugh at all of this, doing nothing to intervene. They often use hard rubber balls, even when we called ahead and were told the balls used on a particular night would be foam. I've seen a number off kids walk off the court with bloody noses and crying as a result of these employees, who if I had to guess, don't even have to pay to play. This particular location has some serious issues in regards to a young and very undisciplined staff, and I would recommend avoiding it for your personal health and safety if you intend to use the dodgeball courts read more

This place would be ok if you are bringing your child and just watching them jump, but if you plan on jumping with them you will be separated on the main jumping court. I found this place to have way to many rules. I have been to launch in Warwick and they have the same things for the most part with no hassle. Everyone can jump together and family and friends won't be separated because of size. The have two basketball jumping stations with one ball so there is a long line. We had a group of 4 kids go a 4yr old, 10yr old, and two 15 yr olds. They separated them even though there was barely anyone their and your suppose to only jump in your own square. They wanted to put the 4, 10, and one 15 on one side because they are all smaller and make the other 15yr old jump by herself. Not fun. Just let everyone jump! read more

Came here the day before to sign up a group - the manager agrees to a group discount. Arrived to jump the next day, that day's manager went back on the agreed price. We showed up when they told us, then it took more than 20 minutes to sign kids in. Rather than having two or three of the front desk employees work to sign us in, one worked while the others stood around. Very disappointing - VERY poor customer service. Lots of lost time paid for. What a waste of money! A friend and I took our children this past weekend, and were both thoroughly frustrated by the whole experience. Let me count the ways SkyZone failed to measure up. 1) Finding the facility was very difficult, signage is practically none existent. It's in an industrial park behind a distribution center. Once you have found it, you have to dodge the tractor trailers to find a parking spot. This made us later that the required 30 minute pre-bounce time check-in. 2) Check-in was chaos. No staff to greet people coming in the door, or attempt to direct traffic. There was a LOT of traffic. 3) The smell of chlorine bleach was overpowering. It made our eyes water. 4) After filling out the waiver (it takes a while, allow plenty of time), you check in. There were plenty of staff behind the counter, but only two appeared to be working. The rest were chatting with each other. Check-in took a long time. 5) After you check in, you are told your children cannot bounce in their own socks are and required to buy socks. This is an additional $3 per child. 6) Your children are assigned a letter corresponding to their age, and this dictates what areas they can jump in. As my friend and I had children aged 2 to 18, this meant we couldn't spend any time together. This might not have been too big of deal except the way the ages broke down my youngest son, who is 14, couldn't bounce with either group. He was very disappointed he couldn't play dodge ball with his older brother, or even bounce in the same section of the building. 7) I asked the staff member why this was the case, and was informed it was for safety reasons. Which I get, but many of the children were the same size or smaller than my son. I was told after some debating that if I just went back to the check-in desk, they would change my son's badge designation. I was frustrated no one had mentioned this was an option right at the beginning; we had already wasted 15 minutes of play time. But still, there was hope! 8) There was no hope. At the check-in desk, I had to ask for help as the staff was standing around chatting, only one woman appeared to be working. I explained the situation and was told the other staff member had been wrong. There was no changing of designations. I again argued the wisdom of the rule, as surely safety would be better guaranteed by having those of the same height / weight bounce together not of age; especially for teenagers who vary considerably in size. Maybe allowing for discretion and judgment would be a better way forward. I was told, "It's a safety rule." That was the end of the discussion. The older kids didn't feel right going off to have fun without the younger son, so they decided it would be fine if we all left. (Frankly, they had been bouncing the whole time I had been arguing with the staff, and were tired anyway, they aren't that selfless!) 9) On the way out the door, I spotted a manager, I told him why we were leaving, and what a waste of money the trip had been. He told me that if I had talked to someone at the front desk, they would have changed my youngest son's designation no problem! At this point I confess to getting exasperated. I told the manager I HAD talked to the front desk and had been told "no". I reiterated the whole story, and he apologized and said he would switch the designation now. I said it was too late, our hour was up, and we were leaving. He said he would extend the time for a "few extra minutes." My children had all got their street clothes back on by this point and weren't interested in heading back in. He asked who I had spoken to at the front desk, I pointed him out and was told that was an Assistant Manager had the discretion to change the badge as he saw fit. I asked why he hadn't changed the badge then, but no one had an answer. The AM tried to tell me it had something to do with the amount of people in the facility at the time, but seeing as he hadn't checked the computer, or had in any other way appeared to work out how many people were in the building and how that might, or might not effect a badge change, I concluded this was an excuse. I pointed this out. The manager said again that if I had talked to him, he would have changed the badge. I asked what good does that do? How would I know which staff are empowered, and which aren't? (a moot point, as the AM WAS empowered, but simply refused) When I pointed out the illogical nature of his argument, he said "Sorry you had a bad time. I'm leaving." and stomped off. So... let me recap. Hard to find. Poor staffing. More expensive than advertised. Asinine rules. Terrible customer service. And it stank. We will never go back. read more

Our review of Sky Zone is only based on a half hour of time because we decided to cut our time short as it was anything but fun. I brought 5 children ages 13-15. The 13 year old was separated from the rest of his friends and told he was too small to jump in the same area and it was based on height. However, there was a girl who was shorter than him who was allowed in the same area. Then, there were two dodge ball courts. All 5 children were playing with a few other people without any issues. He played a game of dodge ball with his peers. However, the second time, he was told he had to play in the small court without his friends. This made NO sense and posed a huge safety risk for the very young children. They wanted a 13 year old middle school Lacrosse player to play dodge ball with children half his size and age. However, they did not want him to play with his 15 year old friends who were only 2 inches bigger. There were pictures posted of a child who is about 45 inches tall and it stated that's how tall you had to be to go in the big park. However, my son who is 59 inches was not allowed to take a turn in the tall hoop basketball section. My children actually asked if they could leave instead of staying the full two hours. When we go to Launch, they usually beg to stay longer! read more

If you have mixed ages, don't bother. Or even if you have a group of same age kids who are different heights, don't bother. Very disappointed and frustrated. I took my 2 kids, ages 3 & 5, and niece and nephew, ages 11 & 13. None of them were able to jump in the same areas because of their ages or heights! So I took 4 kids out to have fun and NO ONE had fun because they couldn't hang out together. The 3 yr old could go on absolutely nothing except a tiny jump area. But there were no other kids except him there! Boring. I tried to let my 5 yr old jump with him and the staff told her she could not. My 5 yr old had to jump in a different area, again by herself. My niece had to jump in the adult area because she is tall for her age. And my nephew in yet another area. A lot of money spent and all kids were disappointed. I have heard Launch in Warwick is more fun and everyone can jump together. I won't go here again. read more

I recently went to sky zone for a 3 year old birthday party. All of the adults there were extremely disappointed. My boss, who planned this party for her son, paid for the tickets online for everyone going. When we got there, they had no idea how to even look for the tickets. It took way too long just for them to print out stickers. Some of the employees were rude and miserable. If you don't want to work around kids, then you chose the wrong profession. I understand the sky zone is a corporate company and they have rules, just like other places, but the people that work there need to have respect for those coming in and paying money to jump. I took my niece with me to the party, who is 3, and she had a blast. When our time was running out, I told my niece that she had a few minutes left to jump. She was in there for a minute and one of the guys working yelled at me from 10 feet away and told me to get her off of the trampoline. First off, if you want to tell me something, try saying it to my face and at least be nice about it. I didn't appreciate how they were talking to me or anyone there. I was very close to calling the corporate office to tell them exactly how I feel. I wouldn't even give this sky zone a star, but I didn't have a choice. My boss and the others that were there also said they would never return. I might consider giving them another chance, but the employees need some improvements. read more
