Anyone who enjoys waiting for a plane in a super crowded airport might love this place. For anyone else, I'd rather spend a few nights in an Iraqui prison than visit Chuckee Cheese again. We thought it would be cool, based on our childhood memories. Proof you can never go back ... now, as an aunt and uncle to young kids, this was so far removed from how we had hoped. First of all ... as expected, the food was beyond bad. $21 for a large plain pizza ... Toppings on any sized pizza are $2.50 each!! That's right ... 10 pieces of mushrooms and pepperoni costs $5. Elios frozen pizza from the supermarket tastes like the French Laundry compared to the absolutely awful pizza here. Absolutely tasteless except for the bread. The salad bar looked so utterly pathetic. The games are super expensive ... and all very lame. You get about 30 seconds per ride, or game. There are no real video games ... it's all stuff that you have to sit in some contraption and shoot a laser gun ... or spin a wheel. No Pac Man ... etc. It is not cheap to add points to your game card. Speaking of which, there is no app. The only way to play the games is to buy a $2 plastic card ($4 if you want a lanyard). After figuring out that the car rides last 30 seconds, we wanted to leave. It's an additional $20 to let your kids go in the obstacle course area ... for 30 minutes. It's crowded and fun for about 5 minutes and then the kids get sick of it because it's so small. I remember when McDonalds used to have free playgrounds as good, or better, than this. Most of the machines were out of prize tickets. The place is crowded and there are people everywhere. The flow of the games is terrible and you are always bumping into other people. The place is filthy ... the staff doesn't wipe down the tables or machines/rides. The staff is few and far between and everything seems to require a long wait. To exchange our tickets was about 20 minutes and there was only one family in front of us. Beyond that, the atmosphere here is lame. It's lit with bright white flourescent lights and looks like a garage with video games. We hated it here and would not come back. There was absolutely no part of the experience that was enjoyable, other than leaving. read more

Knew about this place from shopping at the adjacent store. Enter was the same as always, getting stamped on the hand/arm with the same markings for our group to make sure we were all together when we left. There were a couple planned birthday parties there but it didn't affect the games too much with the amount of people there. One unique thing we saw here was they had a mini trampoline area which the kids loved. Ordering could be done via their website, the app or in person. One major complaint, thus the three stars was when we left around 630pm there was no associate at the exit gate to check our wrists to make sure the kids had the same markings as the adults. They may need more people working here, but this lapse in security was concerning for us. read more

This place is not what I expected. I'm 22 years old and have 5 children. Brought them here yesterday and had the best time EVER. While I shouldn't complain and won't too much...i honestly think Chuck E. Cheese needs to actively hire. We have been now a few times over the few months and learned the best time is to plan to be there as it opens. The experience with staff as well as the public is much more pleasant. The most difficult times are Saturday afternoons as staff is limited and parties are running rampant. The lines are long for the most simplest things and they always seemingly understaffed. I haven't been able to order food or drink successfully yet as a result of that and we've been bringing our own as a result. That said the overall experience is pleasant for my little men as the pricing is relatively inexpensive and they can play their faces off for an hour with the unlimited swipes for an hour pricing. I would recommend this option as an hour is perfect timing before they lose interest and get irritable. Today is a rainy Saturday so I already see a trip in the horizon!!! read more

This place has really gone down hill. The same old games they've had for years, the pizza has become bland and under cooked, and we got attitude about wearing our masks at the check in. We were wearing masks and the employee said "you don't have to wear your masks" and when we replied that we'd be wearing them anyway he was all "well alright" as if that was the wrong answer in the middle of a pandemic. 1. Regardless of state mask mandates, Chuck E. Cheese is a place for children, many of whom have only recently been able to become fully vaccinated and all of whom still have yet to be able to get their booster (which is what's needed for efficacy against Omicron). As such, this company and its locations need to encourage people to wear their masks while visiting - not the other way around. I work in retail. Half my job is asking people to sanitize or wash their hands and with the mask mandates coming back it's going to start including asking people to wear their mask. If you're unable or unwilling to uphold regulations because you're lazy, you don't believe in science, or you're scared to confront people, then this is not currently the labor sector for you. read more

We have only been to this location during the COVID pandemic. We really love the games and food here but the staff is very unfriendly with adults and pretends the children aren't even around. On this last visit we were offered no plates, no napkins, and I had to argue with the cook to get a box big enough for the food I was taking home. Chuck E. Cheese is my sons favorite place to go. The pizza is decent & the prices are pretty good considering you can spend an afternoon here for less than $50. It's a great place to go when it's raining. My only complaint is when you go to cash your tickets in- the employees literally change their policies either weekly or none of them are on the same page. I've bought Cotton Candy and lollipops with tickets but yesterday I was told you weren't allowed to do that- even though there's a sign up saying 1 ticket = penny and you can upgrade your prize by adding the cash amount. Doesn't make much sense. Aside from that (which happens at both locations I frequent) Attleboro & Warwick- I don't have many complaints. My son loves doing the happy dance with Chuckie! Warning.... If you have a birthday party make sure you plan on running everything.... They did minimal.. for example they tossed the pizza on the table and they rushed us.. 5 mins later the tossed the dip and dots at the kids... The kids didn't even get to finish their slice of pizza. She then lit the candles on my daughters cake with out telling anyone it was cake time. The wax was melting on her cake we had to run around and get her and the kids to sit back down. Yes, I'm seriously reviewing Chuck E Cheese's. No, I'm not a parent. I'm an auntie. I have gone to Chuck E Cheese's on several occasions with my sister and nephew. Although my nephew always has fun at Chuck E Cheese's, I'm sure he would have MORE fun if most of the games actually worked properly. COUNTLESS games either have stickers that say they are out of order, or appear to be functioning until you actually go to play them and then realize they either a) ate your coin and don't work at all, or b) work somewhat but not properly and therefore you are screwed and can't really play, or you can't get tickets. We attempted to play several games that turned out to be broken. One required you to shoot a laser at something. Laser didn't work. At all. In another you were supposed to throw footballs at a target. The timer went off, the footballs never manifested themselves. A waste of another token. And so on and so forth. Even one of the ticket readers (that collects your tickets and spits out a receipt) wasn't working properly and didn't read any of my single tickets I fed through. I later had to find another ticket reader that actually worked correctly. There were SO many games that did not function at all or as they were supposed to. Fortunately, my nephew is still pretty young and had fun playing some of the other games, such as the car racing game and several others. My sister and I just shook our heads as we discovered flaw after flaw. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because despite these problems, kids still have fun playing around. Occasionally we would try to explain that he couldn't play a certain game because it was broken and he would get upset by that, of course. I also noticed that even when it first opened and we walked in, countless tables had "reserved" signs on them even though no one was there. The reserved tables were all spread out as well, not reserved for a single party. During our many hours at Chuck E Cheese's, I never saw a single person sit at a reserved table. Why were so many tables reserved?? It's really not that popular. Trust me. Why can't they fix the games so kids can actually play them all? Overall, very disappointing. read more

Anytime I pull into chuck e cheese I cringe a little(been to this particular one 4 times in last 8months) Why you ask? Well let's see, a lot of children are here playing, yelling, running, smiling and some unattended by parents. I get that parents and child get a matching stamp on their hands so no one other then them can leave with your child. However the one lonely person in their early 20's guarding the stamp pad checking for matches doesn't look like they are going to put of much of a hassle at door. Anywho the machines looked to be never wiped down during day. If you have to wipe down at the gym then you should have to wipe down handle of machine after play. I would gladly pay an extra $1-2 to clean each time and keep things fresh. The germs... The pizza is flat and cardboard like, fries thin again no taste, the toys ridiculously over priced ticket wise. And chuck e cheese got cleaver putting dollar signs on toys you can win so parents could actually buy the child a huge overly priced toy. Very cleaver indeed. Luckily for me my child at 2.5yrs old is happy with whatever he earns on first shelf :) my child has fun so that's why it gets a 3 star. They do have serve yourself soda and salad bar. Maybe I wasn't expecting much for a Chuck E Cheese in Warwick but it wasn't so bad. My 5 year old has been asking to come here for some time. It seems their commercials are inescapable since they're on both Nickelodeon & PBS. We made the trip recently on the 4th of July in the middle of tropical storm Arthur. If you're a 5 year old this place must seem pretty massive but I wasn't so impressed by the size of the establishment. I remember going once to another location 30 years ago & it seemed magical. We had little more than a 50% success rate with the games we played. I could see if they had signs notifying you that the machines were broken but it's not cool to find out after putting in tokens. It seemed like a lotta kids were just running around doing what they felt like. I experienced two kids climbing up on the basketball shooter game just throwing the balls into the net. I know it's the parents responsibility but someone is bound to get hurt. We blew through $20 quickly enough then had to manually feed our winning tickets into the machine which sucked. If you're a parent this place is almost unavoidable. I survived it & you probably will too. Just have low expectations like I did & hope for the best. read more

Purchased a gold pass for my kids this summer so they would have something to look forward to. The service and food ingredients here have been limited recently. During my last visit I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was told after ordering that they didn't have any pepperoni available. During today's visit I ordered a pepperoni pizza again. After 30 minutes of waiting I went to the front counter and kindly asked for the status of my order, only to be told they ran out of dough and "just got some in". A lack of pizza ingredients at a facility that advertises pizza, aside from games & toys indicates poor management. I understand being short staffed and slow with service but when management fails to equip the facility with everything that it needs to run efficiently it makes the customer experience unpleasant. This place has went down hill since Covid. I will not be going again until the virus is done. The last time I went they had 3 girls working the entire place. The older blonde women doesn't move from the prize give-a- way station and one young girl checked me in, then gave me my pizza with NO NAPKINS and NO PLATES!!! Then ignored me as I called to her for which then I was given a warning about MY BEHAVIOR for yelling to get her attention because they were so overwhelmed. I was babysitting my friends 90 pound 2 year old (not kidding). She told me that in order for me to get the best behavior out of him that I must take him here. Since she is the mom I obliged. She told me to get him 1 small pizza, french fries, and ranch dressing. I obliged again. I brought his stroller in because he wasn't really keen on walking. I've been in Chuck E Cheese's that are HUGE and I mean like you can drive a car around. This one was wayyyy small and hard to navigate around. Between the screaming kids and the silly show on stage I thought I would loose my mind. The rides are grotesque. Before I let the little one on them I Lysol wiped them off. There were so many filthy booger ridden children that I knew I would catch something. The service was really good. I give a lot of kudos to those people who work there. Everyone was attentive and hospitable. The door was held open for me several times which was great because I had a pesky stroller. WHEN I have kids I will not take them to any Chuck E Cheese. It's pretty gross and the food is not good for growing kids. I think the park would be much better suited for this type of play...and it is free! After reading the other reviews below, I'll admit I was a bit nervous taking our daughter to her first Chuck E Cheese's ever. But we couldn't have had a better experience! We showed up Saturday morning right as they opened, and we had the place to ourselves for the first thirty minutes. The pizza was out within 10 minutes (and it actually tasted good!), all the games we tried worked, and they even had Mt Dew in the fountain which is my favorite soda. Meh. What can you say about this place. When you have 6 year old twins it is a necessary evil. Obviously this placed is totally and completely (with the exception of beer availability) geared towards kids. It's hard for me to rate this location poorly because I personally can't stand it. In the defense, the place is always very clean. We had our kids birthday party here this past year and they handled the logistics very well. The food leaves A LOT to be desired, but thankfully there's a Chick Fil A a short drive away. The bottom line is that this place is a wonderland for kids. I do not have any kids of my own, however I am an Auntie and have taken my 4 year old nephew here twice. The first time I really had no expectations, I remember loving it as a kid, but things change. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I did not find it to be overly expensive. I spent about $20 on tokens and it lasted him about 2-3 hours and he had a blast. I like the fact the place is on the small side that way you can pretty much see everything that is going on. I also appreciate the hand stamp upon arrival. We ordered a pizza for dinner, again no high expectations here, but I have to say it was pretty decent! Staff is amazingly friendly and patient. I reluctantly started going to Chuck E. Cheese after avoiding it for years, but I have to admit it's actually a really fun time. My son loves it here and the all you can play pass is great deal; let's you play as many games as possible in the time frame of your choice (1/2 hour, hour, 90 minutes). The actual business is clean and inviting, not too busy if you go on a weekday, hint, hint. Our most recent visit was because we had our son's birthday here. I was super impressed with the young party hostesses who answered all my questions, dealt with demands and basically keep the party on time. A++++++. We had a smaller party of 7 kids and we ordered extra food for adults so the bill was around $300. If you book online you get bonus tickets and other perks too. Overall, a great value for what we got, but may get expensive if you plan on hosting a ton of kids. The ticket blaster for the birthday boy/girl really is worth it too; it's the stuff dreams are made of! (Even if they don't really catch many tickets -- they'll never forget it!) read more

Waited in a short line for 15-20 minutes....was only one person on the register. Tables were not being bussed. After an hour and a half the same tables had spilled pop and hordes of soggy napkins. Not sanitary by any means. Very rude parents and older children with zero manners pushing through ques. The rides for the preschool set are a major rip off. The train goes around once. You can buy prizes with money. It was just sad. The lcd screens played with no sound a bunch of disjointed videos promising the animatronc Chuck E. Cheese mouse would work and it didn't. Several rides were out of order. Save your money. Kidz Kastle is more like 80s Chuck E. Cheese than 2018 Chuck E. Cheese. I had my son's birthday party here on Sept 21st. We did the "Mega Super Star" package. First off, they messed up the pizza orders and brought us one cheese and one pepperoni, when we had ordered one pepperoni for adults and one half cheese/half pepperoni for the kids(They gave us a free pizza because they'd messed up, but still). Then, everything was going alright, until my son played a game and no tickets came out(not to mention, quite a few games had "out of order" stickers on them, which I wasn't used to seeing here). They never brought out the ice cream cups for the children, they didn't bring out the extra 50 tokens we'd paid for, and my son never got his 1,000 ticket voucher. I also paid for 4 Birthday Plush animals, which we never got. On top of all that, they forgot to bring the pinata out!!! I don't know why I tend to have a good experience here, when I look at the other reviews. My 6 year old rarely came across a game that was out of order, and the last time we went was today (Sunday) and none of the tables were reserved except for the birthday tables in the back. I should definitely mention, for those who think it's meant to be a luxury vacation, it's a KID'S place, and yes, there are (especially during the weekends) a lot of kids running around most of the time. They also have the shows set up for the kids. If you can't stand being around a lot of kids in a noisy environment, I don't recommend going. I think that the place speaks for itself in that respect. Also, their food selection consists of pizza and whatever they serve at a standard pizza restaurant (probably much less), but they are not meant to be a pizza restaurant, they are meant to be an arcade. Again, pizza is not something that is meant for kids to eat on a daily basis, but on that one occasion when they are having a "kids' day", it is FINE. Don't go here if you're thinking of serving them healthy food for lunch. I take my son here on occasion when the weather is not good for playing outdoors. It definitely serves its purpose; he always has a blast and I can just sit, relax and watch him from a distance because I know someone isn't going to grab him and try to leave (with the hand stamp system they have). He can stay entertained for hours because he loves climbing in the tunnels, and they don't cost any money (and he gets a lot of exercise by doing this). For what this place is worth, it's a great deal; today we spent $20 and got 20 tokens, a medium pizza, 2 large drinks (free refills), and an ice cream. I can't say I'm disappointed. For the first birthday party at Chuck E Cheese it was a well manicured flow. However there are a few things I would change. One being when you order 5 pizzas, you're delivered 5 pizzas. I had gues served pizza after the entire 2 hours was done. I was told one pizza from our order was done incorrectly. I was told it would be fixed within 15 min. As numerous other pizzas ran out of the kitchen. Ours arrived at the end of our party 2:30. How do I apologize to my guest who haven't ate the entire time at a birthday party? Second: check delivery, while I understand the party balance is due at the end. I don't believe the two attendants stopping my son opening his gifts in front of the entire party a great way of handling check out. I would have appreciated them bringing me to the side. Incompetent staff and inconsistent alcohol "rules". In December 2014, was served (2) large beers...I was pleased with that as the mgr. that night said it was a (2) drink maximum vs. the (1) drink max at the closed New London, CT store which I was accustomed to. We then went back to this Warwick location in January 2015 and I was told that I could not get a refill on my large beer as there was a (1) drink maximum policy that had been in place for "years"! I asked to speak to the Mgr. and this mgr. then told that there was no refills on large beers, but (2) small beers was the actual policy. WTF...3 different policies provided by (3) different "Managers" from the same restaurant location in Warwick, RI. This place does not seem to value customer service and has incompetent management. Update: Spoke to an Assoc. Mgr. and he confirmed that a temporary Mgr. who worked in Dec. apparently gave me the wrong policy. However when I asked him to relay all of this information to the general manager, he went unhinged and ordered me to call corporate and started calling me "buddy". He also stated his "great" customer service by telling me he has the "awards and training, buddy" to prove it. ROFL. read more
