Sometimes when your employees seem to be teenagers or, at the very least, really, really young, your customer service suffers a bit. That is NOT the case here. The facility itself is well maintained and clean. It's also a bit larger than some of the others we have visited in other towns. The employees were the real shining stars of Sky Zone, though. What a large group of kind, respectful and helpful young people. We've visited twice and dealt with two completely different sets of employees and just WOW. Their Toddler Time also such a value, if we had known they were so close to us we would have come every day it was available (I think Monday- Friday) while we were is Escondido. We would recommend Sky Zone no matter what age your kids are. We saw kids up to 14/15 having the time of their lives. We'd give more than 5 stars for the employees alone if we could. read more

They were inconsistent in charging as well. Some people were charged $1 and others $4. The music was totally inappropriate for a place hosting kids birthday parties (unfiltered rap). First time coming here with my almost 3 yr old son. They have toddler time Monday - Friday from 10am - 2pm kids jump for only $5 under 5 years old. My son loved the toddler area with blocks and the foam pit area. The Batman arcade game was a hit and the arcade games are all free play which is awesome! I took my 12 year old son and 5 year old daughter to this sky zone location today. the music was completely inappropriate and when I asked the manager to change the music since this is a kids place he laughed and asked what was wrong with the music. I told him this place is for kids and that music you're playing is for adults and would be more suited for a bar or club. He then claimed it was the owner's playlist and refused to change it. This skyzone membership is a big SCAM. I took one month membership in June and used it only during that month. Unknowingly they are charging me every month without any notification to me. And when I walked in September once as I didn't know that I had membership I paid for that visit and they charged me shamelessly for that visit without even saying that you have membership with us. Recently when I checked my credit card I was shocked to see that they are charging me every month till now. Overall clean place, we came here for a birthday party and the kids got socks to jump around in, the socks and bracelets are colored differently so they know when to have the kids be done with. The place can be dangerous for small children who are jumping around the more adventurous kids, so keep an eye out on your kids. The birthday room was big enough to have several adults and kids in one room without feeling squished. They had pizza and cake, but the cake was brought in from outside so I don't know how the organizing of the events work, but all in all, the kids had a great time. This review is for Emmanuel. He was so kind and considerate towards my toddler son. You can tell he genuinely cares about the kids safety by constantly monitoring the kids who fall down, asking if they are okay, and keeping the little kids more secluded around the larger kids. Anytime my son fell he immediately rushed to pick him up. He asked him if he wanted to jump with him and after he reached his hand out to my son, my son felt comfortable with him (and my little guy can be shy)! I was pleasantly surprised coming here initially, smelled cleaned, looked far better than a few of the skyzones that I have been to. I'm honestly not someone to leave bad reviews however when you're a mama and you bring your kids somewhere you expect to get the service you're paying for. They advertise pizza, nachos, pretzels however had nothing but candy and chips available so I asked a staff if I ordered food could we bring inside to eat. He said no however said they have tables set up outside, I was ok with that as long as my kiddos had somewhere to eat. Food was ordered, went outside, no tables.... Ok fine went to the manager, forget the fact that she couldn't accommodate what her staff incorrectly told us but very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude and just kept repeating "we don't have extra tables to take outside" Yet normally do? Where did those tables go! We have spent a total of $70 here with admission and "snacks" and that's the kind of customer service we receive? My nephew had his birthday party here and had so much fun playing with his classmates he invited. Ricky was our host for the party and he was AMAZING! Personable, kind, patient and always a smile on his face. We spoke briefly while he cleaned and he has only been there for a month. I wanted to make sure to give him a shout out because he was great. Great customer service! I was contacted by Barbara once I scheduled my child's birthday party online. She confirmed all the details, gave me additional information, and followed up a few days before the party to confirm that everything was ready. We have a great time on the day of the party with Nicole as our host. She took care of everything, arranging the room and all the food perfectly and being super-friendly and accommodating. My son and his friends have been to Sky Zone a few times and it's one of their preferred spot to meet. Wayyyyyy too many people allowed in during one time slot... my spouse and I paid for 90 min but left after 20. Wednesday night at 730pm I was surprised how many kids were there and during school season. Oh well. I really wanted to go so I could do flips and stuff but there was no way. There was barely any employees supervising the mad house either, I wouldn't be surprised if those kiddos jump on each other and get hurt. Even if there weren't many people there the park itself is unimpressive, trampolines are really small and made for like just vertical jumping. Well came here a few times to visit my brother and nephew he also had his Birthday party here. It's was a blast and kids had a wonderful time. Kids were entertained forever and didn't want to leave at all. Then my brother made a party here for my twin girls. He went all out and they felt like little princesses it was some much fun. We spent hours there jumping around and just having a blast! Awesome place to take your kids and have a great family fun day! Soooo much fun. Clean and very kid friendly! The manager tonight was great and attentive throughout the night overseeing the business. My daughter was hurt and they gave her an ice pack quickly and we're compassionate. Boys enjoyed their time here. I don't remember all the obstacle course kind of arena when they first opened, but that could just be my bad memory. It was fun to see the kids enjoy the "America ninja warrior" type obstacles. I think they spent the most time there. Then off the went to the trampoline area where they ran around jumping and trying to flip on the air. The also had a pretty big dodgeball area. So many things to do for the kids, basketball, tiny tots area and games on the main floor. There were 3 rooms where people can rent for events. Will definitely be making another trip here. read more

We have been here a lot in the last 3 years. First it was always clean and enough staff overviewing the jumping zones. It felt safe. I am here right now and they are understaffed , it is dirty and stinky. Kids are not standing in line . They literally jump on each other's heads. When I asked the manager about my safety concerns he only told me that they are understaffed and they only walk the areas. He told me the owner wants it like that. Owner: you try to safe money on the wrong side! It's all about safety and sooner or later you will have an accident/ incident here. I hope you will change your mind and you will have enough staff that everyone is safe here. Kids need rules.
