This is a place for kids but their bathroom dont work for a while now. Dont count on refund if your child needs to use the bathroom after 1 hour of 2 hour jumping time. It is a big joke!!!

The Mama hosting the party was all…read morestressed out as she thought they booked a private room for the party but Altitude advised otherwise. It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. The front desk, younger man and older woman, were nice and answered my questions. The young woman working the food court was also nice. 20-25 minute wait for hot dog and 2 fries. She apologized and explained the oven is not very good. I saw her always checking to see if our food was ready but it really did take 20 mins. This place definitely needs to get that upgraded. When we first got in my son immediately saw the rock climbing. I saw a worker in there and asked if we needed to pay extra. We did so we went back to the front desk to pay for it. We went back to climb but the worker was gone. The only other worker we saw was a gentleman with an AirPod in his ear periodically checking his phone. We kept checking the rock climbing area and no one ever came back. After an hour I asked the front desk and they said to ask any worker with a blue tee. So I asked the young man with the AirPod who was actually very helpful and patient as my son spent at least 30 mins with him in the rock climbing area. At some point we made our way to the trampoline area behind the princess bouncy house where I saw the original woman worker who was in the rock climbing area sitting on a bench outside the area, one arm in her sweater and the other using her phone. She was mostly talking to another young man who could have possibly been a worker off the shift as he was holding a blue shirt. I wouldn't have known she was a worker if I had not seen her earlier. Later on I saw another young gentleman who was on his phone with an AirPod in as well sitting on the bench near the basketball area. I had no idea he was a worker until he stood up and walked away (holding his phone) and saw the back of his tee. The rugs and floors and most tables are filthy with tons of black gum stuck to it. Idk why this place allows people to wear shoes where socks are mandatory for people jumping. It's disgusting Other Pros: at least when we went, although little staff present, kids and families were respectful. It wasn't a busy place and I was allowed to go jump without being in the way of anyone. Lockers are only 50 cents. It's a nice atmosphere but there's a lot of polishing up that needs to be done. They are very understaffed and hope they are able to get more or better hires that actually work.

When you're looking for stuff to do with your kids, you have 3 main questions:…read more 1. Will my kid have fun? 2. Will it make my kid tired enough to sleep? 3. Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

Can I do this without spending a fortune? Next Level checks all 3 boxes. The giant attraction of Next Level is a huge cargo net-type thing that kids love to climb through. It's pretty amazing. I've never seen another attraction like that. There's also a large play structure with stairs and slides and a zipline and tunnels and such. Another area has the popular giant foam building blocks. There are two large inflatable-surrounded trampolines. Next Level has a small play area for very little kids - the other attractions are probably too tricky unless your kid has a great sense of balance and agility. I appreciated that they had a small air hockey table available for $1 per play. The larger air hockey table is $2 to play. The seating area has mostly large picnic-style tables. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. The bathroom even smelled like cleaning products, which is a great sign. The price is reasonable, but I docked a star because they don't allow outside food. The perfect play place allows for snacks to keep the kiddos fueled up. Still, my kids had a great time at Next Level. It's perfect for kids in the 4-6 age range.

My kids and I have never been here. We were told by friends who went to the orland park location…read morethat they had all these amazing attractions my kids would love, so we went. We looked at the website for info on pricing, hours and so forth. We get to the venue, walk up to the counter to purchase the ULTIMATE (highest tier) ticket and notice a sign on the front desk that was NOT advertised on the website! 5 BIG attractions were "not working". Bowling was completely gone due to construction, dodge ball, and more. Again! None of this advertised or else I would have went elsewhere. Now the real problem starts with the staff here! This establishment got really busy with smaller kids that followed the 58" and under height requirement. Now I am all for kids of all ages enjoying spring break and what not.... Until they become reckless. There was a group of 10 boys clearly in their teens running through this place like a tornado! They were getting addressed by parent after parent after parent! They were whipping little kids in the face with balls in the ball pit, they were whipping ADULTS with these balls while trying to hit every kid in sight! They were climbing ABOVE the structures where you're clearly not supposed to go. Not only is it a danger to them but it was a danger to all of the kids they were dropping down into the ball pit on!!! When they were yelled at by adults, they'd mouth off. When we informed management for the 3rd of 4th time, (two girls that could not have been much older than the boys who were causing an issue) they were walking towards the boys giggling. Multiple parents watched this play out unfortunately. All these "handsome young men" were laying the charm on thick all while laughing, smiling and of course talking their way out of getting reprimanded... soon the managers were smiling and giggling with them and just like that! There went the managers and the boys back to terrorizing little kids and knocking everyone around in every attraction, but this time more cocky because they just got out of getting kicked out. Finally, after being confronted ANOTHER time about these teenagers, the managers were yelled at again as to why these boys were still here while still doing the same thing after hitting a mom in the face with a ball. All these moms stood by and told management to stop flirting with these boys, to do their job, and kick these boys out! The girls proceeded to do so, while having difficulty and stating numerous times, they aren't listening to them and or leaving......( Urban Air, train your management what to do in situations like this and hire older management that will be older than the people they may have to potentially kick out!!!) After 4 hours of trying to get them out, they were finally gone while yelling see you tomorrow babe to management... Next: concession stands! 1. It was spring break and this place was EXTREMELY understaffed! Always plan to be busy rather than slow and be struggling to keep up. 2. I'm sorry and don't want to assume anything but this kid with extremely curly longer hair seemed like he was stoned and or didn't know what he was doing. They were out of EVERYTHING! Spring break and NOTHING was stocked or made. He used his bare hands, he then went to make a pretzel because they were out, and fondled it so much while presenting it to a mom friend of mine, it had finger holes in it. I watched him drop someone's cheese on the ground, pick it up, and handed it right to him! Someone in front of me asked if they had popcorn and he goes "I don't know if we have any, there's non in there". The mom in front of me then asked if he could make some more and he just looked at her with confusion! I brought 3 kids here (1 being a baby) I asked a staff member where the changing tables were at and he informed me "he didn't know because they're remodeling and he doesn't know where or if they put them back up yet". None of the hand dryers were working, all the bathrooms smelt like urine & etc. Will not be coming back to this location . Higher management needs to get in here and clean this place up!
