This was my first time here and at first if I hadn't read the previous reviews, I wasn't sure if it was a virtual skydiving, but it wasn't lol it was a great activity for groups and solo child. The concessions were closed, so it's a good thing we had lunch. Also glad we had the orange socks that are mandatory! They definitely push the membership as the price of one hour is more than one month! But for us it was just a one time thing for a visiting relative. There seem to be enough activities with different levels, which is great. And I love the massage chair so I could relax for 15 minutes for five dollars, which was pretty cool. At my recent visit to skyzone, about 5-6 of the attractions in the park were closed off to visitors. Those that were open were duct-taped, dirty, or unkempt. My group was followed around the whole visit by a worker who reprimanded us at any chance when we were simply trying to enjoy the park. All the food items and admission here is extremely expensive. Everything is broken, shut down, or extremely dirty at this location!!! I'm thankful I brought my kids on a Tuesday evening where it was only $12 per jumper for 90 minutes. Literally everything in this place is in some state of disrepair. A healthy amount of the attractions are completely or partially disassembled. Alot of the trampoline frames, which are typically covered in padding are exposed, or held on with temporary straps. The foam pits smell disgusting. Standing within 10 feet of them literally smells like you are standing near an out-house. With as much as this place typically charges for admission and the amount of business they routinely have, they need to repair and clean this place up. Absolutely disgusting! Clean this facility! It is incredibly filthy. Trash in the parking lot, on the trampolines, all over the floors. Used bandaids, spilled drinks, have the floors ever been washed or vacuumed. Sure didn't look like it. My 4 year old told me the urinal was full of pee and wouldn't flush. We came for little leapers at 9:00 am, shouldn't the facility be the cleanest when they open??? The trampoline park is fun, but they really need to fix their drinking fountains. How can you have an indoor park with high physical activity and not have access to hydration. If you've been to one, you pretty much know what to expect. That said, this Sky Zone experience was my best yet. Maybe it was the shouts of joy when we told our kids what we were doing, that a whole building was filled with trampolines. Maybe it was throwing dodgeballs stuff my children. The mens room has 1 urinal that is about to overflow with urine, has not been cleaned in far too long, another stall out of order, and seemingly no one that works here seems to care. Multiple employees have gone in and out. I get that it is a kids place and that naturally leads to messes, but the lack of attention to trying to improve fairly easy fixes is inexcusable. Pretty clean - well organized and ok supervision- teens doing must of it... but tough for the to manage at times. Saw a child get hurts but little intervention- staff confused. Need to watch your kids in here. Nice time for our 9 year and his friend since it's seems that every 8-13 year with in 5 miles is here today! Busy but manageable still. One of the largest indoor trampoline parks on our side of the state, we like to bring our son here for special occasions. It's located off the freeway in the city of Waukesha. Private parking in located outside Of the building. Once inside you will need to provide a waiver already filled out at home, or fill it out when you arrive. Wait time varies on the day you go. Some visits we have waited 10 minutes in line, others none. They often have specials but the most popular jump package is 90 minutes for $20 and some change. 120 minutes will run you about $26. You also will need to purchase special socks. Make sure to keep them for the next time you go. The establishment is huge and has many separate areas. A warrior course very similar to the television show ninja warrior, a warped wall, climbing wall, hoops, dodge ball course, large trampoline jumping area, jousting arena and several party rooms for birthday parties. There is also a small arcade area, and a lounge area for parents to hang out while kids jump Their hearts out. A concession stand with tables and lots of music! Sky zone also hosts special night time glow jumps and other events. We recommend this indoor park for families looking for a place for kids to blow off steam. Spent the morning here for toddler time. For $10.50, kids walking to age 5 get to jump for an hour. Not the greatest value, but my almost 2 year old is on a jumping kick so it seemed like a good place to burn off energy. There is no outside food allowed, but their cafe offers a decent variety of snacks, like pizza, pretzels, and the like. Prices aren't terrible, a slice of pizza was $2.75. Trampolines were pretty clean. Nothing was too damaged, although the bite marks in the foam pit blocks is a little gross. My only complaint was the super wild kids who were clearly not 5 or under. I have an 8 year old and these kids were his size. No parental supervision, and the bounce area is staffed by two 16 year old kids. This place is terrible. It used to be nice. The employees are to busy talking and eating. They are rude and ignore their customers. Two of the employees are playing in the basketball court, taking time away from other kids that are waiting to play. We ordered pizza and instead of being notified that it was ready, they just stuck it in the warmer. We had to go to the counter to tell them that our pizza is ready. It's one thing to be under staffed, but it's another when you have employees physically here, but could care less about the customers. You will go here. Emphasis on will. And now. This was a randomly timed stop and probably the best decision I've made sober in the middle of a Saturday. I don't even know where to begin. The place is great for adults and kids, and I mean that at all ends. There's a huge general area for all skill and age levels, a basketball hoop/dunk area to pretend you aren't five-ten and white, a foam pit for flipping and diving into...and then there's the best part... Dodgeball. Seriously. Off the walls, square to square, better than American Gladiators...Dodgeball. It's like the old movies had the future of sports correct. In ten years we'll be doing this with tripwires and weapons. But, for right now, you can do this here. Which I think I will have to start on a weekly basis. (Not even joking, there will be a league and tournaments at some point in the near future) Pricing is also pretty kind: $10 for 30 minutes, $13:60, $17:90, $21:120. There is a pack of 10 1hr sessions for $100, which is a decent savings, and they also have an introductory thing going where we paid $5 for 30 minutes. They do make you buy grippy socks, but you absolutely need them to keep from breaking your a$$. They have Friday and Saturday night specials for extended time periods between 7 and 11pm. And they're also offering a Skyrobics class (tramp-fitness?...which I should copyright as a name). The snack bar is your basic pizza, ice cream, drinks, etc. But, oddly enough, it's not priced like they want to abuse you. I'm almost confused when I'm used to buying my small (1 gallon) tub of popcorn for a kidney at the movie theater. They price as if they'd like you to consider snacking while there instead of feeling like you're stuck with it. You will have to fill out a waiver before jumping, either on site at their little touch terminal, or online through their website (http://www.skyzone.com/milwaukee). Also through the website, you can make reservations and prepay for timeslots so that you don't potentially have to wait if they're at capacity when you arrive. My favorite thing about this is the workout aspect. You will sweat. And you will feel it after you get into the heavier bounding from square to square and off the walls. I'd advise wearing shorts and a loose shirt, and maybe having a small towel. This was a tremendously fun experience that had better become a Yelp Elite event. read more

And then they said "yes" I get there around 2:20 and they say I can't get in until 3:30, and I had to book an appointment, they say it's because there are not enough floor monitors, the floor monitors do nothing, I had an hour and a half time slot, and stayed for three hours, nobody said a thing.
