    Trash on the floor

Clean this facility! It is incredibly filthy. Trash in the parking lot, on the trampolines, all over the floors. Used bandaids, spilled drinks, have the floors ever been washed or vacuumed. Sure didn't look like it. My 4 year old told me the urinal was full of pee and wouldn't flush. We came for little leapers at 9:00 am, shouldn't the facility be the cleanest when they open??? Looks like it's never been cleaned. It doesn't get this dirty after one day of being open. This is weeks of neglect

From the lens of a kid (7-16 year old) Fun & Excitement: ***** Variety of Physical Activities: ***** From the lens of a Parent Value: **** Safety & Staff Supervision: *** Cleanliness: **** Overall, this is a great place for kids of all ages to exercise and burn off some energy. Activities such as freestyle jumping on trampolines, dunk on basketball hoops with trampolines, dodgeball, foam pits, jousting, skyline, rock climbing, warped wall and small ninja course. Ammenities include: a limited concession stand and the prices are okay. Paid lockers, free lockers and a very limited seating/tables. Massage chairs for the parents ($5 per 15 minutes). Party rooms for reservation. We've had birthday parties here and it was well managed and organized with pizzas, soda and a private room. We have thought about a membership which if you utilize it is the best value. Otherwise make sure you keep the mandatory orange socks that you must purchase so you don't have to keep purchasing those socks.

If you've been to one, you pretty much know what to expect. That said, this Sky Zone experience was my best yet. Maybe it was the shouts of joy when we told our kids what we were doing, that a whole building was filled with trampolines. Maybe it was throwing dodgeballs stuff my children. Maybe it was sipping on Icees because this old man needed a break from 90 minutes of jumping. Either way, Sky Zone is legit. Also, Wednesdays are HALF OFF! Didn't know that until I thought they undercharged us.

Pretty clean - well organized and ok supervision- teens doing must of it... but tough for the to manage at times. Saw a child get hurts but little intervention- staff confused. Need to watch your kids in here. Nice time for our 9 year and his friend since it's seems that every 8-13 year with in 5 miles is here today! Busy but manageable still. Nice variety of jump environments, to include pits, ninja course dodgeball and tramps.

    Cleanliness

We arrived when it opened. The facility was not clean and does not appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Staff was competent but needed help. Observed many broken things and started to question how safe this place is. Dodgeball was not open. Based on the number of activities and lines, I believe the place was way over capacity. Final thoughts: this place could great but it needs a good cleaning and a lot of maintenance.

Pizza is made from scratch here, not previously made so this next part is very important. We were of the very few people there on Friday afternoon (6/20/2025) and the ONLY people at the counter to order food when we asked if they would put meat on half the pizza and leave the other half cheese. The guy at the register nodded "no" without using words. We were confused - I understand if there's a line how it would be hard to manage getting customers a custom pizza, but we were the only ones there and they wouldn't stop putting meat on the pizza half way and leave the rest to cheese? Are you serious? Pathetic... How about $5 for an order of french fries and getting 20 fries in it? I'm trying to add a photo to prove it, but can't figure out how. I'll post them on social media and do my part to warn other future customers if Urban Air doesn't want to make things right. We ordered two baskets of fries and got 19 in one and 20 in the other! This is worse than a broke food truck... The guy at the register couldn't use words, just head nods and shrugs. When he did speak we couldn't understand him. Look, don't hire people like this - period. If you do, don't put them at the register where they have to interact with your customers. Do I really need to write this in a review for you to hear? Do better! Owner(s) - contact me and make it right. I wrote a complaint today and waiting for a reply.

When I got there half an hour before friends would arrive I was told I could not walk-in since it was a member night. The manager at the store , BRYAN, was so nice and did his best to let my daughter and her 7 friends enjoy her special day, he tried to call the owners and talked to another manager and , in the end, let them enjoy and used the passes (I had groupons). He also gave her a new pair of socks and a drink for her b-day, very kind man. We ended up signing up for the membership since we figured it was worth it (about 25 dollars per month to jump every day and bring a friend free on Mondays). Overall, great service, the do honor groupons and my daughter had a blast. (And is still having a blast to this date since she is a member now). ps: I did not book a party room, I had only 8 kids and used groupons for 90 minutes of jump rather than booking an expensive party room and jump for only 45 minutes. Party packages with food also only included pizza and my daughter does not like pizza. I did not see any worth in the party packages. It worked well. kids had fun. I would say the waukesha one is better, but this is closer to us.

The private party package was around $400, with about 10 kids attending (includes: pizza, drinks, cleanup, and jumping), and we were placed on the upper level. Just a heads up for anyone booking: there is no elevator, only stairs to access the upstairs party area. That made it a little inconvenient when we had to keep going up and down for forks, other party items, and when it was time to take the gifts home. The party reservation was from noon to 2:00pm, but the preordered pizzas and drinks didn't arrive until about 1:30/1:40pm. One pizza came out first at that time, but we were still waiting on the other two, which made the last part of the party feel rushed. By the time everything arrived, there wasn't much time left for the kids to eat, have cake, and wrap up before the reservation ended. We made it work, but for a private party package, the timing should have been much better. Part of the reason for booking a party at a place like this is to avoid having to manage all the little details yourself, so the delay and disorganization definitely took away from the experience. The space itself has had a revamp, and there are definitely some cool areas for the kids. The facility is huge, and the warrior course and different jump zones were fun. The basketball section was cool too, though that area looked like it was either still under construction or needed some additional work. At checkout, they asked how the service was, and we were honest that we wished it had gone better. My best friend booked the party there so she wouldn't have to stress about the details like she would hosting at home. The new GM transferred there, apologized and said he's working on getting the staff up to par, and mentioned that next time we come in, we should let him know and he'd take care of us. We appreciated the apology and willingness to train the staff better, but that was pretty much it. Overall, the kids still had fun because there's a lot to do, but the party service and food timing really missed the mark for the cost.

I bought four tickets to urban air today and when checking in an employee told us that we were not able to make a return on the socks I accidentally bought. after asking two employees because it was an accident and rudely being told no with no other remedies to our issue we demanded the manager. The employee proceeded to make little side comments to another employee that was standing with her, that were extremely rude and offensive, and my husband told her that she needed to learn how to properly do her f job when we were walking away. He did say the F word in all of that because he was upset at the horrible customer service we were receiving. I have been to urban air plenty of times and never had a horrible customer service until this experience. As a trainer of new employees I would beyond disappointed to find out employees were rude to customers and fueling a fire that already had to get the manage involved. I don't care how old an employee is, business are expected to have great customer service and solve customs issues. Not continue to rile up already upset customer. We simply were asking for solutions when they wanted to be rude and say there was nothing they could do but didn't even try to suggest the manager . We asked for a manager. He was not out of line for asking for the manager at this point in time the manager came helped us right away with our issue super friendly, understanding that it was a mistake made. there were further problems until the two employees standing behind the counter we're talking about us so my husband told them to learn how to do their fucking job and then all of a sudden securities following us around and start bullying my husband and not even wanting to hear our side of the story or understand that we had a legitimate reason we were upset. tried explaining to the manager and the security guard that It's escalating because they're not trying to listen to us, the security guard called me a liar and then later on said that I was actually right about what I was saying I wasn't a liar, but of course at that point no one's listening to what we have to say anyways but I just wanted it known that if they were properly trained on how to handle situations and didn't try to talk bad about customers when the customer asked for a manager when they're not able to help then none of this would happen so unfortunately, while this did spiral out of control it's spiraled out of control because the employees were super inappropriate super disrespectful, and clearly didn't know how to do their job properly. They started out already, not warm and welcoming when I was asking them questions about our tickets and then we had issues with the socks. obviously they weren't looking to offer a refund and the security guards felt it appropriate to follow us out to our vehicle and place their hand on the vehicle. just trying to be extra when the whole thing could have already been defused if they didn't want to continue to try and keep the situation escalated. just sad because it is something my family and I have always had a great time. Hopefully this can be a learning opportunity for the entire staff.

We've never been at one, but we've seen some take place while we've just been there during a free time. They have bins for when toys get icky and need to be taken away from the rest of the stuff. Everything seems to be very well organized, cleaned really well and the equipment is really interesting and different than a lot of other play places. Again, I think it's suppose to be giving sensory needs to a wide range of individuals and children. And it's cool! They also have a calming room with a beautiful mural on the inside as well as an infant room which is a great way to section off some of the smaller kids so there's less likely for injury. The main area does have running around, swinging, jumping, but that's what you're there for! They have dress up costumes, coloring space, a giant chalkboard wall and trampoline. I will say the staff is usually hosted by one or two younger people, there's no real problem with that except when they were experiencing technical issues with their portal to be able to login to register your kiddos. That happened a few times a handful of months ago, but now they've switched to a new system and that all seems 100% better. We've been there multiple times and we will continue to go back, our twins love it.

The last time I was there with my friends, the workers at the front desk were very friendly, but they talked us into purchasing the more expensive membership without telling us that a large portion of the park was closed for maintenance. We didn't realize until after we paid nearly $30 that about half of the activities were unavailable, including the enclosed dodgeball area, Supersquad, and the obstacle course. On top of that, the smaller dunk hoop rim was broken, the warped wall was falling apart so much that I hurt my self when I tried it, one of the silks above the foam pit was gone since my last visit, and the inflatable tumble track was completely removed. Another big issue has been Dirty Dough, which is attached and advertised as part of the experience. The last two times I came specifically for cookies, they were "out of cookies." The first time, my friends and I drove all the way from out of town, checked the hours ahead of time, and were still turned away with nothing but a single free-cookie coupon before being sent on our way. The second time, we made a point to ask when cookies would be available and were told they would have them all night. After waiting about an hour, we went back only to be told they were done for the night again. This was especially frustrating since discounted cookies are supposed to be part of the membership. Prices have also gone way up compared to when I used to come, yet the park is in much worse condition. What really disappointed us was that there was no warning about how much was closed before we paid, and no discount offered to make up for it. Once our membership is finished for the month, my friends and I will most likely be going down the street to Urban Air, where you get a much better bang for your buck.
