Seafood Pasta and Roast Prime Rib

The food was amazing. It provides the best views of the falls and perfect, picturesque moments for all. Service was top notch as they were all very professional. Would recommend if you are looking to elevate your dinner.

Wow. That's all I can say. We had an amazing experience at Skylon Tower for dinner! Our servers were incredible! They answered questions not only about food but about tourism, peak seasons, and anything else we could think of while we were up there. The food was phenomenal and the Early Bird Dinner was a hit! We ordered the Prime Rib and the Cordon Blue, both were fabulous and our plates were practically cleaned when they cleared our table. In addition, we opted to upgrade our desserts to other desserts available on the menu. The view was phenomenal! I am scared of heights but it wasn't terrible, the elevator ride was tough but you're able to face the other way. With dinner we also were able to go up to observation deck, since it was early March it was absolutely freezing and windy due to weather on the other side of the falls. In the warmer months I'm sure it would be phenomenal to take a walk around the outside to look. There is the option to stay indoors as it's enclosed in glass when you first get off the elevator, there's also a gift shop at the top. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for a fun experience paired with a phenomenal dinner. The pictures do not do the flavors justice.

We had dinner here with a large group as part of our trip to Niagara Falls. The service for the amount of people in our group (50) was extremely efficient and fast. We had preordered everything but our drinks. We mostly all got cocktails and they came out with relative quick timing. The servers were attentive and listened to our requests for how we wanted our steaks or prime rib cooked. The sides were pretty good and included sautéed carrot purée and we also started with a small salad and fresh bread and butter. We had plenty of butter to share. Only complaint was the salad dressing was a little too light on the salad. Could have used more. Overall we had a really nice experience here. You can't beat the view of the falls and the revolving floor. Side note: It's a bit inconvenient to use the restroom here as the elevators take a while. We had some older ones in our group that I knew could not take the steep stairwell to the restroom. The restroom was clean though!

The food was amazing. We love the crème brûlée. The staff was amazing and the view is to die for, especially when it takes you 360 it such an amazing view to see the city and Niagara fall. I love this city

Enjoyed this experience. We did the observation tower only with the barrel museum. Restaurant had mixed reviews so we didn't try that yet. I've done things like this before including the bar at the top of the stratosphere and the oue Los Angeles so pretty similar concept as far as the ride and view. We came for the night view to check out the falls illumination and when we got there it appeared they were not lit. Not like we've seen in pictures with pretty colors but after a while it started to change a did each color, rainbow, country flag colors, etc. the barrel museum was small but interesting.

The overall experience was great. VERY touristy! Didn't expect the souvenir shops and pictures at every turn, but this place definitely figured out ways to maximize the opportunity to extract dollars from you. It was a very fun, romantic, dining experience though. The views were spectacular. There was even a firework show at 8pm. We were only able to see a corner of it though as it started on the other end of our rotating dining room. Service was good. We left a 20% tip on a $200 bill for both of our waitresses. Food was really good. I had the Salmon and asked that it be prepared Cajun and they were able to oblige. My hubby had the Chilean Sea Bass. The sweet potatoes were light, cooked well but not as smooth as I'd prefer, green beans were crisp and lightly seasoned. The surprise was dessert. We had the apple pie. It was delectable! Enough for us to share and shoveled down in seconds... too quick to even get photos of it. The fruit up fruit, with the perfect crust balanced with caramel and balanced with one healthy scoop of vanilla ice cream. Muah! Pros: Food, Service, Ambiance, Views. Cons: A tourist fee (which we had them remove from the bill), bathroom located one floor up from the restaurant. They charge for you to park. They charge for photos (obviously), but left a bad taste in my mouth with all the nickle and diming of frames and each photo. If I heard " and for $7 more," one more time I was gonna leave them all.

Skylon Tower is ranked among the top Niagara Falls attractions, offering dining, sightseeing, and family fun under one iconic roof. The actual height of the Skylon Tower from the base is 520 feet. I made a reservation at 4:30 for the Revolving Dining room. The restaurant slowly rotates 360° every hour, giving you a changing panoramic view of the Falls, the Niagara River, the city, and beyond. To get to the restaurant, we rode the glass elevator that gets to the top in about 52 seconds. We were greeted by the host and promptly seated at a table with amazing views of the American Falls, the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls, the Great Gorge, the Niagara Wine Region, and even the skylines of Buffalo and Toronto. We did the three course early dinner that includes baguette and butter, mixed green salad, and chocolate mousse chantilly for dessert. For entrees we had the Roast Prime Rib of Beef au Jus - Prime rib slow roasted cooked perfectly to your liking, paired with a creamy horseradish sauce. Beef Tenderloin Strips Stroganoff - Strips of beef tenderloin sautéed in a cream sauce of mushrooms and white wine on a bed of linguine pasta. Grilled Fresh Salmon Filet - Perfectly season salmon filet topped with a hand-crafted hollandaise sauce. The food was cooked and seasoned well and was a good portion sizes. I was full and had leftovers of my prime rib. I ordered a peach Bellini from the bar which was a tasty frozen cocktail. The reservation also included free admission to the Ride-to-the-Top and both the Indoor and Outdoor Observation We went up to the observation deck to see more views of the falls. Visibility from the Observatory on a clear day is up to 80 miles (125 km). I highly recommend visiting this attraction to experience an enjoyable dining experience along with amazing food. The views from the glass door elevator and observation deck were amazing, although I preferred the views from the enclosed 360 restaurant.

Elevator is fast. Can take pictures or video, just hold your phone close to the glass so no reflection. We came for dinner, then had the chance to walk up the flights stairs to the observatory. Popped outside long enough to take one picture, was too cold for me to stay longer. View from inside were wonderful. Could all of the falls, each side lit up. There is a little store there with souvenirs and clothing. The displays were very interesting- the celebrities who had dined there and pic and stats for each tall building across the world by the year they were built. We did the two photos for 35- they turned out great! Also the first floor has a large amusement area with skeeball and lots of games. Tip- if at the casino, go down to the Synergy area and exit the doors at the end. They will take you on the walkway over the street and right to Skylon- so close!

I think this was called a seafood supreme

Unbelievable view really good food too. Very expensive burgers, 40 something dollars. I didn't get the seafood supreme. I think that's what it was called. It was really good.

Buffet items including smoked salmon, stirfry muscles, curry meatballs, vegetables pasta, and some cold salad.

Dinner buffet for $49 Canadian dollars per person was pretty good. However, the service was questionable. You see that Caucasian at one part (south side of the restaurant) and all the Asians were placed to the other side (more of the north side). Although the view was really good , our server was pretty nice, but that way where everybody sits just made me uncomfortable.

Salmon, rice, string beans, and sweet potatoes.

OMG! My experience at the Skylon Revolving Restaurant was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The service was great, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the view was simply breathtaking. Being able to enjoy a meal while the restaurant slowly revolves and offers incredible views of Niagara Falls made the experience feel truly special. But the food was the highlight. I ordered the salmon, and it was indescribably delicious. It came with rice, and I did not realize it also included vegetables until the plate arrived. The string beans were good, but the sweet potatoes were absolutely incredible. Everything on the plate was cooked and seasoned so well. It was honestly the best meal I have had in a very long time. My servers (Alex and John) also made the experience even more memorable. Alex asked if I was celebrating a special occasion, and I told him I was celebrating both my birthday and my graduation. He brought out a slice of cheesecake with berries, and it was perfect. Not one berry was tart, and the cheesecake had the perfect consistency. It was such a thoughtful and delicious way to end the meal. After dinner, I went to the observation deck to take more pictures and also purchased the Skylon 3D/4D movie about the Legend of Niagara Falls. The entire experience felt like a blessing and a beautiful celebration. I would highly recommend the Skylon Revolving Restaurant. The view is unforgettable, the service is wonderful, and the food was absolutely outstanding. This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time.

The best view of Niagara Falls!! The top of tower is the best! You can grab dinner at the restaurant or just hang out (not literally) on the observation deck. It takes about 1 minute to get to the top and it's a beautiful experience!

What a fun view! The options and the pricing was fair. The service was pretty average but the food was quite good. The desserts were the best part.

Was provided a hot lemon infused cloth to clean up prior to going up to the stations to eat. Cup never emptied without an ask for refill. Very attentive the entire time. We were sat in the 'C' dining area area. There were room upon room so there's plenty of seating. Each room with a slightly different theme. Ours had a wall of beautiful fish tanks. The dining area, food stations and bathrooms were all very clean, which is so important at a buffet. They even have gloves at the end of each station in case you didn't want to touch the serving utensils with your bare hands. The variety of food goes from everything you can imagine at a Chinese buffet like sushi and fried rice to American options like burgers and fries, to surprises in-between like New England clam chowder and prime rib. Tons of dessert- hard ice cream, cakes, pies, fruit, jello, even Crème brûlée and waffles. One of my favorite surprises was the variety of mocktails. Most places offer me pop as a mocktail or a Shirley Temple at best. Decent pricing. Father's Day special dinner menu was $50/pp (Canadian) about $36/pp (American) which is pretty great for all you get and that's WITH their high tax. I believe the refular pricing is about $10/pp less. A must try only 30 minutes from Western NY.

She repeatedly apologized when there was a lull in meat coming by, though she doesn't really have any influence over how fast things come out, aside from telling the meat-servers what we wanted. Firstly, parking: It's all free, but the lot adjacent to the restaurant has 20 spaces for a business that seats 200 people. Arriving cars are to wait at the curb outside for the white shuttle to arrive, then follow this to a free parking place two blocks away. Reverse the process to leave. It's difficult to enter and exit a high van in a tight skirt and high heels. Just saying. We arrived just in time to see the 8pm floor show, but the music was so loud I was praying for it to end. To order from the menu for AYCE side dishes, you have to have a phone that can scan the QR code: No printed menu was forthcoming, and the print on my cell phone was too small for my husband to read. The music was so loud it made conversation impossible, so I made the choices. The kitchen had already run out of mashed potatoes, and green chimichurri sauce by 8pm, and they seat until 11pm on Saturdays. I was not impressed. There's a chaotic way the servers with the meats circulated. Some tables were served steak three times while we were never served. It's a $90 per person meal where drinks and desserts are extra, our table wobbled horribly, and we couldn't speak to each other. It was the opposite of hospitality. How loud was the music? I'm writing this the next morning and my ears are still ringing. There are many other steakhouses on this side of town: Brasa, Ruth Chris, STK. Next time, I'll try one of them.
