The tikki malasa pizza especially was great, the do it yourself standard pizza with pepperoni, cheese, sauce was pretty mid but not a big deal when their special pizzas are fire. Good pizza, nice clean place. Wish they had hard liquor. Pizza was cooked to perfection. The only real problem I had was that it was very loud, and I felt the bartender was trying to hurry me out. I've always had takeout pizza from this place but I finally dined in with a party of 7 this last Saturday around 11:30 am and it was great. We didn't wait too long for our table and our server was quick to come to the table to get drink orders even tho our whole party wasn't seated yet. They soon were and she was so patient and got appetizers going right after. The mulligatawny soup ( misspelled?) is delicious and a cup is big enough. The half house salad with chicken was huge and I took it home because I scarfed down the delicious nachos! Not impressed with the chicken wings as I found them very small and not worth the effort plus I didn't like the glaze on it but the blue cheese that accompanied it was to die for. I usually don't like blue cheese as I'm a ranch girl but man I would convert for this stuff! Don't get me wrong the ranch is good but not as good as the blue cheese. The carne asada pizza is delicious and a little spicy but tolerable. My favorite is the chicken Tikka masala pizza. Really flavorful. The pizzas are thin crust and not filling. Good cold or hot but since I was eating in I prefer it hot out of the oven then takeout. But again everything is better fresh hot out of the oven then takeout. But takeout here is good too. The nicest thing about this restaurant is the ability to get a reservation online. The service was very slow. Pizza was not much different than you would get at any pizzeria. This second Slackwater (OG in Ogden) is almost always bumpin'. That makes the outdoor areas more fun (and needed). Great service and solid food to go with fun beers. Knowledgeable servers can help with beer selections, but I tend to stick with Saisons and IPAs. A lot of great regional and national selections, really solid pizza, and an original wing recipe that remains unaffected by the chicken shortage. Might be the best wings in the SLC areas. WOW I am always completely blown away. The aesthetic is fantastic for one; I love a trendy spot that isn't going to sear my eyes with fluorescent lights. Everyone is always polite, love the service. And then the FOOD. How does a pizza place have the best soup I've ever had in my life? I've had 3 different soups there and they all blew me away. The pizza is of course also amazing - I've had The Hulk, California Sunrise, Iron Horse, and Tikka Masala ---- all are phenomenal. The only thing that I haven't liked is the buffalo sandwich. that is actually absolutely awful and they should get rid of it. My only wish was for it to be bottomless as we couldn't help ourselves and ordered another. Thankfully it's not bottomless or we likely wouldn't have made our way to the mains. The Ogden River Club Sandwich was ordered by two of us because who can resist avocado spread with a roasted red pepper aioli. It's like everything on this sandwich was meant to be put together and then the house made chips. Don't get me started.
