The Caesar salad was also quite yummy, but the meatloaf was the showstopper of the night! I am still dreaming of it now, and wish I could replicate it myself because it was that good and memorable! For dessert, I ordered the affogato which is their house made vanilla bean ice cream with an espresso shot and it was the perfect ending to the night! I accidentally left something behind and didn't realize it until I was already back home in Florida. Dindu was kind enough to mail it back to me, and her follow-through and care with my item truly went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about the service at Wild Thyme. Only minor quibbles kept this from 5 stars: when we got our food the waiter asked if we needed anything else and offered ranch for the pickles, we accepted, but then on the bill there was a 75 cent charge for the ranch, not a big deal but annoying since he offered it. And other things seemed to have pretty high prices too, even for a tourist town. For example: I can't bring myself to pay $18 for a pretzel.
