Customer service has been consistently horrible at this location. I have gone there to transfer…read moreservice because they would match a competitor and had so many hassles as they kept messing up every so for month and had to manually fix it, was not into helping or servicing people overall, knowledge overall was very poor and the coverage of service areas are very poor. AT&T is definitely not a service provider for those that need a wide service area as their coverage regardless of what they say and the map that shows the coverage areas say because when you actually get their service, it will be spotty in the areas where you think should have no issues with service. We are paying a little less than Verizon but had we known what we know now, we would pay the higher price for being able to have strong frequency in our own house and the ability to use the phone everywhere other than remote areas. Plus their customer service is the worse ever!

I called Re-Tech and the tech told me he would re-insert the screen for no charge. Great! I wiped the phone and went to the store. The tech examined the phone and told me I needed a new battery, that the original was swollen. OK, $85 no big deal. I call for a pick up and I'm told that after installing the new battery, the screen no longer worked and I would need a new one. Not good! No thanks, say I, I'll just pick the phone up. I get to the store and I find that they have replaced the screen at no charge, since it was functional when they accepted it for repair. This was the right thing to do and I'm a happy customer. 5 stars.

I did not blame him for it although he initially told me that was what was wrong with it. he proceeded to say that I now need a new battery.. we replaced the battery and the phone began to work but after a couple minutes it would just continually reboot itself. he unprofessionally gave me his home address to drop the phone off so that he could look at it and repair it overnight he told me that it would be ready the next day but never gave me a time I called him to find out the next day what time would I be able to pick it up because I had to work that day. when I called him to ask him what time it would be ready he told me to stop calling him so much, but when he has my property in my possession which i am paying to be repaired, i believe i have the right to know when itll be repaired.. not only because of my work schedule but also because i am without a phone. I am currently 23 I have brought more than 6 different iphones for him to repair since I was 17 and this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had and I will most definitely never go back there. The prices for a cheaper phone was in the $300's. I saw this ad doing a search in Google and text Guru Tech. They answered fast and provide the address and hours. We visit the place a Friday and a very kind tech told us that he can replace the screen for a really affordable price. We left the phone and they promise to call us next week. Two days later, I got a text to pick up the phone. It was fixed! The workmanship was impecable and the phone felt like new! For now on, this is my store. Great service, great customer attention and excellent prices!
