However, he reassured me that if there were any problems at all, they would take care of any costs. After speaking with them today, they claimed they never made such a promise. Additionally, when they made it clear that they wanted the ring before sending another one, I offered to meet them at the Dulles Expo Center for their next appearance at the jewelry show in order to exchange rings. At that point, Curtis Lewis said to me, "Let me put it this way, I am not going to let you spend my money. Until I know that your ring is in re-sale condition, I am not ordering another one. You can bring it to the show, but if I don't have it in stock, I will have send it to you- But I am not ordering it advance. That is the best I can do."
