Let's talk about my experience. A gentleman named Peter and I sadly didn't get the name of the woman either. What can I say but they did such a phenomenal job. I was stunned as I walked in with my girlfriend and was greeted so warmly. Offering a water in this Texas heat, life savior. The detail about it, Peter was kind, spoke to me as if he knew exactly what I wanted. Offered me this simulation on bed rest and showed me a mattress that worked for me and my girlfriend. For me the term "Sleep Experts" has taken on a whole new meaning. They are asleep on the job! My wife and I bought a split king bed and adjustable base with LED underlighting plus two black touchpad remotes (over $5k) from Kenny at the Keller store on Denton Highway and North Tarrant. The delivery driver and helper set up the bases and installed the mattresses. The driver tested one of the two bases then raced outta here. PROBLEM ONE: The remote did not work properly on the untested one. I actually had to hold the remote under the bed to get it to work. They sent another team out with a replacement base and remote that afternoon. They disassembled the old base, installed the new base and left. PROBLEM TWO: The new base they brought out was an older version - not matching the other base (perhaps refurbished but who knows). It had a silver remote (not a touchpad) and a standard light bulb for underframe lighting rather than the LED. I called the store manager and told her I wanted the SAME BASE AND REMOTE on both sides of the bed. She tried to convince me otherwise saying they were the same product and it happens all the time but I wasn't accepting that. Eventually she agreed to send the other. PROBLEM THREE: Several days later a delivery team arrived. They disassembled my base, took it out to the truck, then opened the new box and... low and behold they brought the wrong one yet again. It should be noted that each time they come out they only commit to a date, so we need to make sure someone is available at home ALL DAY to receive the bed. The night before, they give you a two hour window via automated caller narrowing it down, but once you clear your calendar it remains cleared. PROBLEM FOUR: I spoke to the store manager, Melanie. She told me she checked and "actually the silver remote and base with light bulb is the newer version and the black touchtone remote and LED model is the "old model" and they don't make it anymore. She offered to bring out a replacement for the black remote and LED. I told her I needed to research it first because I don't believe her story! Nobody is phasing out LED's in favor of light bulbs and moving from touchscreen remote in favor of the old type push buttons. I immediately contacted the manufacturer, Leggett and Platt and spoke with Alisa in customer service. Amazingly, she confirmed I was right! The newest version is the black remote and LED light. They discontinued the other one because they had lots of problems with it. MELANIE AT SLEEP EXPERTS LIED TO ME in an effort to make this go away! I called Melanie back and informed her, and she ultimately offered to upgrade us to their top base model at no additional cost. I must say this type of treatment of retail customers went out the window many many years ago now that social media is available. This interaction thus far has been regrettable! I'm waiting now on a delivery date for my two new 900 model bases! We'll see how that goes, but I'm not holding my breath! read more

First I have to admit: we had no intention of buying a mattress here. We fully planned on buying a cheap mattress at Costco, and only stopped by this store to get a better idea of what firmness level we wanted. We had already steeled ourselves to resist any high-pressure salespeople we might encounter. However, we were helpless against the combined powers of super-knowledgeable and helpful Justin AND the incredible comfort of the Purple mattress. We walked out of the store that night without purchasing anything, but after sleeping on it (pun intended), we came back the next day to buy our new bed. Did we spend more than we had originally planned? For sure. But we got a great quality mattress, which came with an adjustable base and a ton of other extras. Justin made us an incredible deal (and saved us a LOT compared to the pricing I was given by another store in the area) and we are in love with our new bed. Best mattress-buying experience ever. Eric helped us narrow down our choices and did a great job of explaining the benefits of all the new space age bed technology (a fusion of AirCool® Memory Foam, AirCool® Gel and Micro Diamond Infused Foam for advanced cooling technology - really??). Mattresses (especially those with Micro Diamonds) aren't cheap, but Eric also made us feel great about the deal we got - free pillows, free mattress cover, free delivery and 0% financing. As someone else mentioned, we had no intentions of buying a mattress from Sleep Experts when we visited this Keller store. The Store Manager (Kevin) was especially helpful and assisted us making an informed decision. We opted for the home delivery service which included removing our old mattress. The Delivery Service arrive on time, installed the mattress and removed the old mattress in just a few minutes. This entire shopping could not have been easier ... almost pleasant! read more

I think he has a great customers service. he asked some questions related our mattress and narrowed down to the one that we like. we found a great deal and got free pillow. Buyers BEWARE!!! To make a long story short. Joe Edwards sold me a floor sample, but instead sent me a defected mattress. When I returned to the store saw my mattress still there. All he could offer me was an apology, not a good one at that! He explained that he was not able to sell me the floor sample, this is after he discussed with his manager and the deal was done. Didn't even call me to ask if okay to send me another one. If it hadn't been the restless nights I might have been stuck paying ($2600) for a defected mattress. Buyers make sure you are happy with your mattress. Not to mention I bought a box spring ($150), 2 pillows ($129 ea.) plus bedsheets ($49). No incentives for me. The absolute WORST customer service I have received. read more

We purchased a King Size Kingsdown Mattress set in 2014. Due to sagging issues we filled out a warranty claim in June of 2018 and were issued an in-store credit of $1200. Our first visit to the Sleep Experts loc. at 105 N. Tarrant Parkway to use the in-store credit was 6-23-18. We were told by Austin (employee) ( the store manager was present and heard the conversation) we could use it to purchase "anything" in the store. Me and my husband made it clear we would not be purchasing a mattress from them. We were only interested in purchasing an adjustable bed frame. WE decided we would purchase the base model Leggitt and Platt adjustable bed frame which was listed on sale for $800 but before purchasing we would shop at other stores for a mattress. The store manager , James Brown said he would sign it and give us 7 days to return the adjustable bed base if anything was wrong with it. We returned to the store the following day Sunday 6-24-18 before 3pm to use our in-store credit to purchase the Leggett,and Platt Adjustable Bed Base "500" and was told by a different sales associate that the computer was not working, so we left. ( I cannot remember his name, but it was not Austin or James Brown). The Third visit took place a couple of days later 6-26-18. Austin was working and he asked my husband if anyone had called us to let us know they couldn't sell us the adjustable bed base for $800 , we would have to pay the regular price of $1499?. (So we would have incurred approx. $300 in out of pocket expences). We were never contacted by anyone.. The Fourth visit took place on Sat. June 30, 2018 before 5pm. My husband returned to the store and was told by the store manager, James Brown that we could only use the in-store credit on a mattress. Austin was also in the store on Sat. 6-30-18 and heard the conversation. The manager, James Brown, further alleged no recollection of the conversation which took place on 6-23-18 when we explicitly stated we would not purchase a (mattress) from them ....he did not keep his word , he did not tell the truth. We would have understood if either of them had said they made a mistake. We would never do business with Sleep Experts or Mattress Firm Again. To The CEO : Ken Murphy and Executive Chairman , Steve Stagner please take the necessary steps to correct this unethical business practice. Please train/ teach your employees to treat their customers with respect and to hire individuals with integrity. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!! read more

Wow, just wow! I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you can, get Randy the manager to help you with your mattress purchase. He has been in the business for 20+ years, so he's incredibly knowledgeable about everything in their store. He did everything he could to help us get exactly what we were looking for.. And when we were still deciding, he even MOVED a bed to another bed base so we got the "full experience" before purchasing. I mean, who does that?! Just phenomenal.
