They are also pet friendly and let our dog stay for $25 extra. When we entered to head to our room, the smell of marijuana hit me like a ton of bricks and I started getting a headache immediately. I am not exaggerating, it literally made my head hurt. We got into our room and the smell was a little better but still SO strong. We opened up the room and turned on the AC (in winter) to try to get the smell out. I always carry air freshener when we travel and tried that as well. The room looked fine (see photos) but it just wasn't cleaned well, which you can't really tell from pictures. The smell never went away and actually started getting worse later in the evening. I laid down because of my headache and luckily fell asleep so I didn't have to endure it anymore. It's ironic that they have a placard in the room about this. I added a photo of that too and because it's so close up, you get an idea of the cleanliness of the room as well. It got us through the night but it was not a comfortable stay and we left as soon as I showered in the morning. Based on other reviews, I don't think this was an isolated incident, it seems like this is common here so if it's not something you can deal with, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

We were informed it was burst water pipe from several weeks. We went up to our third floor room and greeted with more plastic drapping the left handside entry, closing off all the rooms to the to left. We went right to our room down the cold, wet and dank hallway. Looks like the water leak was massive from the top floor to the lobby. We now know why the front desk person said they only had two rooms left in the entire hotel when we checked in at 5:00 p.m. Half the rooms are probably water logged and closed off LOL. This place should close for repairs. Stained sheets. That said, lobby woman very nice and accommodated our request away from the elevator. She was the bright spot. Nothing else very good. Never coming back. Great my husband said well at least they have a big TV set in the room. He turns it on, every channel has a pink hue. Not watchable, TV set doesn't work. We give up, can't wait to leave tomorrow morning.

For me, Friday just did something amazing by calling in a favor with a nearby Hilton location so I could get my laundry done during my extended business stay. She is making sure we don't just feel comfortable but feel at home. True by Hilton is more than lucky to have Friday leading the way. I sprayed the hotel room down with Febreze which helped. After returning back from dinner I sprayed the room again. While laying in the bed I kept smelling a smelly dog around. My wife said she can smell it as well. It seems the last people that stayed in the room must have let their smelling dog sleep in the bed with them. We pulled off the blanket and only used the top sheet which helped but it was somewhat still in the sheets. The next morning my had flea bits on her. We told the front desk at checkout and she said "I'll make a note of it".... There was no sorry or concerns about it.... We also noticed at checkout about 4 couples on the same floor had dogs with them. So if they charge extra for pets which I think is like $75 where does that cost go? You would think they would strip the entire bed including blankets and comforters and wash them because pets were in the room. Also I would think they would spray for bugs so all is well for next guest. If the $75 extra for pets aren't being used productively then they should set aside designated rooms for families with pets so other guests don't have to deal with it. We love pets have two small dogs of our own but they don't travel with us in hotels. So for my review; the room was a 1 because of the smell and bug issue. The positive with this hotel; it's off the highway with easy in and out. It's close to restaurants and fast food places. The room was also quiet. They had nice small hot and cold breakfast items laid out in the morning. If you do stay here; request a non pet room and make sure sheets and blankets smell clean.

Assumed that the representative on the phone cancelled the reservation until the day before reservation when the hotel was sending me texts about my upcoming stay. Called the 800 number back and they said my reservation was never cancelled and they contacted hotel and they said it was too late to cancel even with a family death involved. Can somebody at the hotel or choice hotels please help me get a refund as this is just not right by any means and this death was unexpected. Thank you!

Recently I've taken on some new responsibilities that require a lot of online work with uploads and downloads. I am a Titanium Elite member of Marriott so they provide me with the "enhanced" WiFi for free. Let me tell you that their internet service is TERRIBLE!. It's capped at about 5mbps. I had to go to McDonald's across the street so I could get some work done. If you want a decent hotel with a modern bathroom and a shower that splashes all over the floor because it's the cool new thing... then this is your place. If you actually need to get any work done and need WiFi, this place will let you down. I asked the staff and they all complained about how terrible it is too. It's so bad, I've begun looking into Hilton for some future stays and asking AI about the internet at their hotels. I may stop by and talk to them before I leave because I'm supposed to come back in two weeks for another 2 week stay. It won't be at this hotel.

The breakfast area was well stocked with a variety of items, I was impressed to see cold brew in addition to the other drink options. There is a Dunkin' Donuts right next to the hotel, if you prefer that. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and polite. About a 10 minute drive into the downtown area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
