You want to make sure that you're taken care of during the whole process of buying from start to finish. This is why this place gets five stars. Jaya takes care of her customers and doesn't try to upsell. She knows her mattresses really well and is very specific when she gives you options. Also the buying process was great, I was able to finance without any problems. Angel also is super awesome! I bought a bed frame and didn't know I needed a box spring. I called her up and she gave me box spring immediately, even closed down the shop to accommodate. The level of care to keep a customer a customer is high here. I have a huge GR that weighs almost 120lbs and had to see for myself if their dog bed will actually be suitable for doge. Per usual, I asked a ton of questions and both Daniel and Wolf were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating :') After semi-aggressively patting more pillows, chatting, and asking more questions, I left the store with a huge pillow (for hoomans) and an even larger dog bed. Daniel was so sweet and helpful. Using a dolly, he brought my items to a curb-side pick-up. I was able to just pull up with my car and he loaded the items inside my vehicle as well! I am home now and, after wrestling the dog bed into assembly, I can confidently say that my dog loves his new bed. I didn't even have to coax him into laying on it and it doesn't look like he cares about his old bed anymore, lol. He literally laid on his new dog bed 5 seconds after I put it on the floor! I think my cat wants one too! I look forward to my next visit to this store and hope I see Daniel and Wolf's familiar faces. You guys are the MVPs!

From the moment I walked in, Daniel Rojas was everything a customer could want in a sales rep. He was friendly and welcoming but not the least bit overbearing. He was highly informed but didn't pummel me with information. He patiently answered all the many questions I had. He made it clear that he would support me in any way possible when it came to order and delivery. Sattva couldn't compete with Daniel's customer service or the product he offered, so I bought the mattress that day. I felt good about my purchase and even better when the package arrived right on schedule, and I actually got to sleep on the mattress. What a game-changer for my back! It's a great value for the price, and Daniel made sure I got all the discounts that were available. I had a couple of post-purchase follow-up questions and Daniel blew me away with his responsiveness and helpfulness. We had a budget for under $600 for a full size mattress. Michael N. was our salesman and was very helpful with their limited selection of great quality mattresses. We tried two mattresses and selected a soft/firm mattress type, where it doesn't sink much when sitting/dangling legs off the side. It was perfect for our young son's first bed! The best part was it was same day delivery and we saved on delivery by paying cash. Also, on delivery later at 6pm that evening the delivery man named Manny was able to take away our old mattress to recycle. Thanks guys!
