We have bought into the detail program and were in need of a good cleaning. Because we didn't give them enough lead time they couldn't accomplish the detail, but offered to give the vehicle a good wash. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because the wash was lousy. Bugs left on the grill and windshield and the door jams were still dirty. Oh almost forgot the wet floor mats.
