We went back and forth some getting information over to me. I then went in to talk to Alex to finalize things however he was on vacation, so Ryan helped me out. He was very informative and helpful in planning how much food I would need for the amount of people we had. He offered several different options and even made the changes that I wanted with no hesitation. He showed me the room and let me know how we could decorate. He even offered for me to drop the cupcakes off the day before hand and store them in the cooler for us. Then the day of the event comes & let me tell you Ryan & Latrice both were top notch! They both were there to help with everything we wanted including keeping a cold glass of ice water in my hand almost the whole time. They plated the cupcakes for us which was not expected but very much appreciated. The food was hot, delicious & they kept it maintained the whole time. I even had made a mistake as I forgot that one of our team members is gluten free so Ryan made sure to get him something he could eat without hesitation. This was my first encounter with this restaurant as I am newer to the area but I want to give them all the kudos they deserve. Being in customer service myself I expect great customer service, which is very hard to come by anymore, but this whole team exceeded my level of expectations!!
