While the slices are huge and done quickly this is not the cleanest place. We ordered 6 slices and when we received them they had a long grey hair hanging on them. When I asked for new ones the server complained saying I was "killing her". Not only did they come with a side of hair, but the slices hang off the plate and the server allowed the hanging pizza to touch the dirty counter. Being a New Yorker, I've eaten my fair share of Pizza. This is the closest to authentic NY Style Pizza you will find outside of New York. Being a huge slice of Pizza doesn't make NY style. The perfect amount of sauce on a perfectly hand tossed and cooked dough makes it NY Style and Slice hits all the marks. Mind you the slices are the size of a NY slice, so that makes it even better. Additionally, the garlic knots are perfection. Some places dron the knots in a ridiculous amount of chopped garlic and oil, these are soft enough to soak up the garlic without it being overkill. I am in LOVE with the Smoky Mountains. I however got over my love of Gatlinburg. It's way to touristy and I am not a fan of crowds. I will however, make a pilgrimage to this hole in the wall pizza joint every time I have to be in Gatlinburg for business. My boyfriend, son and I are in LOVE LOVE with their pizza. It is perfection. I am not a fan of pizza sauce but theirs is great and not over applied. The cheese and pepperoni they use is of good quality. But what is most important is the foundation. The crust was amazing. The bottom of the pizza was not limp at all. It was nice and firm when you held it up to take a bite of the huge slice you are given. YUM-O. It was the best pizza I have ever had. Hands down. No competition. This is coming from a woman who usually refrains from eating grains and dairy. It is good enough to get me to cheat on a diet that is a lifestyle for me. We called sliced and we're informed they couldn't deliver bc there was only one employee there. Not a problem, I can understand that. So we ordered our pizza for pick up. This is where the problems started. Ordered at 8pm. Were told 20-25minutes. We arrived at 820 only to discover our pizza hasn't even been started yet. We tried Slice on a Monday night in winter when very few other restaurants were open. The menu is pretty basic with only 6 options. That's okay with me because I'm generally a pepperoni purist when it comes to New York style pie. In my opinion, good cheese makes a pizza and the cheese here is excellent, melty, stretchy mozzarella. The pepperoni are yummy too and are nice and thin. Pozza Was Good. Workers are IDIOTS! I requested our large pepperoni to be cut into 6 slices (one for each family member). Your associate at the register with the missing teeth can really use some customer service training. She is extremely rude to customers and was very rude to my husband telling him to calm down when he said if he could get his drink now instead of with his pizza which she said would take 25 minutes. We visited on Christmas Day and waited in like for 30 minutes. No customer deserves this type of attitude and if she dislikes working or dealing with people she should consider other jobs. read more

:-/ on a weekend trip and decided to stop in to grab a slice. There was no menu so I was unsure what the prices were so I was surprised when my bill was so steep. Masks were not worn by employees when preparing my food. Masks were also not worn by patrons though required by the state. My food was did not arrive to my table for 20 minutes due to the cashier forgetting to place my order. I would have not received my food at all until I went to the window and asked where it was. The tables were not sanitized between customers unless asked. Drink refills were done by the same cup for every customer. General uncleanliness in a pandemic is unacceptable. So of course my husband and I were drawed in by the large pizzas in the windo. We ordered two slices of cheese pizza, then we realized the cheese pizzas were being made with half pepperoni on the other side, which was ok. The problem arose when I specifically asked the cashier who may have been the owner if we could have them use a different pizza cutter to cut our cheese pizza since we are vegetarians and do not want any meat cross contaminated with our pizza slices. So we waited and the young lady who began to cut our pizza put some gloves on and still used a dirty pizza cutter to slice the pizza.
