Hands down the BEST Veggie burger on the space coast!!! I come here often to eat it, and every time Tristen makes it, it is ABOVE AND BEYOND PERFECT. The buttered grill on the bun, the neatness of the presentation, the amount of pickles when I ask for extra pickles.... It's just perfect. Erin & Jayden are always the most entertaining and friendly and they know how to run that bar!!! Ok- so this picture is weird, because my burger has no burger on it. Let me explain why. It's two days after Hurricane Milton and no one in town is open, the places that are open are struggling to keep up with demand, and running on shoestring inventory. I ordered the veggie burger but I must have eaten them all already! Tristin made me the most delicious, sandwich stacked with lettuce, onion, tomato & pickles on that perfect grilled bun with delicious crispy tater tots! He even put pepper on the tomatoes on my sandwich!!! I feel guilty for not giving them a 5 star review earlier but this one- this one was mandatory. This is a good bar with decent food , but i would not call not call it a sports bar. Usually a couple of TVs are are whatever happens to be on, not the games of the day. Also the juke box takes precedence over having the sound of at least one game on, Tonight Tampa bay football was on a couple of TVs but the staff said majority rules, so they could would not turn on the sound even though five or six people my self included asked to listen to the game. Apparently playing the juke box, even one person is the majority. Good staff and food, but not a sports bar. read more

I freaken love this bar!! Great atmosphere great drinks, service and food. Especially their wings. I highly recommend them especially the hot honey ones. I thought it was a pretty cool place to relax and have a Cocktail. All the other Patrons appeared to be Regulars and nice people. I was just passing through and decided to stop because this building use to house a Bar that was here when I lived around here 25 years ago. They painted it and re-topped the bar, but that's pretty much it lol. It was nice, not fancy but nice, and clean. I spent Saturday night at slide in having an awesome time. It was the owner's birthday and what a sweetheart she is. I came back on Sunday to sing karaoke only to encounter the absolute rudest karaoke host in Brevard County. I have sang all over this County and I will not spend a dime wasting my time at a place where Devon is hosting the show. When I went in last night there were three singers and he was playing four songs in between each person. He doesn't run the soundboard properly and has no respect for the patrons. The wait staff is very personable and very likable as are most of the patrons. Seems like a really nice crowd too bad I couldn't have a nice Sunday evening singing some songs read more

Hands down one of the diviest dive bars in CC. Keep an eye on your credit card when you open a tab... some nights the different girls behind the bar are questionable. This is not the place to get drunk and lose your faculties... you may wake up in the morning without a kidney. The wings here are damn good! The drinks are cheap. The bathrooms are clean, and the patrons are mostly unemployed. There's only 1 Pool table, and a few dart boards and a touchtones jukebox that has never played the music I've paid for. Lewis "Oh, Great," I thought as my random eating place generator spat forth yet another "sports bar & grill" as next up to be reviewed on what seems to be my never-ending quest to visit every single slop house, greasy spoon and otherwise food slinging establishment on the Space Coast. At least Just Slide Inn was up in Cape Canaveral, and I just love the drive up there as well as the sites once I get there. Not expecting all that much from the food, just hoping it was edible, I pulled into their parking lot. Walking inside, I was pleased to notice it was a smoke-free place and lacking any olfactory evidence, began to wonder if the kitchen was open. Taking a stool at the bar, I asked the barkeep when the kitchen opened. She turned to answer and I suddenly got a feeling of deja vu. She introduced herself as Jaden and informed me that they no longer served food, but that they had a full bar. Shrugging my shoulders I asked her what kind of Scotch they had on hand. "Johnny Walker Red Label", she replied. As no other distilleries were mentioned, I gathered that that was the only Scotch they had (hardly what I would call a full bar). Asking for a Johnny Walker Red--neat, I sat back and exchanged chit-chat with the mixologist. Jaden gave me a very, very generous pour. As the conversation continued I noticed that she was extremely charming, bubbly, funny and very much at ease in her chosen profession. During the course of small talk, we realized that we had met somewhere before back in the 90s. Not being able to place where we knew each other from, we continued to get reacquainted as I turned my attention to the interior of the establishment. With tons of big screens lining the walls, pool tables, dart boards, arcade games, and an outdoor patio area, Just Slide Inn is a great place for hanging out with your buddies, tossing back a few drinks and watching the game. I really loved the outdoor area...it reminded me of hanging out at a buddy's house in high school and slamming a case of beer or three (the drinking age then was 18). In short, this is a great sports bar with charming staff and ample space in which to have a great time. The reason they got a 3.75 Star review is solely due to the fact that for a "full bar" they had a very limited selection of ambrosia (Scotch) and not one single malt either (harrumph)! Also the female brunette bartender (not the short cute one) likes the talk to customers a bit more then actually surviving drinks. Yelp has the classification for Just Slide In as a 'Dive Bar,' so I'll give it four starts for being very much your quintessential dive bar for locals. It's a small spot that would be crowded with more than a couple dozen people. The service was friendly. Full liquor bar, normal bar prices with a discounted happy hour. The menu is classic bar food, wings, chicken strips, burgers. I had the cheese burger with potato salad. Adequate bar food. I wouldn't come here just for lunch. The burger was you basic thin, previously frozen patty...good, but not great. The bartender cooked the burger. The potato salad was good, much like Publix potato salad. Again, bar food, something to eat after you've had a few drinks. The atmosphere is classic dive-bar, beer signs, 6 TVs, two dart boards, a juke box and a foosball table. If you live around Lincoln in Cape Canaveral, this will be a good place to pop in and wet your whistle, I can't imagine it being full of tourists, so there's always that. There didn't seem to be any smoking inside, which is nice. WIFI is available. I think I heard somebody saying something about game nights. read more
