Tasty! I'd been wanting to try Slider Provider for awhile because I'm a sucker for a good burger. I wish I could remember the special we had, but suffice to say it was awesome - it was a chicken burger with a good dose of heat that was balanced by sweet pineapple and sauce. I wasn't initially thinking I'd love it because I was in the mood for all beef, but it ended up being my favorite of the night. We also had the Chuck Norris and Mitch's Mayhem. Everything was very good, and maybe it was our fault for picking all burgers with a little spice and some crossover in ingredients, but the two beef burgers we did try seemed kind of similar flavor-wise (didn't get the bleu cheese crumble taste on Mitch's at all) so that was a tiny bit of a let-down. Still, solid little sliders and I'll be back for round two and sure to mix up my flavor profiles a little more next time. read more

Slider heaven on wheels. This burger truck is legit. Real flavor, tasty meat and quality ingredients. I went for a 3-pack and I can't say enough. My fav is the Buffy & the Hasselhoff. Truck was at my kids cultural night at Lieck elementary. I wasn't expecting much but what I got naught of been the best burger I ever had. I decided to try Slider Provider at the Block and wow! Mitch's Mayhem was THE BEST!!!!!!! I was a little hesitant because I didn't know how well blue cheese and BBQ sauce would go together but man oh man! It was AMAZING! Caramelized onions were perfect and the meat was hearty and filling! It's about time an amazing food truck hit the San Antonio scene! I've tried several of their sliders and I couldn't get enough. All of their sliders are fresh and made to order not to mention to die for. These are not your everyday sliders. They offer all kinds of specialty slider options which you can pair with beef or chicken. Then there is the specials list that includes one of my favorites: the grilled cheese smoked pork or brisket. Good luck competing with Slider Provider. The food is seriously amazing, the prices are great and the quality is top notch. I have a feeling your going to see these guys on the rise. They came to my work and OMG yummy. Grilled chicken was tender and juicy, while the beef was well done yet still juicy. No sides but they pay so much attention to their main dish, you don't miss it. They will take your order in advance via text so you don't have to wait. Really great idea to split with your friends or co-workers so that you can try 3 different things at one. Slider Provider catered my wedding this past weekend for 150 people and they were awesome!! They were great to work with through the planning process as well as the actual event, and very affordable for wedding food. They were very accommodating for guests with special requests. The food is awesome and we received tons of compliments on our choice. They worked quickly to get everyone fed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Slider Provider for catering! read more

*** - Your food truck came to my workplace, and we were provided a number to text our order and a time for pick up. What a joke! I went to the truck and asked about texted orders, I was told that I still have to wait in line. There were 9 people in line at this point, and I waited in line almost 15 minutes before I got to the window to get my food. There were only 2 guys working the truck, and no one taking orders constantly. By the time I received my order (15 min past my texted pick up time) my food was barely warm. This is not the way to do business, guys. You have a great product, the flavor was really good, but more information should be given when texting in an order. You texted back that my pickup time was not correct, and I agreed to your suggested time. I should be able to go to a different window and PICK UP my order at the pick up time. Update: The owner of the truck contacted me today, and expressed sincere apology for my experience and made it right!! This is true customer service and it was much appreciated. I reluctantly had the Goobster. OMG so delicious! The burger patty was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The cheddar was fresh & sharp, creamy peanut butter and sweet jelly made the most surprisingly delicious combination in my mouth. Perfection! read more

This food truck is a must try! You have the option of beef or chicken in a 2 to 3 slider mix and match and you can add chips and a drink as well. It is definitely filling! I ordered two Guac-Keen Phoenix and my husband ordered the Notorious Goobster, Cowboy from Hell, and a Guac-Keen Phoenix. The Guac-Keen Phoenix was mouthwatering and the Goobster was my husbands favorite, calling it "wickedly flavorful". The staff were friendly, funny, and efficient and the food presentation was extremely appetizing. We will definitely return in the near future! read more

I happened to go check out the food truck lot on Monday over at Port San Antonio and, being a slider fan already, I HAD to try these guys. BOY WAS I PLESEANTLY SURPRISED! These are THE BEST sliders I've ever come close to having! I had the Cowboy from hell and the Hasslehoff, both with beef. AMAZING food! Will definately be looking for this guy again.
