I found Slider Provider at the Essex Modern City Second Saturday Night event in January 2019. This is the first place I have seen them, but hope to see them around town again! They have a variety of options and would like to sample some more. The sliders were so juicy and make a great snack as you hangout here! Each order also comes with a bag of Vicky's chips. For the sliders, I chose the beef option, but you can also choose chicken. I had the Lil' Kahuna, Cowboy From Hell, and Chuck Norris (from my picture left to right). Lil' Kahuna had a great mix of full flavor and the pineapples weren't too overwhelming. The Cowboy From Hell was truly spicy and flavorful if you need some heat. The Chuck Norris was my favorite...sweet, spicy, with a roundhouse of flavor in the slider ground beef patty! Sliders from a food truck, new concept perhaps, but perfectly satisfying!

Great source for creative and delicious sliders. They have a choice of beef or chicken breast. The beef has some nice ooze. You can get a 2 or 3 pack and they have a kids menu too for smaller appetites. My favorites are Chuck Norris, Buffy, Guac-Keen Phoenix and Phat Belly. The sliders are made fresh and they also have sodas and chips. I'm so glad they are on the rotation for where I work.

Loved this place! The meat is flavorful and juicy , I would recommend the Goobster and the Chuck Norris. The Goobster has crunchy peanut butter and jelly which sounds odd but it was delicious. The Chuck Norris has american, bacon, caramelized onion,sriracha ketchup . Can't wait to go back!

Slider Provider offers some mouthwatering and innovative slider combinations. From the Kahuna (w/grilled pineapple, bacon, Muenster, and pineapple-jalapeño mayo), to the Goobster (w/ PB&J), to the Big Red Pulled Pork--these are not your average sliders. The flavors are original, to say the least, and the combinations are unexpectedly delicious. Once you decide on a flavor, you may choose grilled chicken or ground beef for your slider. You can get a 2-pack combo +chips for $9, or 3-pack for $13. Each slider is made to order and you can definitely taste how fresh the ingredients are. The buns are your basic Hawaiian rolls, but what you really want to focus on here is what's inside. The patties on these sliders are quite substantial for such small burgers and I love how the juices ooze when you sink your teeth into them. My husband and I shared a 2-pack of the (beef) Chuck Norris Sliders stacked with slightly sweet caramelized onions, crisp bacon, spicy Sriracha ketchup, and creamy American cheese. It had a slight kick to it and the bacon/cheese/onion combination delighted my tastebuds! It could have used a touch more salt on the patty--but that's just a personal preference. After we devoured the sliders I was a little sad that we hadn't ordered more. We had eaten a little earlier, but couldn't pass up a opportunity to try SP since we've been drooling over their pics for at least a year now. Normally one would be a perfect snack-sized portion, but the flavors of this slider were so good that I almost stole hubby's. :) Service was friendly and we waited no more than 10 minutes or so before our order was ready. So glad we finally had a chance to try SP and can't wait to go back to sample more of these unique concoctions.

The best sliders that I ever had!!! I tried Slider Provider yesterday and it was DELICIOUS!! The Chuck Norris (caramelized onions, sriracha ketchup, cheddar cheese) and the Lil Kahuna (jalapeno mayo, pineapple, munster cheese) sliders were packed with flavor and well worth the price (2 sliders and chips for $9). My friends also tried the Guac-Keen Phoenix and said it was excellent. If you see this food truck around, you definitely need to check them out. These guys were friendly, fast and efficient. I hope to catch them around town again sometime!

We were lucky enough to check this place out last weekend, and I can't wait to go back! I've had my eye on this place for awhile on Yelp, and was so excited to finally check it out. We stopped by this food truck while we were at The Point last Saturday to celebrate their 5 year anniversary (The Point 's anniversary). So many options that it was hard to choose! I ended up ordering the "The Buffy" (blue cheese crumbles, bacon, spicy garlic wing sauce, and scallions). The bf got the "Chuck Norris" (American cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, and Sriracha ketchup). These little burgers were marvelous! The ingredients complimented each other perfectly without being overwhelming. They were a decent size and incredibly satisfying! We got two sliders with a bag of chips for $9, a spectacular deal considering the quality of these delectable treats. We had one burger each, and when washing them down with a beer they were surprisingly filling. Can't wait to try the infamous "Goobster" next time.

Way too expensive! $9.50 for two sliders and a sad bag of chip! Hope your not hungry, the sliders are small! Better off going to Whataburger or even Chili's! The chicken was very tough to eat and with no flavor, The burger was good but the guacamole was not, looks like they got the guacamole from taco cabana's sauce bar. I would definitely not eat there again. read more

I had the pleasure of eating at Slider Provider at the river city Rockfest on Saturday. The Chuck Norris sliders were some of the best burgers I've ever had. Came to our neighborhood a few weeks ago and I wish they'd come every week. Great food truck! Delicious chicken and burgers. I think between the family we tried almost all the specialty topping and they were awesome. I've found some food trucks to be over priced and not that great but that is NOT the case here. Pb&j on a burger sounds out there but it's my husbands favorite! No pictures because the food was gone too fast. read more

Oh my goodness....the sliders here!! Super flavorful meat and toppings. I went to the food truck at StreetFare and was disappointed to not get fries or a drink (the food truck park does not allow the vendors to sell drinks--boo!) but the sliders were altogether pretty great. read more

I've eaten at the Slider Provider several times to try a trio of outstanding sliders. My all time favorite is the Goobster. When you first see the description, you may be turned off and not order it. However, I took the step a few months back and it is by far the most flavorful slider/burger I've ever tasted. Ok, here is what is in it: Juicy burger patty with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, Peanut butter and Jelly! Don't pass this up, you will not regret it. read more

If not the best burgers I've ever had, these were the best burgers I've had in a very long time! I had the Goobster and the Guac-een Phoenix (I think that's how they spelled it) and really did not think I was going to enjoy the Goobster (peanut butter and jelly bacon cheeseburger) but decided to go with their recommendations and step out of my comfort zone because they seemed to really be behind their favorite flavors. They did not disappoint! I am only in San Antonio for the weekend and have gone out to eat for every meal...THIS is the place I want to go back to before I go home. Absolutely amazing. I'll be visiting again anytime I'm in town! You HAVE TO try this place! Amazing service, amazing sliders! Make sure you get a napkin, this is messily delicious! read more

WOW! We hired this amazing food truck for a private party. They were very easy to communicate with, they arrived in a timely manner and they were very neat and clean. Once the truck was set up at our venue, they took excellent care of us and our guests including a custom menu full of out of this world sliders. The flavors were insanely delicious and they were able to serve everyone quickly. If you are looking to wow your guests then look no further! Slider Provider did a fantastic job catering my wedding! I was a little worried about our guests waiting in line but turns out every one had already been served by the time we were done taking pictures, which only took about 40 min. I got a lot of compliments on our choice of catering as well. Sean was also very professional and quick to getting back to me with any questions that I had. I was so pleased with Slider Provider! This place is freaking badass. Their burgers are to die for. Let me start out by saying, I was pretty grossed out initially by their mixtures of condiments on a burger. I mean really, PB&J on a burger!?! My first time ordering from this place, I ordered the 3-pack and told them to give me their bestsellers. My favorite was the Goobster by far! It is freaking amazing!!! Needless to say I always come back to the Point and I am so excited when Slider Provider is set up! I highly recommend!! Enjoy!!! read more

First timer and very happy! Had a combo at this truck just last night at the Point Park and Eats. My combo was the Chuck Norris -- with chicken and whatever else was on it, it was fiery and tasty. The second slider I tried was the Big Red barbecue with pulled pork. So yummy and just the right size. The buns were toasted just a tad too much but the flavors in these two combos were great. Hope to catch up with them again. read more

Slider Provider catered to my workplace on the day before 4th of July. I ordered 2 of the Big Red Pulled Pork sliders. While they lacked any trace of Big Red flavor in their sauce all was quickly forgotten as I bit into one of the sliders. Huge chunks of pulled pork coated with BBQ sauce that wasn't too vinegary or too sweet but just perfect along with pickles that gave it a bit of crunch and tartness between two warm and soft buns. That's it, I am officially spoiled by Slider Provider so adios Bill Miller's poor boys and sayonara frozen White Castle burgers! Service was awesome and the cooks were friendly unlike the kind of service I got from Cheesy Jane's and Attaboy Burger. I'll get the Chuck Norris next time. I just hope they'll be at Alamo St. Eat Bar or somewhere more centrally located in San Antonio because I can't make it all the way out to Boerne Stage Rd. or Bulverde Rd on the far north side of town. read more

I ate there with my fiancée, and ended up booking them for our wedding at our house. The food was amazing both times, and all of my guests raved about the food and service. The owner and employees are super nice, professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. Get them for your wedding or next party (they have chicken breast sliders too)! Great value! My family of four decided to cheat on our regular shawarma guy (Abu Omar) and try someplace else, and since this was everyone's "to try" list, we journeyed out on a Sunday afternoon. This area of Wurzbach is notoriously busy, but we were able to park alongside the Valero gas station where the food truck is set up. There are a couple of picnic tables and a porta-john within a few steps of the food truck. I don't know if the latter is for the food truck patrons or not, though. Hanging out in the "outdoor dining area" in a gas station parking lot with traffic whizzing by wasn't my idea of ambiance so we decided we were going to eat in the car. We checked out the menu and weren't initially greeted by the lone employee in the truck, but I'll chalk that up to him being busy setting up for the day. When we were ready, we ordered Chicken Arabis (wraps filled with chicken shawarma), a Chicken Gyro plate, and a Mixed Gyro plate. Our gyro plates came with a small salad, rice, hummus, and what was called pita bread but resembled and tasted like a paratha (which is a good thing). The hummus, in my opinion, lacked garlic, and the rice and chicken were both bland, but the plate was filling and hot. My husband also agreed that the meat lacked seasoning, but he finished his plate. The red sauce that came with the plates was spicy, but lacked any other flavor. The garlic sauce, which I'm assuming is toum, was really tasty and packed that garlicky flavor. I dumped it on my chicken and rice, and it turned out to be a great idea. Our kids enjoyed their Arabis but also agreed that the meat was bland. The food was delivered to our car by the man who took our order, which alone was worth a star. The total for our meals, with drinks and a tip, was $74, which is a steal nowadays. I recommend trying this food truck in the area since flavor preferences are subjective. The quality and price make it worthwhile if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

I ordered the pani puri and the Tikka masala Frankie to go per his recommendation I ate the pani puri there it was sooooo gooood! And the Frankie in the car. I wanted to order more if I didn't have to go! They have couple of tables which were full! Even my car got stuck in the parking someone had to back up for me! As I said, everything was phenomenal. Unfortunately, there is one issue we cannot look past, although we have tried. The bagels are delicious, but they are the absolute wettest, slippery and slidey-est bagels I've ever had in my life. The meal is spent looking down and hoping my beloved or other guests don't see the schmear up to my nose. By the end, we are having to reconstruct our bagel, as it looks like roadkill on the table. It is not a user error, as we eat slowly and carefully. I even have friends who refuse to come back here because it was the messiest eating experience of their lives. It's so unbelievably messy. We have to rinse off in their bathroom before leaving. I have to take my rings off and put my hair up. It's a commitment, one we are not strong enough to make at this point. Delicious, but.... we must bid you farewell, Boss Bagel. Godspeed.

All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.
