Menu: I had the Lil' Kahuna, Cowboy From Hell, and Chuck Norris

I found Slider Provider at the Essex Modern City Second Saturday Night event in January 2019. This is the first place I have seen them, but hope to see them around town again! They have a variety of options and would like to sample some more. The sliders were so juicy and make a great snack as you hangout here! Each order also comes with a bag of Vicky's chips. For the sliders, I chose the beef option, but you can also choose chicken. I had the Lil' Kahuna, Cowboy From Hell, and Chuck Norris (from my picture left to right). Lil' Kahuna had a great mix of full flavor and the pineapples weren't too overwhelming. The Cowboy From Hell was truly spicy and flavorful if you need some heat. The Chuck Norris was my favorite...sweet, spicy, with a roundhouse of flavor in the slider ground beef patty! Sliders from a food truck, new concept perhaps, but perfectly satisfying!

Great source for creative and delicious sliders. They have a choice of beef or chicken breast. The beef has some nice ooze. You can get a 2 or 3 pack and they have a kids menu too for smaller appetites. My favorites are Chuck Norris, Buffy, Guac-Keen Phoenix and Phat Belly. The sliders are made fresh and they also have sodas and chips. I'm so glad they are on the rotation for where I work.

Loved this place! The meat is flavorful and juicy , I would recommend the Goobster and the Chuck Norris. The Goobster has crunchy peanut butter and jelly which sounds odd but it was delicious. The Chuck Norris has american, bacon, caramelized onion, sriracha ketchup . Can't wait to go back!

Slider Provider offers some mouthwatering and innovative slider combinations. From the Kahuna (w/grilled pineapple, bacon, Muenster, and pineapple-jalapeño mayo), to the Goobster (w/ PB&J), to the Big Red Pulled Pork--these are not your average sliders. The flavors are original, to say the least, and the combinations are unexpectedly delicious. Once you decide on a flavor, you may choose grilled chicken or ground beef for your slider. You can get a 2-pack combo +chips for $9, or 3-pack for $13. Each slider is made to order and you can definitely taste how fresh the ingredients are. The buns are your basic Hawaiian rolls, but what you really want to focus on here is what's inside. The patties on these sliders are quite substantial for such small burgers and I love how the juices ooze when you sink your teeth into them. My husband and I shared a 2-pack of the (beef) Chuck Norris Sliders stacked with slightly sweet caramelized onions, crisp bacon, spicy Sriracha ketchup, and creamy American cheese. It had a slight kick to it and the bacon/cheese/onion combination delighted my tastebuds! It could have used a touch more salt on the patty--but that's just a personal preference. After we devoured the sliders I was a little sad that we hadn't ordered more. We had eaten a little earlier, but couldn't pass up a opportunity to try SP since we've been drooling over their pics for at least a year now. Normally one would be a perfect snack-sized portion, but the flavors of this slider were so good that I almost stole hubby's. :) Service was friendly and we waited no more than 10 minutes or so before our order was ready. So glad we finally had a chance to try SP and can't wait to go back to sample more of these unique concoctions.

The best sliders that I ever had!!! I tried Slider Provider yesterday and it was DELICIOUS!! The Chuck Norris (caramelized onions, sriracha ketchup, cheddar cheese) and the Lil Kahuna (jalapeno mayo, pineapple, munster cheese) sliders were packed with flavor and well worth the price (2 sliders and chips for $9). My friends also tried the Guac-Keen Phoenix and said it was excellent. If you see this food truck around, you definitely need to check them out. These guys were friendly, fast and efficient. I hope to catch them around town again sometime!

We were lucky enough to check this place out last weekend, and I can't wait to go back! I've had my eye on this place for awhile on Yelp, and was so excited to finally check it out. We stopped by this food truck while we were at The Point last Saturday to celebrate their 5 year anniversary (The Point 's anniversary). So many options that it was hard to choose! I ended up ordering the "The Buffy" (blue cheese crumbles, bacon, spicy garlic wing sauce, and scallions). The bf got the "Chuck Norris" (American cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, and Sriracha ketchup). These little burgers were marvelous! The ingredients complimented each other perfectly without being overwhelming. They were a decent size and incredibly satisfying! We got two sliders with a bag of chips for $9, a spectacular deal considering the quality of these delectable treats. We had one burger each, and when washing them down with a beer they were surprisingly filling. Can't wait to try the infamous "Goobster" next time.

We walked in about 15 minutes before our actual reservation so we hung out at the bar and had a drink. Before we were done with our drinks, the hostess came over to us to let us know our table was ready. I did not know that this was an open kitchen concept but I was thrilled when I seen it. We were seated by the kitchen. I thought it was bd a bit noisy but the kitchen staff was quiet which allowed us to enjoy our meal and conversation. The waitress was very nice and observant. She did not interrupt our conversations, she waited until we sat plates aside as we were done to avoid reaching over us, and she even took pictures for us. She also offered us glasses of prosecco to celebrate with. We ordered the roasted carrots and pork belly for appetizers and the short beef ribs and steak for entrees. The food was so good! I mean, the steak melted in your mouth! I thought the steak at Bohanan's was great but I think Signature got the best of them. The service and food were flawless and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I'll be back for my birthday and other celebrations/events.

One guest was served butter and a pho amuse bouche at the same time so she took a good spoonful of her butter, dipped it into her pho, and ate it because nobody told her what she had just been served. I can't imagine what she was thinking. Started with some fresh bread and a generous medallion of a butter and onion ash roll. Nice touch. The pho came to me cold but I found out it was intended to be hot. I guess if it's not served immediately it gets cold really fast because it's just a sip or two. It was very clean and OK flavor but I prefer the deep, umami richness of a fatty pho broth. Continuing with the amuse bouche, I was served a platter of three pieces--a scotch egg, cornbread truffle and fries, and something unmemorable. The scotch egg and cornbread were OK but at this point I was starting to wonder if I was wasting my time and money. Then I tried the tuna and that was a flavor bomb. Cubed tuna over a creamy coconut sauce with a hint of heat, balanced with fresh citrus and purple potato crisps for some added texture and a tasty salt finish. This was visually stunning and just singing in my mouth. I absolutely loved it! Scallop and caviar topped with smoked king salmon, and crispy leeks. This was rich and decadent and I appreciated the crispy leeks to balance the otherwise soft textures. Wished the lime was a little more pronounced to help brighten and lift some of the richness, but still a very good dish. Charred romanesco broccoli with a romesco sauce and green salsa was served with pickled raisins and a heaping serving of shredded manchego cheese. This was good but not something I'd want to reorder. Raspberry bergamot lemon sorbet was just the refreshing bite needed before the heavy hitters. The Texas Wagyu coulotte was cooked to perfection. It was simple, served with mushrooms, and didn't need a lot of fuss. For desert, I was served a persimmon chocolate mousse with orange, a rolled persimmon slice, and dollops of what tasted like yuzu. As full as I was I was able to finish this all. It was creamy, rich, and balanced with citrus notes. And finally, the service ended with a mixed plate of petit fours which held up well the next day and were all very good -- a brownie, dulce de leche, macaron, chocolate chip cookie, and some sort of citrus gel. In all, I think the tasting menu was worth the price. I think chef did a great job balancing flavors and textures, plating beautifully, and staying true to ingredients while having fun experimenting. If my pho wasn't served cold, I didn't see some poor service, and the extra amuse bouche trio wasn't served I probably would've given this 5 stars. Maybe next time.

On our second date night here, that sense of quiet magic hadn't faded, it had deepened. The best seat in the house isn't tucked away in a corner or draped in linen, it's the countertop. From there, the kitchen reveals itself in full, an intimate, unscripted performance. We spent the evening watching George at work, composed, exacting, and quietly brilliant, plating each dish with the kind of confidence that only comes from mastery. The meal itself unfolds like a carefully written story, each course building on the last. A white mushroom salad opens the evening with understated elegance, earthy, delicate, and impossibly fresh. Then comes the country fried quail, crisp and indulgent, yet refined enough to avoid feeling heavy. The Spanish octopus a la plancha is a standout in its own right, perfectly tender with a delicate char that adds depth and richness to each bite. The Napa cabbage arrives almost playfully, topped with bonito flakes that are still gently moving from the heat, a dish that's as mesmerizing as it is delicious, balancing smoke, salt, and subtle sweetness. It's a moment that pulls you fully into the experience. The heritage chicken is deeply comforting yet elevated, cooked to a tenderness that feels effortless. And then, the standout, the Sitka wild king salmon. Perfectly executed, it flakes at the slightest touch, rich and buttery without losing its clean, natural flavor. It's the kind of dish that lingers in your memory long after the plate is cleared, the best salmon I've ever had, without question. And just when you think the evening has peaked, the $10,000 carrot cake arrives, a whimsical name for a dessert that somehow lives up to the hype. Decadent, balanced, and unforgettable, it closes the meal on a high note that feels both indulgent and deserved. What elevates the experience even further is the thoughtfulness of the staff. They effortlessly accommodated a low carb approach for my husband, who is diabetic, without sacrificing creativity or flavor. It never felt like a limitation, only a seamless extension of the menu. Throughout it all, the team moves in seamless harmony, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. There's no pretense here, just an unwavering commitment to excellence. She added thoughtful tidbits about the menu and checked in often without being overbearing. She intuited that we were celebrating my birthday and surprised me with a card signed by the team, which was such a lovely moment of unreasonable hospitality. Everything went smoothly until just after dessert. As we were finishing up, my friends gave me birthday gifts, and I was opening them when we were presented with small brownies and asked by another staff member to move to the patio. We completely understood the need to turn the table, especially during a busy service. However, it was a cold day, and while we were told we'd be seated by a heater, we ended up in a corner where the heater wasn't on. We were given blankets, but it continued to get colder. After waiting a bit, I flagged down another server who was able to turn the heater on right away, which helped, this part of the experience felt abrupt and we also felt kinda forgotten. We finished our wine and conversation on the patio, and while it became more comfortable once the heater was on, the transition felt a bit rushed and could have been handled more smoothly. Chicken fried steak was the recommended item from several reviews. As a country gal, I've had some of the best in Texas. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. The meat wasn't tender and the batter was too light in color. While it was crispy, the coating was too thick and not dark enough. The coating to meat ratio was off. Too much coating. We also ordered the lamb chops which were not cooked well. We sent them back and I'm grateful they were removed from our bill. That was generous. Unfortunately, like many of the one star reviews, the serve time was terrible. We waited an hour to get our food and we kept getting offered bread and butter. Again, that was generous but we wanted to enjoy our plates knowing the serving size from other reviews. Customer service by waiters was nice but they didn't handle any of the communication about the delay. That was all done through the manager. Again he was fine, but just not anything I need to go back to.
