It leaked into my bedroom during the tropical storm. I assumed there would be other leaks at some point soon so I decided to replace the underlay on the whole roof (but we kept our old concrete tiles which were holding up fine) Yuvi was the representative who came out to give a quote. He was very friendly and professional. His crew did a great job and they were clean and professional while doing the work. SLR replaced our roof recently. I cannot recommend them enough for the quality of the work, the workers and the process. Tom, the project mgr that came out to give a quote, is very customer focused and detail oriented. He didn't try to sell me on extra products, nor did he have the lowest bid. The bid made sense for the work (facia board replacement, stripping the roof, placing new vents, quality shingles and labor). Tom said it would take 3 days and it did. The 3rd day was Tom coming over to walk me through the completed work and making sure I was happy. Tom was onsite each day to check in with me and his team. I had a leak coming from my ceiling and was able to get this company to come out right away. Miguel was so professional, knowledgeable patient and friendly! He did a very thorough inspection and discovered that the leak is not coming from the roof but from one of the pipes in our attic. He took pictures to help communicate the info with our plumber. SLR roofing completed my 5100 Square foot roof in 4 days, including inspections. The first day about 15 workers removed the old roof and installed plywood necessary for the new roof. The 3rd day, the next crew installed the lovely Owens Corning roof. Workers swept the outside area, patio area and garage to remove any debris; it was quite clean. I am extremely happy with the work done, the time span, the clean up and the attitude of both Lior and his Assistant, Chen. They made sure that the entire job was perfectly done. When I mentioned a few minor problems such as a hose missing from the backyard, Chen made sure I received a new hose. Another minor problem involved debris in the heater area and Chen made sure it was totally cleaned. SLR roofing is a company that is reliable, honest, hard-working and client oriented. I had 2 leaks in a 20 year old roof on my bungalow in Burbank that needed fixing. I reached out to SLR and another roofer that a friend recommended. SLR was half the cost. Joey was easy to work with, thorough, and quick to respond. The job was done way faster than I thought it would be. The flat roof the team put on my garage was a little uneven and had some tar spots after the crew was done - I texted Joey a picture and asked if they could come trim it up and it was neat and tidy before I got home from work the next day. There was an old rusted electrical connector on the back of my house that the guys had knocked the top off of (not their fault - the thing was super old) and when I realized it a couple weeks later, I texted Joey and he came back and capped off for me, no cost. SLR replaced the roofs on two houses for us recently and we could not be happier! Anton was the first person who provided a quote and even though we got quotes from four other companies, Anton was by far the most friendly and communicative of everyone we spoke to.
