I ordered: Cha-Shu (pork belly), Chicken Wings, and Hiroshi Tonkotsu. In general, the food is good. The presentation is nice and thoughtful. The Cha-Shu was tender and juicy. The Hiroshi Tonkotsu was loaded with noodles. The broth was a little salty. The Chicken Wings were okay, I guess. That's because it took nearly 30-mins to serve them. I was trying to avoid all the imitation crab meat, so we ordered the Cowboy Bebop & the Mad Max rolls. But sadly there was imitation crab meat in the cowboy bebop which was a letdown. The Mad Max was pretty good though, I enjoyed how that one included pieces of tuna on the bottom. However, both rolls kept falling apart when trying to eat with chopsticks.
