At the time, they were willing to work with us, which we appreciated. The first vehicle we purchased was decent for a used car, though it did have some transmission issues. We understood that can happen with used vehicles. Later, as our family grew, we returned to upgrade to an SUV through the same salesperson. After several hours of paperwork and discussions, we agreed on a vehicle but had to drive all the way to Reno to pick it up. When my husband started driving it, we immediately noticed multiple issues: the tires were very worn (one even had a screw in it), the motor mount was damaged, and the vehicle shook when driving over 60 mph. The key we were given was not programmed to the vehicle, and the interior was extremely dirty. Even after the dealership took the vehicle back for repairs and detailing, it still wasn't properly cleaned. We brought these concerns to the salesperson and requested that the necessary safety repairs be completed before moving forward. Although the vehicle eventually went into the shop, we had to follow up several times. When we picked it up again, the key was still not programmed, and we were told we would need to pay about $100 ourselves to have it done. We were also never provided with the additional keyless entry key the vehicle requires. My biggest concern, however, was the financial side. When we purchased the vehicle in mid-January, we arranged a payment plan with the salesperson for the down payment since it was already very high, even after trading in our previous vehicle. After making our first payment on that agreement, we were suddenly told our payment increased by about $70 due to a "lien adjustment," which had never been mentioned beforehand. On top of that, we were asked to return just days after signing because the dealership made an error on the original contract and needed us to sign a new one. Overall, this experience involved multiple repair issues, unexpected costs, contract mistakes, and poor communication. I recommend anyone considering purchasing from Eagle Valley Motors to go elsewhere.

No big deal but 2 days later I received a text from someone who was talking shit and they texted the wrong person (ME) and this is what they said and I quote " SHE CANT FINANCE A HOT DOG" !!!! See photo attached I'm sorry, I have bad credit, I am working on it. I did not deserve to be humiliated and bashed because I don't have a perfect credit score. DONT ANYONE EVER GO BUY FROM EAGLE VALLEY MOTORS!!!! Horrible customer service! I had 4people I was going to refer to them for cars as well. I have contacted an attorney so they should be hearing from them soon!

I'm young and was my first time purchasing a vehicle and completely took advantage of me. His mechanic hides issues and screws you as well and also lied to our faces and claimed "didn't know how this could happen". Then tried to say I cut the radiator hose myself when you could clearly see that it was a mixture of radiator fluid and oil. And why would I buy a vehicle to damage it?I've been struggling and trying to find a way to make a claim but I live far and like I said I have no idea what I'm doing. I have also called multiple times and tried to reason with him and he simply threatens me. The finance company also didn't do anything to help but just took my name off the loan. Do not trust this man. He put my life in danger and then used scare tactics to make me feel powerless over the situation. My credit still is being effected I lost my job from the lack of commute and having to time to figure the situation out. the car never even made it home with me and sat on his lot and he actively sold it to someone else as the finance company was still trying to charge me. He's a fraud and should loose his license. He's terrible person. He claims he has daughters but doesn't care about your daughter. Keep your money and life safe. Stay away.!!

See, here's the thing: anytime a person buys a car, and especially a female, they just don't want…read moreto drive off with a piece of junk that dies 500 yards away from the lot. Too bad that's such a sweet sentiment with no place in the real world of used car lots. Unfortunately for me, the car I purchased was only the second one I'd viewed and test-driven but my father, the guy I thought knew more than I did when it came to cars and their mechanics, convinced me it was "the one", ya know like if this was my future husband he'd be plain, a little beat up, old, poor, and about to die. (Quite the catch, right?) This is where I utter a rather inappropriate, although appropriate, expletive like F%*K. But hey, Brandon (the owner and chief salesperson) told me he'd give me a deal. We quibbled about the price for all of one minute (I got him to drop it 500 dollars, but I'm sure he made an easy $1,500 off of the transaction) and I drove off with my new (er, used) merchandise and not a "yippee" hand pump in sight. Not pleased with my new piece of mechanics but when you don't have much money to spend on a set of wheels, you settle for what you can get (isn't that just typical?). So somewhat content for all of a week and a few days until I had to fill the gas tank annnnnddddd the car didn't start. SERIOUSLY. I sat in the gas station for a minute and a half turning the key in the ignition trying to get the damn thing to start. It did but grudgingly. And I drove off hoping it was a one-time mishap (only sort of hoping, I knew it wasn't so I just had to wait until the next tankful of gas to test it again). Then, it happened again. Fill the tank full of gas and the damn thing doesn't start. OMG, I'm that girl from the ridiculous movie where she's screwed over and the snake salesman snicker with audience at her stupidity. F$*K. Not only that, but the "Cruise control" didn't work since day one, so there's the second tally on the WTH list. Oh wait, I'm not done. Third, my key FOB doesn't work and it'll cost $250 to get a new one. Thanks so F%$*#@G much. So what do I do, but bring it back to the dealer and plead my case? Brandon got riled up like a humiliated child and accused me of accusing him of knowingly selling me a car with a defect and blah blah blah. Long discussion short, I had my legal jargon all in a row and he knew it. After all, his associate sales guy told me that Brandon knew about the problem with my car and advised me to just "leave the car running when filling it with gas". Right. There's a reason that signs around the gas station say "Turn off Engine." Duh. And since he clearly didn't divulge the defect of the engine, it leads me to believe that he doesn't exactly check over his cars before he sells them, which is ILLEGAL. My advice? DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KING'S AUTO OUTLET. DON'T. DON'T. DON'T. (Bold, italicized, underlined and the whole schebang.) *6 month later update: My car engine DIED. As in, the very engine broke to pieces and, if it was the rib cage of the person bursting forth with gory violence, you'd understand how incredibly HORRIFYING that experience was. SIX MONTHS. 6 MONTHS and my piece of shit car was DEAD. Thank you, King's Auto Outlet, thank you. If I was a truly aggressive person, I would have left that broken engine on the front porch with a nice red bow. (Unfortunately, that would just be a little too extreme. But one can daydream.)
