I dropped off an older cub cadet ride mower in March, expecting it would be there for no more than 3 weeks. 1month I had to call them. My inquiry was met with I'll call you back I have to go out to the shop. Next day I called again. Parts are Back Ordered. At least a month out only recieve orders once a month. Needless to say after 4 months of song and dance I found a dealer in P A that found 7 of what I needed in a warehouse in Oregon. When I went in to pickup my mower the young man behind the counter was somewhat arrogant. Walking around the building he could not identify which of the only two GT2000 was mine. When I confirmed which one was mine I was shocked to find it's condition. It was brought in for drive wheel hubs and deck service. The column dash was missing and do to no mechanics on site they were having difficulty finding my parts. The person identified as the manager asked if I could leave it and he would get the mechanic on it first thing next day. It took them one and a half days before the called and said it was ready. Not only do I believe they need to change their attitude but they need to educate their counter person. I don't mind paying a diagnostic fee but there was no need to tear the dash off. When I asked the young man what shop supplies they had used, his reply was the air compressor. WOW I guess no we get charged for tools used. I asked what fluids did they come into contact with and he pointed to the sign halve covered that an ecology fee may be added. I have never seen a business/shop run so bad. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. It's worth the drive to Port Angeles for me. I'm sure there are others in the south end that would be a better option. It sure as hell couldn't get any worse. I had to give 1 star to post. They don't even deserve that.

The last time my axle broke , the owner said he would not honor the warranty any longer and that I should not be using the forklift attachment that they sold me ? He said I was using it to much and if I was not using it so much this sort of thing would not happen! So if you are in the market to buy a tractor I would suggest you fork out a few more dollars and buy another brand and go to a reputable dealer !!!! I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.
