    Biscuit and gravy

I heard of this place on various social media platforms, and marked it on my map (my way of saving local places to try). One commenter raved about the pancakes so that stuck with me. Yesterday morning we ran a few errands and my wife mentioned something like"pancakes sure sound good right now". So we headed to Kendall's. That other commenter was not wrong. Pancakes were fantastic!! Over medium eggs cooked perfectly (whites cooked thoroughly and yolks cooked the only way they should be). Gravy was a little thin for my liking, an I have had some that was so thick you had to slice it. Call me "Goldilocks" when it comes to breakfast gravy. Country Sausage patties were great. There is a major chain with a bunch of rocking chairs out front that has changed their sausage to a smoked version so it's nice to see places like Kendall's still using country sausage. Potatoes were really good too. The menu has a variety of pancakes, we tried originals. We went for breakfast but plan on going again to try the awesome looking burgers. I forgot our server's name but I will say this, he never wrote anything down and not one thing was skipped. Fantastic job.

Heyyy I love seeing menu items named after my hometown. It was quiet today as I went for the pancakes but opted for a cheesesteak. Cool decor and family oriented. Lots of outdoor seating in the front, side and I saw a cute covered area in the back. They also have a drive-thru. Their menu consists of beef franks, burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches and they serve breakfast on Friday/Saturday from 730-11a. They also have an ice cream station

BEST pancakes I've had in Greenville!! Very sweet and delicious! Our waiter was so personable and amazing HOWEVER it took us 35 minutes after being seated to have a waiter come by and then it took us 1 1/2 hours to receive our food . It is very slow but the people are kind! Also my husband order a chicken biscuit and it was very dry and overcooked . He drowned it in ketchup LOL. So maybe just stick to the pancakes? Also the sausage grave is milk gravy with a sausage Pattie ripped up on top , not mixed in . You have to find your own seating in a very crowded building and maybe even order your food at the front for faster service. This place is a gem but definitely needs a better system , the anxiety was high .

I'm so disappointed in the hospital and ordered 2 pancakes and this is whT I get clearly BURNT but decided it was ok to still serve this a freaking rip off I wouldn't give this to my dog to eat frfr

Made a stop at Kendall's gril and was pleasantly surprised. Drive in type restaurant with plenty of seats. I had the John Wayne BBQ burger with onion rings and probably the best chocolate shake I have had in a long time. They have a full ice cream bar. The burger was grilled crisp to give a little crunch, which I like it was well seasoned. The onion rings were hand battered, flaky, and delicious. This was a great stop, and I would recommend if you like a traditional drive in eatery.

I've realized my palate leans toward something different--unique menus, bold but balanced flavors, and an atmosphere that feels intentional. Camp delivered on all three. We ordered: * Artisan cheese plate * Crispy lion's mane * Grilled octopus Each dish was thoughtful, clean, and memorable without trying too hard. The experience was made even better by Rui, our server. Flawless service--attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly in tune with the pacing of the meal. Rui made what was already an incredible dinner feel effortless and personal. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

The food was phenomenal though! We ended up getting the 3 for $10 fries, which was quite the steal! The sweet potato fries are to die for, especially with that little sweet orange sauce they give you for dipping. I also got the sliders which were all delicious, any my husband also really enjoyed his burger which I believe was the Beer Essentials burger. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back to try some other things in the menu!

Smelt like a bleach block. I was going to pay by scan on receipt but server insisted she did it on her machine. Minimum tip is 20% so I can see why . She asked twice if we were paying by cash but I didn't see a differential on the receipt . Usually it's lower if paying by cash! It was ok.

We had a reservation so we were seated quickly in a big comfortable group - party of four. The server was a bit quirky. A little "too much" if you know what I mean. The wine list was amazing. So many choices. We shared the Brussels sprouts and a shrimp lettuce wrap. The sprouts were fantastic. The lettuce wrap I do not recommend. The shrimp had no flavor. They should do a spicy Asian sauce on them. I got the chopped salad as a starter. Loved the dried cranberries. Dressing was a little light. Also, very hard to eat with a fork. :-) For the main, I got the filet cooked medium rare. I was eyeing a $100 A2 ribeye but I was someone's guest and did not want to overstep. The filet was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Only $49. Guessing it was 8 ounces. It was served in a Worcestershire jus that was excellent. Also came with mushrooms, asparagus and small potatoes. Loved the dish. Highly recommend!

The crab cakes themselves were quite good, but a little more wet than I'm accustomed to. I quite liked the sweet corn maque choux. - Key Lime Pie: Good.
