Made an appointment for this morning at 9am 1 week ago with Guido. He hadn't arrived at 9:15, so I called him and he said "I tried to text you yesterday" I asked what do you mean 'tried', I don't have a message from you. He mumbled around then tried to change the appointment from this morning to the afternoon which is not workable, I have out-of-town visitors arriving this afternoon and the car badly needed a cleaning. So, Guido called me that afternoon and said he could now do it the next morning at 9:00 am which was not available when I first called him. I accepted that and told him I would text him if I needed to cancel, which I didn't. So in the morning at 9:10 I texted him to ask if he's just late or not coming. He text's back that I told him I would confirm the appt which of course I had already confirmed when he called. He then texts 'Please stop texting me' Then 'You are too old and a liar, stay away from small businesses' Then 'You're hurting small businesses and should not be allowed in public. As a small business owner myself, I'm sensitive to keeping commitments and serving customers, neither of which happened for me at Guido's shop. Fool me once, shame on you. William was able to schedule me for a full interior detail the very next day (on a Sunday) and even called to see if he could come a little early, which worked out better for me. He and his partner showed up on time, went through everything they would do, and finished my Prius in about an hour and 20 minutes. When they were done, it looked like a brand new car! They disinfected and cleaned the seats and carpets and all of the paneling was super clean but not shiny (which I prefer). Just got the full VIP package from will. He was on time, nice guy to deal with. What I got should have been 240 bucks because I wanted to clay bar treatment the car. Will showed me why I didn't need the extra measure saving my 40 bucks. Heck, Will just me and my friends a round of drinks! All I can say is Wow! I was very skeptical about getting my car detailed because I wasn't sure if anyone could get those coffee/smoothie stain on my very beige car floor. The owner was extremely honest and didn't promise me any guarantees of removing those specific stains. But after 2.5hrs, my car looked brand new. I got the VIP Package (Interior and Exterior). I dropped an entire 20oz cup of coffee onto the front seat of my brand new truck on Tuesday. The fabric seat soaked it up and it was all over. In a panic I called these guys who could come out that morning and take a look. They got there a little bit late (but communicated really well the entire time) and were completely upfront with me with the problem with coffee spills. Basically, what do you get when you put a cup of coffee into a 5 gal bucket of warm water? More coffee... Anyways they went at it and I came out less than an hour later to a showroom level clean interior with a small hint of coffee smell. Per their advice I cracked the windows to let it dry out for the rest of the day, and when I got home I sprayed Febreez in the cab a few times. Now no more coffee smell! I just really can't believe how a company can be so unprofessional. I bought a used car for my mother and she decided to take it for a full detailing service before using it. This way it would be really clean and smelling fresh since day one . She decided to take it to this particular car detailer after searching on yelp. The reviews were good so we decided to give them a go . We were looking specifically for a mobile detailer because my mother is already old and she cannot wait for hours in a waiting room for the car to get detailed. Smart Choice seemed like it was the ultimate go-to place for good detailing in the area. Their prices also seemed really reasonable compared to other car detailing services around. She booked her appointment and she told me William was really nice at first and seemed really professional. She carefully explained what the car needed and specifically the areas she wanted done more precisely and they assured her that they'd deliver exactly that... The day of the detail this so trusted company made my mother wait at home for them more than an hour, apparently the detail before her's got them delayed... When she got the car back, the exterior did look cleaner to say something, nothing special about what they advertised with waxing, which didn't even seem visibly done...The interior wasn't as clean as I thought it would be because it still had some bad odor from chemicals used and also the carpets were not dry at all, and a few days later they smelled a little funky. So I'm just letting everyone know to be careful with this company, at least in my case the job was not well done. As a last comment: a day later the neighbour who's yard borders her driveway told her that some soapy water had washed into his yard and messed up some of his grass. read more

I abuse my daily driver (old luxury GT) quite a lot, have taken it on many camping trips, even off-roading as needed and it hadn't been cleaned properly for a year (includes 4600 mile cross country road trip). I knew that we were off to a good start when Will showed up exactly on time. He also finished exactly when he said he would. Results are amazing. I have no clue how he got the carpets that clean and the leather looks amazing. No oily and greasy residue that many other detailers often leave.
