I had my car detailed last Friday, and it looks great. I called that morning and was able to schedule a cleaning the same day. They came. They vacuumed. They wiped things down. They missed two spots. One was under the folding armrest console. The other was the glove compartment. They have a policy to not do the glove because of privacy issues but I cleared it out for them specifically and spoke with the team and they agreed to go a quick vacuum job. That request must have fell through the cracks. Other than that the car looked nice. Trustworthy team. Left them with my car for about 2.5 hours. Please note that they do not fix paint issues or interior ceiling stains. Also you cannot redeem the yelp deal directly on their website when you make your purchase. Wow. I thought our 8 year old workhorse family SUV was toast on the inside. After several long road trips this summer, we had sand everywhere, dried up yogurt splattered on the seats, crusted on raisins - it was a total mess. Just had Smart Choice detail our car in East Capitol Hill. I called on Friday and they had availability the next day. The service was awesome and the car looks great. Our car is about 10 years old and they worked a miracle. Our leather seats were in particularly bad shape and need to be reconditioned. One of the seats was beyond repair and developed a small split at a warn section during the cleaning. Smart Choice felt so bad that they wanted to cover the repair costs. However, the issue predated their cleaning and the seat was about to split at any moment anyways. I think it says a lot about Smart Choice that they wanted to cover the costs -- which we politely declined. I would absolutely use them again. Edit: After reading a few of the other reviews, I thought it was worth noting that Smart Choice detailed our car while parked on the street -- which is particularly relevant for people living in DC. read more

I feel so lucky to have found Will! I called Will on Friday and asked if he could accommodate me on a super short notice schedule- turning the car around by Saturday. Moreover, I explained to Will that my car was located in a body shop in Sterling VA, and he would have to retrieve the car from the shop owner (a family friend) and take it to a different location to be detailed. Will was more than happy to accommodate my request! The car was in pretty rough shape and required a decent amount of work. I got the car back a little over 2 hours after it was picked up, and it was in PRISTINE shape!! I seriously can't believe what an amazing job Will did! All of the seat stains were taken out, it's mega clean on the inside and smells great! The price was also extremely reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I got a full interior detailing, which took about 2-3 hours since he didn't have his team with him that day (still no problem- it was Sunday, he comes to you, and my car was long overdue for the cleaning).
