I asked if there was any chance it would be delivered later that day. She asked if I wanted to go to Libertyville to pick it up. WTH? No, I just want to know if there's a chance it will be delivered later on the day she told me it would be there. The place is not near my home but it is near a relative's and I would be there the next few hours. She said no. Once I got home, I received a text saying "Good news! Your garment is ready for pickup!" Are you kidding me??? I made the trip back there today. Different guy. Guess what? They didn't clean it because of the "leather" decoration on it. It's actually pleather. I told him it had been dry cleaned several times already and he offered to put it through again. Do I look THAT stupid? I told him I would have to find a better place, got my money back, took my uncleaned coat and went home. Steer clear.

Missing buttons are sewn back on. Items left in pockets (including a $20 bill) are always returned. Super tight deadlines are accommodated. They recently underwent an ownership change, and the good quality has been retained. In order to attract more customers, the owner has lowered dry cleaning prices to $2.75 per garment. For this price, you still get the same, quality service as before. In all, a real deal!

The owner looked everywhere, and then told me it was my fault bc I didn't have my ticket. I gave them my phone number, and they said I wasn't even in the system! They TOLD ME to come back with ticket. So, I did. They still didn't have my jeans and gave no apologies,. The owner looked for 20 mins without success, and told me he had to talk to his wife. I called and called and they would not answer my calls (they have caller id). Finally, a few days later (I live 20 mins away) I went back and they told me (with no apology) that they were lost! I told them my jeans cost $180 and they said, "NO WAY, THAT'S TOO MUCH". They then told me they would not give me any money, but asked me to come back in a week bc they didn't have any money. I went back in exactly one week and was told that they STILL did not have money and to come back on New Years Eve. When I did return, they claimed they forgot their checks. ONLY WHEN I SAID I WAS CALLING THE POLICE DID THEIR CHECK BOOK MAGICALLY APPEAR. While waiting for them to write my check, a young man came in and they stopped writing my check to help him! I screamed at them saying I had been dealing with this for a month, and only then did they write me a check for ONLY $100!!! Half of what my jeans cost. I will NEVER go here again, and I highly reccomend you avoid them as well. They also lost a belt that went with a sweater my Mom had cleaned, and gave no apologies. BOTTOM LINE: WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER!!!! AND THEY DON"T SPEAK ENGLISH!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH.

Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.

Description of services recently provided by new owners/management listed below: 1) ALL returned women's blouses and sweaters returned with large visible staple holes in the left front cuff. 2) Large visible wrinkles pressed into ALL returned shirts and blouses, including collars and cuffs. (Due to presence of whatever was stapled to left cuff (reference #1), ALL left cuffs partially and poorly pressed. One garment returned with a 3/4" accordion-pleat pressed into garment's left cuff.) 3) ALL pants with front-creases pants were returned pressed flat. (Garments returned with creases now pressed next to outside leg seams.) 4) Liquid used to press out front creases (reference #3) permanently stained wool slacks. 5) Stretched-out collars on ALL turtle-neck sweaters. (Turtle-necks are now cowl necks.) 6) Heavy coat-length sweater returned badly stretched out. (Coat sweater was returned hung and safety-pinned. at the shoulders, to an unpadded wire hanger.) 7) Suit/shirt length plastic bags used for all garments regardless of garment length. Several items returned only partially covered. 8) Laundered garments returned faded and "limp". Dry-cleaned sweaters returned pilled.
