I found out they were taking a long needed vacation and they let customers know they highly recommend that I take my PC service to Josh's shop 'What Ya Break', in Marina, CA right at the mouth of reservation road. Why?…read more Because after a lot of time passed, I opted to call these folks, giving benefit of the doubt regearding what can often be nobody's fault when it comes to email. I must say, the knowledge and honesty I experienced were top shelf! After I explained my concerns with my flat screen, rather than try to set me up with a "well we'll look at it and see that's going on" usually for a fee of course, I was advised my best most logical and affordable action would be to go shop for a new one. So, 5 stars all around. Integrity is fast becoming a lost art. Happy to know it's alive and well here at Alltronics. Issue was a tablet that would take too long to charge. Took it here and when picked up it only…read moreworked for about two weeks. Do yourself a favor and don't take anything for repair here. Charges for service depends on who you talk to. Time frame for repair is way longer than quoted, warranty for repair is only 30 days, be sure to ask for repaired parts if possible as the "repair guy" may say he replaced the part knowing well he has not done so. Once the issue gets worse they will try to blame it on something completely different. Luckily found another place that actually fixed my tablet. Wish I could give negative stars.
