After he left, I noticed that my face could not be recognized on my phone to get into most of my apps. My phone was a lot heavier with a really dark screen that I couldn't brighten. There were so many things wrong with my phone after he left. It was rolling and scrolling and shutting on and off. It kept overheating and I was barely able to charge it without it seeming like it was going to light on fire. There was also a notification that it was the wrong screen for my phone and so it would not restore to full performance unless the correct screen was put on the phone. Victor was able to set up an appointment quickly, give me a firm repair price based on my description of the problem and arrived on time for the appointment. He explained the process to me and replaced my screen in about an hour. The screen was severely shattered all over. Unfortunately, after using my iPad for a couple of days, the keyboard was not functioning properly. I contacted Victor and he was able to see me right away.
