Mixed review, initially we were very pleased quick response, manageable price, he did a little extra without charge. Few weeks later my husband phone battery ran out of charge and after charging the phone would not turn back on. My husband suspect when the glass repair was done the connector button probably was misaligned. He reached out via calls and text from my phone to Victor but sadly no reply after 4 days we had to take the phone somewhere else and paid to have it fixed. As suspected the on button was misaligned. All we were asking was for him to correct the misalignment but unfortunately the customer service was just not there. We do not believe this was done intentionally but just wish Victor had taking his customer service to the outstanding level and fix the issue.
