We chose LGE because they offered the most comprehensive solution. They were willing to handle not just the demo and plumbing, but the cleanup and repaving too. The team went above and beyond by proactively power washing our adjacent front patio before they left. The work isn't the cheapest you'll find, but it's quality, and it's held up. Other plumbers and tradespeople who've come through since have commented on how correct and well-installed our fixtures and valves are. Tangentially, their office staff sent me a handwritten holiday card; while unrelated to the plumbing work, I think it speaks to the kind of company they are: caring, thorough and customer-service oriented. The owner was present while the workers placed several long pipes and materials on my front yard without asking for permission. I came outside a second time, and the pipes were still there. When I addressed the issue, the owner apologized but said he "didn't think the pipes would make the dirt dirty." That completely missed the point. It is private property, and they did not have permission to use it. If the owner believes this is acceptable, it makes me question the company's professionalism and the level of care and respect they bring to their work.
