This is my second time here fixing my iPhone 6 cracked screen and this place is by far the best place to go. I've been to numerous places (yes, I am that clumsy...) and I have been either turned away because they wanted to close early for whatever reason (this really happened!) or that it was just way too expensive. I went into staples next door and they run fixing iPhone6 screens for $109!! Danny, I'm guessing the owner of the smart repair, can fix it in no time for only $75! And the shop savy saver person that I am knew that was such a deal. I've shopped around every similar business in the area and can confirm this is your best bet! Danny was seriously hassle-free and his overall demeanor was all about getting my phone fixed in a timely manner. I totally appreciate his business and will come here first for all my repairs from now on! When I picked up my phone he also included a glass screen protector FOR FREE! Been to this place a few times now (I have four kids and a husband and lots of opportunities for broken phones!). By far this is the cheapest place around. This time I used a Groupon which made it even cheaper. One time an issue appeared on my phone a few days after bringing it home, and when I brought it back they fixed it (for free) without question. So glad I found this place. Took my iPhone 6 Plus in to get my cracked screen replaced as well as a new battery. They were done in 40 minutes and much cheaper than any place I've found in the area, including Staples! They also gave me a free shatterproof screen protector. I Destroyed my galaxy S7 edge...front screen, rear screen and camera lens all cracked. Quoted me $350, which was $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Told new they needed to order parts, and would call me when they came in. Next day they called me and said theyd give me a new S7 Edge phone for the same price cause it would be cheaper for them. Took my boyfriends phone in to get repaired and they said it would only take 2-3 hours to fix. I went back 4 hours later and the phone wasn't ready. It came close to closing time, so I called. The phone went straight to voicemail. The next day I went in to pick up the phone and they told me they couldn't fix it. I did not get a call or anything, instead they wasted my time. My dad took my phone in next. Turned out that my dad knew one of the guys, so we got the repair for free and it was very fast. A few days later, my phone started acting up. It wouldn't allow me to type and it wouldn't respond to the home button.It only responds after i turn it off. My phone takes pictures of me in my sleep and posts it on social media. This place is a life saver!! My iPhone 4S (yes 4s) had suddenly shut off while in use over the weekend so thinking it was the battery my task the next day was to hunt for someone that would actually stock Ian iPhone 4s battery without having to order it and me be without a phone for a week, Walked into Smart Repair and was greeted right away and explained my situation in which he said he had a battery in stock and could replace it for me; about 5min and would run $20. This small space lacks organization. iPads, phones, all kind of electronic devices laying around with papers everywhere. The receipt they make for you gets placed underneath your device (you don't get a copy unless you choose to take photo of your receipt). I worried the minute I saw that thinking that system could easily fail as all devices are all over the place with your receipt right below it). They told me to come back in one week it would be ready, so I did, they couldn't find my paperwork (of course, I told him; how could you with the mess you got going) finally they found my device but never the "paperwork". Not ready come back in one week, this time I called before I headed over there; again the guy said can't find your paperwork what is your device; finally after 10 min looking told me it was ready. Picked up the device (took it for a broken screen) picked up a "fixed device" with scratch screen....WHAT!; i told what is this, I thought I was getting a new screen. He was charging me $60. I looked online they varied in price from $12-35 for a brand new one. I gave him $30; I was being too nice and not feeling it was worth $30 either; however Karma will make him pay the price. this place is really hard to find and the guy can barely speak english. sign says $69 dollars but they charge me $120 i previously went to another local shop on winchester and only paid $100 but this shop was closer to my work but the service and finish product was not that good be careful come at your own risk. read more

I used their services in 2017 and it was great. I had to use them again in 2018 for 2 phones with a total different outcome. I went to pick up my so-called repaired phones one of them they gave me back with the back of the phone shattered. The guy was nice Corey looks at me and says didn't you bring it in broke, yeah I did with the screen broke but not the back of it shattered like this they're ordering me a new back. Conveniently the phone was discharged completely so I couldn't power it on to see how the new screen looked or to see if it even works. It appears to have been dropped or definitely mishandled buy them so I'm curious to see if the phone even works now that they've had it. I will see how that goes... I felt like they were not up front and honest. The second phone also was brought in for a broke screen they so-called repaired it but it has a big bubble in the screen they say they will fix that one also so once I get my phone's back I'll update this post. Sadly I thought this might be a reliable place to get my phone screen replaced. Unfortunately I found out this is not the case. When he handed me my phone back the first time I noticed a mark in the middle of the screen and so he had me wait another 30 minutes so he "can fix it". The second time he handed me my phone back, I noticed a little white line on the bottom of the screen and by the time I went to say something he already walked away and dis regarded me being there. So I walked away. My mistake. Half my screen is going black and now and after explaining to him that he messed up the first time why he thinks he didn't mess up the second time he starts to get aggressive with his words. Just make sure you inspect your phone before stepping out the door because as soon as you do he says you did it and you have to pay again. Terrible customer service. Also he cut me off in the middle of our conversation to help someone else and then looked at me and walked away right after. I DO NOT RECOMMEND read more
