Rudest customer experience I have probably ever had. I brought in my samsung s6 which was having issues with charging. It was taking 5 to 6 hours to charge instead of an hour or two. I explained my problem to the older asian man helping me, and he suggested replacing the battery. After replacing the battery, I asked him to plug in my phone to see if it was now charging faster. It wasn't. When I told him the same issue was happening he got defensive and tried to argue that I have an old phone, and old phones charge slower (even though my phone was charging quickly up until a little bit ago.) I asked him to just put back in my old battery, but he told me, and I quote "it was a waste of his time" and to just take it as is, even though I wanted my old battery back in. Now, with this "new" battery my phone is still charging slow AND is draining much faster than it was before. I am super unsatisfied with the service here, absolutely terrible. read more

My iPhone 6+ was starting to glitch on the top of the screen and did some research online and it was said that it is very common for iPhone 6 & 6+ to have this problem it's called the "touch disease" normally it occurs when the phone absorbs too much shock and some internal damage happens. Besides the point I had first called A to Z and was told that someone called for the same problem but was told that the Apple store actually recalled iPhones with that problem so I went ahead and called the Apple support and was told that I had to restart my phone first, or delete all me data and backup my phone entirely or waste about $350 to fix one small hardware damage, after that called this place and they went ahead and told me that if I stopped by there's be able to look at it, I came in about 40-50 mins till closing and was told that I might have to come the next day and leave the phone for about a few hours and of course I was really desperate and I live about s few miles north and asked if I could give extra to do it the same day and the tech/owner was nice enough to go ahead and start working on and helping me with my Problem! Great experience I've had so far whatever problem I pointed out he was able to refix it again until I was satisfied! Also helped me pick out a better case for my device! Also he was kinda enough to not overcharge me for the service! Definitely will come back if anything other problems show up! My phone also stopped having the glitch problem btw. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Danny, the manager has no clue how to treat customers. I heard him tell a customer on the phone he was in a meeting, when he was sitting at his desk. My phone was working when I dropped it off, and had hardware damage when I picked it up! Danny heard another customer yelling at me, and didn't intervene. This store is filthy dirty, I wouldn't sit on the chair if you paid me! It doesn't deserve 1 star...take your electronic to a competent store, not this place. read more

I had my phone repair 5 months ago, paid $190 for both LED and touch screen replacement. 5 months later, the touch screen fell off, and cracked in the middle. I took to the store, the owner tell me that they are not responsible for the defect screen, because there is crack in the middle. I told them it's because the screen is loose, that's why cause the crack. If the phone fall will not just cause the one crack but the whole screen will be shattered. The screen is not just loose, it's off the phone, and there is no way I can drop the phone cause the screen off but only cause one crack. The owner would not admit its the poor labor, and tell me there is only 30 DDT's a warranty for their work. Am I suppose only expec The repair for only 30 days? Just ridiculous! This place is the best! They are very good at what they do. Very professional and honest people. I had the same iPhone 5 for the past 4 years and every now and then, when I need to have it repaired, this is the place I trust the most, I never get the feeling I'm being lied to or scammed in some way. Just honest people and when they're finished I end up paying hardly anything or sometimes nothing at all like today. I think they do charge a little bit more for things when working on newer phones but for older models like mine, it's dirt cheap. Highly recommend this place! read more

I had a screen replaced. they said 90 mins... took all day (until closing time). Finally at the end of the day I got my phone back with blisters (air bubbles) on the screen. The screen cracked within hours on top of one of the blisters. when I went back they refused to fix it (wanted me to buy another screen). Bad customer service and sloppy work. read more

Took longer than promised and when we got our iPhone 7 back, the home button wasn't working. Asked me to take it home and reload and see if that fixed it. We did, it didn't. Trying to call them back this morning and no answer. Several people that came in that day also didn't get their phone back that day. Heading back this morning... I'll update it later......to be continued. Forgot to update it... Had to take it to the Apple store to fix what they screwed up. Just returned the phone but with a broken home button. Completely useless business and you get what you pay for I guess. Advice.... Clean the place up. My niece cracked her Galaxy S8 so we looked around and basically were looking at 260.00 to get it fixed....I called several places in the surrounding areas and the cheapest I could find was 200.00....I seen Smart Repair in Temecula and they gave me a a great price 160.00 and it would be a 3 hour process so I drove out there which was a 30 min. Drive and got there about 30 minutes before they were going to close the owner was very nice and told me if I was willing to wait he could have it done in an hour because he didn't want me to have to drive all the way back....an hour later the phone looked brand new he stayed open just to fix my phone. ..I am so grateful and cant BELIEVE the service I received going above and beyond for a customer...I will definitely be going back to them if I need anything fixed....I'm a 100% Satisfied Customer read more

I dropped my iWatch and cracked the screen so I decided to check this place out due to it having such great reviews. When I walked in the door I was almost ran over (I assumed it was another customer, but turns out he worked there). When I was finally acknowledged, the guy in the back was rude and took his time to finish the item he was working on in the back before coming up front to look and see if he had the part needed to fix my watch. Not one apology for taking his time or a genuine smile to make me feel more at home or relaxed about the situation. I dropped it off Saturday and was told it would be ready on Monday. When I finally called Monday they said it wasn't ready and maybe Tuesday. I was also told I would receive a phone call and neither days did I receive a call, so I decided to call them. When my son picked it up from me, he also told me that they were rude to him as well. The quality of the was mediocre at best! read more

This place ripped me off. Costed $130 for the to "replace" my phone screen. Really they just took an old one off of another phone and put it on mine. Within a few weeks the left side of my phone wouldn't work when I wanted to type or scroll. Then the bottom of the screen got all black and started glitching out. Update - Less than 24 hours after repair and my phone is having the same problems as before. I'll be taking it back today, hopefully they honor the warranty. Rude with poor service. I went into the shop to have the battery changed in my Amazon fire tablet. After a week I called the shop to check on the status. I was told that they would call when it was in. Another week and a half went by no call. So I went back into the shop only to be told the couldn't find a battery for it. No one called to tell me this! They waited until I came back into the shop to say this to me. Remember they told me when I called that they would call when it came in. It turns out they never even order it the first time I called. By the way, I had no problem finding a battery online. I order it and will take it to another shop to have it installed. Electronic repair shops are a dime a dozen don't waste your time with this one! read more

Everything started out great, everyone seemed really honest and that's not an issue. Here's what happened after my first review: I left my phone for a same day screen repair. Phone was not completed at the end of the day, so I returned the next day, only to find that he needed to order a part - okay, no big deal. It would require another day... Then another, and throughout this process I did not receive even one phone call the entire time (5 days total). Finally on day 5 - I picked up my phone with a new screen. As I put it in to my pocket, I felt the jagged-edge of the phone and realized that they damage the back of my phone!!! I mean really, truly, damaged it. I asked the owner and he said that I should have known that the repairs would cause a little damage... He followed that comment up by telling me that I should put a case on it. Overall I am not happy with the service, or the quality of workmanship. I should have taken it some where else. read more

Update: After seeing my review the owner called apologizing and offered to still do the service. My son and boyfriend bring in the phone the owner refuses to provide the service until the review was removed, I was in a class couldn't remove it then, finally agreed to do it. The owner originally said he would discount the service due to the bad service to begin with, wouldn't give discount due to review, long story short the owner was extremely difficult, only cares about his Yelp reviews and holds the phone hostage over the review instead of apologizing for the bad service, being better organized then let the good service he was making up for take care of the review. Sadly all he cares about is his review, a lesson to be careful of all good reviews. read more
