I brought it back, and while they corrected it at no charge, that already raised concerns about the quality of the initial installation. About five weeks later, while simply holding my phone with no drops, no impact, and no water exposure, vertical lines suddenly appeared on the screen. At first they were intermittent, but by the next day multiple lines appeared and became permanent. When I brought the phone back, the technician began pressing down on the screen, which immediately made the issue significantly worse. The display became covered in lines right in front of me, and I have photo evidence of this. Despite this, I was told I would have to pay for another repair. They claimed it was due to physical or water damage, which is completely inaccurate. The phone was not dropped or exposed to water at any point. These issues began under normal use and escalated while the device was in their hands. The owner was also extremely rude and dismissive. He insisted that this type of issue can only happen from physical damage, which is simply not true. The screen showed clear vertical line failure and became significantly worse when their technician applied pressure to it in-store. Instead of acknowledging a likely defective part or installation issue, they made blanket claims that do not align with how these displays actually fail. A screen should not fail like this after just five weeks, especially following an already flawed repair. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to honor their warranty and blamed the situation on "damage" that never occurred, even after making the problem worse themselves. If this issue is not resolved appropriately, I am prepared to escalate this further through a formal dispute, including a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. I would strongly caution others against using this business. A one year warranty means nothing if it is dismissed the moment you try to use it.

When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. Cracked Screens is a place I'd feel confident recommending to others and if I ever need another repair in the future then I'll definitely be coming here.

The color contrast isn't the way it was before, and while they said that might happen, I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a difference. So if you're looking to get your screen fixed for around $200 instead of $375ish this is your place but just know it won't be exactly the same.

The original sales rep told me I had store credit I had to use in store or it would go away. A couple hundred dollars worth. this place is expensive. only one employee is nice that has good customer service skills the rest are terrible. I took my phone S7e for a cracked glass, they told me to come back the next day when the owner would be there so it would take less time, they said it would be ready in 4 hours which I did but the next day it took longer than what they had told me. I got there to pick up my phone after 5 hours and they still made me wait about 30 more minutes. they said they would wave the tax but at the end they tried to charge me the tax, when I told them they had to wave the tax the guy that helped me started being rude to me, I even think he may be racist. after I paid he just handed me my phone without saying anything at all, no thank you or anything. the owner was there also but the guy was even more rude than the employees, never greeted me or anybody, after me, he just kept looking at me every once in a while like he was suspicious of something... weird. to top it all off my phone has a small scratch on the home button that was not there when I took it in. I regret having taking my phone there, I should have paid 20 dlls. more for a much better experience with my carrier. BEWARE! the employees seemed stressed and not very helpful, maybe because the owner was there. Except for Brian, he has great customer service skills and very friendly, he even apologized for making me wait. THE PLACE IS DIRTY AND VERY UNORGANIZED. Cracked the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus, and after some minor water exposure the home button ceased functioning and the phone began to spontaneously reboot. Soon enough it entered a boot loop and wouldnt come off the Apple logo for hours, booting over and over. Took my phone in here, and wasn't even done explaining my issue before Danny had taken it back to his workbench and started the process of opening it up for full diagnosis. Within 10 minutes he'd figured out the problem, and let me know that it would cost (ONLY) $110 for the screen replacement and all needed electronics, and to return in ONE HOUR! Sure enough I was back in an hour, my phone was just like brand new, and I was out. Great establishment, great work, great experience, great price, great convenience. read more

The guys are smart repair off Temecula Pwky are beyond incredible! They were kind, reasonably priced, and repaired my phone within an hour. The glass was completely shattered but now looks brand new and even gave me a tempered glass screen protector! They always have some great phone cases for cheap as well. Simple and straight to the point. No hassles, no games. Went in there, told the guys what I needed and that was to replace my cracked screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. Signed paperwork, was told to come back about around 3PM (left at 1:30PM) Phone was handed back to me with a brand new screen with no issues with touch, reflection, color tint & hue. Will come back if I ever break another screen again! Highly recommended, easy and fast service, great price! read more

Corey fixed my phone's screen very fast, however the home button was broken but they are going to pay for me to fix it through the Apple store, that just shows the great service they provide here. I dropped my iPad Air2 in the bathtub. It was completely submerged. I thought it was a goner. I kept at home for over a month before bringing it to this place. They were able to get it working again for less than half of the price apple would have charged me. I'm writing this review on the iPad right now as a matter of fact. This place rocks!! read more

Very quick and had the part in stock. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Dropped my galaxy s6 active on a rock(after 2 years owning it and dropping it often) and it finally shattered. About 24 hrs after dropping it off it was back and as good as new. Also can't beat the price. Sure beats buying a new phone! Glad I came here. read more

I never used to repair a cracked screen, as I thought it would be expensive. These guys changed that. Great prices to replace both my iPhone and Samsung screens. Both times I used the shop, the repairs were done in less than an hour. Great prices on glass screen protectors as well. read more

I also read the great reviews and decided to give them a try. They did a good job, my screen looked brand new. Some things weren't able to be recovered which is understandable based on what happened to my phone, not having a heavy duty case. However, I will be upgrading to a new phone soon so it doesn't bother me.
