My screen cracked 7 days after it being repaired. I don't even know how! I put it in the front pocket of my purse to carry something into my house and when I pulled it out, it was cracked. Whatever aftermarket screen they use, seems like crap. They have a 30 day warranty, but it does not cover cracked screens or water damage. Sooo I'm pretty much SOL and wasted $100. I overheard them offer someone a free screen protector for a 5-Star Yelp review. Jokes on me because I probably should have done that like everyone else. I would just avoid this place. I brought in 2 tablets with broken screens. When I returned to pick them up, both tablets had been damaged around the screen border, and the frame pieces around the screen were also gone or broken. It's clear to me that it was harder than they thought to get the screens off, I imagine the glue was really on there. The tablet edges near the screen were damaged from trying to pry the screens off, it was pretty obvious. One tablets screen was VERY loose, almost wobbly. Rather than accept responsibility, he agreed to purchase one frame and put it on. When I came back to pick that one up, it was still very wobbly and fragile. When I talked to the owner about it, he said that I brought them in here like that and was very rude and loud, blaming everything on me. He made me pay when I dropped them off (HUGE mistake on my part), so my only recourse was to do a charge back, which was denied. There are much better shops for the same price, I would definitely go somewhere else. If you do choose to go here, TAKE PICTURES of your items before you drop them off, and NEVER pay ahead. read more

Came here off the reviews a huge mistake they use old parts to replace your parts. I paid them to replace an LCD on my Samsung shortly after the whole screen stopped working it was just over their 30 day policy I wonder why it's only 30 day warranty never had I dropped it or did any damage was extra careful especially after just replacing it! it's truly ridiculous wasted 200 and something dollars for nothing Go somewhere else seriously and save yourself the hassle! read more

I walked into the store with two Samsung Smart phones. Danny took one of them and within seconds he had it back to working. He determined that it just needed a new battery and suggested where I could order one (under $5). No charge for this phone. The second phone had a cracked screen which I hadn't noticed.
