It's hard to be excited about roof, but I am! I had very old roof which started leaking recently, so I got quotes from 4 randomly chosen roofing companies. Smart roofing quote was lowest. But convincing factor was Evi himself, who unlike other reps didn't try to convince me to buy upgrades which I know I don't need, he was the only one who gave me written estimate. Plus Smart roofing was the only company who agreed to replace all damage roof woods without additional cost. All other companies agreed to replace only 10%. Evi stayed in touch with me during entire project. Project took only 3 days, no hiccups during inspections, they covered my roof with plastic after removed old shingles and it was really raining that night. They replaced my old vents to new low profile ones, and placed them on the other side of the roof looking towards back of the house, so it's almost invisible for me ( less eyesores on my roof). I had couple of requests one of which I was fully expecting to be charge for, but Evi told me that cost of the addition is neglectable and he is not going to charge me. Smart roofing completely replaced my entire roof very fast. They came Thursday, tore the old roof off and installed the plywood. Friday the inspector came for approval and Saturday they put down the shingles and everything else to complete the roof. We just waited for the inspector to come Monday and everything was finished. Raffi was great to work with and very comprehensive when it came to a couple of issues I brought up. This was very easy. If you need a new roof I suggest calling raffi. With the recent rains, my damaged roof started leaking an alarming amount throughout the night. I called Smart Roofing in the morning and they were able to come check out my roof that very same day. They were extremely professional and went the extra mile to make sure I understood how they would be repairing my roof. They even showed me a video of the process and allowed me to see the materials beforehand. Once their free inspection was done, we finalized the price. I didn't even know they provided a senior discount but they included the discount without a second thought. Other places would have hidden such a discount but they were very honest. They were able to start the repair the very next day, first thing in the morning. They were so fast and efficient that I could hardly believe it. They were done in about 2 or 3 hours. They found an issue with my roof where behind the shingles there was nothing protecting the attic from the outside of the house. Instead of charging me more for this unexpected issue, they were nice enough to take care of it for free! They came back later in the day to make sure I had no other issues or questions and did another inspection of the roof. I was thoroughly surprised at how caring and professional they are. They even provided a 1 year warranty on top of such an amazing job. We got a free estimate from him and he gave us a good price for the roofing. This team helped fix a leak in my parents roof under a hard timeline. Isaac was the specialist that completed a very professional free consultation and walked us through all the details he recommended we needed. A few years ago, I called 3 companies to provide quotes to replace my roof - One of them tried obnoxious major upsells, but wouldn't even give me a written quote. I then got interested in a Tesla Roof, but after Tesla raised their price $27.5k at the last minute, I canceled that and started the quoting process again. My gut led me to call Smart Roofing first, and my gut was right. Levi arrived exactly on time, explained the process thoroughly, answered questions, made good suggestions, showed me how the materials they'd use were better than what's typical, and gave me a written quote that coincidentally matched the lowest of the 3 quotes I got a few years ago. My mate came out and joined the conversation, and she instantly felt like Levi was the right guy (as did I), so we signed the deal. I gave him a $1k deposit to get the ball rolling, and Levi then proceed to coordinate all the permits and inspections. He texted me when he would be there to meet the inspectors, and he was there on time to meet them. He had his installation team here exactly one week after his initial visit. They also showed up right on time, worked very efficiently, and stayed an extra hour or so to finish the job in 1 day. They cleaned everything up and left. Walking around the yard afterwards (and from the street), we were really impressed with how much better the house looked with a shiny new roof! They also installed 4 new vents on the main roof, and 2 in the garage, and even though the temperature has been in the 90's since the install, my AC has been on a lot less than before. I just had my roof replaced and it looks great. Working with Evi has been a pleasure; he is very professional and conscientious of his work. My roof sustained wind damage so I made a claim to my insurance company, and found them very difficult to deal with. Evi has been working with me to put together all the necessary documents so I can be fully reimbursed for my claim. Smart Roofing was the only roofing company willing to do that.
