    False advertisement of activation and not needing to wait for a technician as well as not needing an installation fee.

    Had paperwork issue with a credit card expiring/cancelled. Email on record was wrong. No notice and the service was disconnected. That I can understand but while most appliances and systems nowadays are connected through WiFi services, they don't have a way to send a dispatch to turn on the service for over a week. Yes. If there is an error, and your service is turned off, you won't have internet for a week. In the initial sign up pamphlet and online marketing it says there is no need to wait for a technician and the service can be activated at anytime. Which is clearly a lie. They don't even have an emergency service on the weekends. Don't sign up for this medieval service. The risk is too high when most people depend on quick support and low risk network for their work and life.

Complete Dishonesty and Denial?? Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

    BAI Connect took my condo building's business, then refused to upgrade us…read more My condo building got fiber internet installed with BAI Connect instead of one of the big companies like Frontier or AT&T when it was built. However, BAI only put in wires for 300/300 up and down even though it is fiber. When I moved in, I connected with BAI over email in hopes they would come resolve this. I offered them a commitment from our HOA/residents for a certain amount of signups and would have happily advertised their services to the residents over other options like spectrum. And to their credit, they were responsive at first. They even sent a tech to our building to assess. However, after this tech came, I never heard from them again. Months passed and no response, even after I followed up multiple times. My building is now taken hostage by BAI because other fiber companies won't route fiber to our building since they are here, but they won't give us gig speeds. This harms our building's value and our resident's internet experience and options. Spectrum charges us more money because they don't have any competition. I would be happy to and will change this review if someone from BAI explains to me why they can't bring us to the modern age of fiber internet. Until then I feel sad that our building is being taken advantage of.

I am blown away by the customer service we CONSTANTLY receive from Fiber Internet Center. We recently had a project which required us to establish a private connection to another large movie studio for some huge data transfers (think 5TB files). This was extremely time sensitive and could have cost us a lot of money if it wasn't done quickly. I reached out to Fiber Internet Center and it was done within a DAY. Normally these connections take 2-3 weeks for set up, but I told them about the urgency of the project, and the next morning I got an email from Bob saying that it was already done. They go above and beyond, even reaching out to the studio to make sure everything is working on their end as well. I expected to have to do this myself, since most companies wash their hands of the project once their end is done. I really can't thank them enough. Their customer service on top of the fact that they provide us with more than a gigabit of throughput puts these guys way ahead of the game. Our connection has been consistently reliable, and the VERY few times it isn't, I know exactly what's going on, and am never left in the dark. I can't say enough praise about this company and their team members, and I am sincerely grateful to them.

We recently updated all of our phones and added Phone Answering Service App. It was the best decision we could have made. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!"). Through the app we are able to call patients from our mobile phones without showing our phone number, the number that shows on caller ID is our business name and phone. This comes in handy when we work remotely. I highly recommend FTS, Franklin and staff. Great customer service and prompt attention. The call handling is efficient, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.
