The day I went for an appointment half the metered parking in front of their establishment was "No Parking" mandated by the city. Instead of working with a client of many years, they insisted "15 minutes" or the appointment is cancelled and you are charged. This is so inhuman. They are based out of another state and are unwilling to accommodate clients when there are exigent circumstances, like the city taking parking away, making it even more difficult to park. I'm done struggling to find parking and being met with a lack of compassion or flexibility. It's not worth it. If you're okay with inflexible rules, lack of compassion and a refusal to respect you as an years-long client, this is your place.

I also chose Ernest because he said he was curly girl certified. All my hair was 1 length to shoulders. Goal:brown hair with curly girl cut to my shoulders. outcome: orange hair cut into a literal mullet. There are holes throughout the cut that leave portions of my hair very close to scalp. In complete shock I handed him my credit card and was charged $475 (some of that was shampoo) I sent Ernest a text explaining my frustration. He answered by stating that communication styles are difficult when you start with a new client...I was not offered a refund, or even a response that he could fix it for me. Based on this horrendous experience I would not use Ernest again. In response to your response Ernest, I'm very sad that you would lie about me not being your client. When I was making my way, I called to see if they could see me 30 minutes earlier bc my previous appointment ended earlier than I expected. They said that they could not and I really appreciate their being honest about what they could and could not do. I therefore ran an errand before arriving and arrived at my original appointment time. I was greeted and seated right away for my pedicure first, then manicure. It was fabulous, friendly and I was very happy with my pedicure and manicure and the experience as whole.
