Why was I not called the moment this place opened? The burgers are hefty and more than reasonably priced. The selection of toppings are formidable. The staff was friendly. The service was quick. The fried pickles delectable. If you're a fan of onions, the New Jersey Burger is one of the most amazing things I have ever had. Fried onions, haystack onions, and an onion bun. Ask for some BBQ sauce on that puppy and your day is made. All in all, the happiness and satisfaction factor from this place is through the roof. Another one of our go to burger place. I go here frequently especially when they have promos in the app. Although not much recently. Burgers are very good although the is patty always bigger than the bun especially if you order the big option(you get a bigger patty on the same bun) fries are always perfectly cooked...they have the shoe string size so i guess its easier to make it crunchy outside. Onion rings are just ok...its the haystack type so depends on preference...i personally want the big breaded onion rings like the ones in red robin. Their sweet potato fries are also good. For burgers, I recommend the new jersey(with blue cheese) and truffle mushroom swiss...and their triple double and classic smash is a good basic option as well. This location is right off of rt 3, located in a strip mall so plenty of parking spaces. Staff is friendly and food tastes good. Considering it's fast food, we really enjoy the taste. Ordered jalapeño burger, Swiss mushroom burger and side of large fries. It was very tasty. The reason why I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because we both got stomach ache after like 2 hours. I simply don't appreciate as a valued customer being rushed, having my cups and receipts thrown at me, nor my food slammed on the table. I busted my ass all day working a 13 hour shift, in seek of a meal and I came here. I chose because the locatopm because the one on rt. 46 in Totowa is even more a a joke. The place use to be a family restaurant where you could relax listen to the up to date music, and create a memory. Been here several times. Has become my go to spot for great burgers! Their burgers are always fresh and juicy. I've tried the Truffle Mushroom Swiss, Sin City, Avocado Club & Jersey Smash and all were great. The fries and onion rings are cooked to perfection everytime. I brought lunch to work today just wanted some fries to go with it. Went into this smash burger as it is in the same shipping complex as my work. Only 1 person working register during lunch rush granted there was only 4 people in line ahead of me. Ordered large smash fries and a drink. It took 14 minutes to make an order of fries and I saw people who ordered after me getting food before me. What a terrible experience. Amazing! The food was perfect & delicious. The female manager/assistant manager was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The mushroom Swiss truffle burger was to die for. I had the 1/2 lb mushroom swiss burger, and I loved It. i'll admit is was a little greasy, but come on its fast food!!! The smash fries and cheese fries where pretty good too. My only complaint is that the burger doesn't come with lettuce or tomatoes or pretty much anything else and the bun can't handle the 1/2lb'er. But regardless, I will definitely be back there again. I've been here three times and after every visit, I get that same feeling- dry mouth that won't go away! It's unbearable. I usually opt for the chicken avocado club and the smashfries seasoned with rosemary and I have to say, both items are subpar. In fact I'd like to say most of their menu options are. I've tasted a couple of their other sandwiches and was not impressed. If you're looking for a burger joint around this area, skip this place and check out Zinburger instead. However, last night the line had 12+ people waiting, but it wasn't until I finally reached the register that they decided to open a second register. Came here a few weeks ago for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Since the place is only two weeks old it was packed. Went with the Create Your Own Burger, right off the bat what I liked is that when you place your order the cashier reads your order back to you. Was very satisfied with the burger. I really liked the way they season the beef. I got the sweet potato fries with my burger because I rarely see those available anywhere. What's good about the CYOB is you have a lot of variety to choose from, even with the bun. The only issues I have are that the booths are not very roomy, and also their signature "smash sauce" didn't taste like anything special. It felt like a combination of Honey Mustard and Mayo so if you don't get it you're not missing much. I like it better than Five Guys and it's on par with Fuddruckers.
