Ordering went smoothly. Paying went smoothly. The amount of time I waited for my food was reasonable for a fast food experience. Drinks (4/5): I usually go with their sweet tea because I love me some sweet tea. This time around, I went with a limited-time option: their banana pudding shake. Dessert in a glass. It tasted the way you would hope it would taste. A solid shake all in all. Food (3/5): I went with a limited time option here too... their hot honey chicken sandwich. Think their fried Whatachicken with a sweet and spicy sauce. I'm a fan of hot honey, especially on pepperoni pizza. Here, unfortunately, it didn't work that well. Whataburger's honey butter chicken biscuit is money in the back. This sandwich, mediocre. Not bad, but not something I would order again. They run specials like $2 off salads on Wednesdays and 2 for $6 selective sandwiches. If you sign up for BK app, they will update you with coupons. I've been off burgers for a while, but I can still find something to eat here. It's good enough for me for a quick bite. I've been having a really bad last couple of days and as I was leaving another failed/turned down event that I drove all the way to bliss for - I wasted time, gas, energy, patience, and my mind. I wanted to scream and cry and just break down. It had been non stop of moments like this, as I was about to exit post I decided to turn into this Burger King. I really want to get her name. I was frantic and the worst trying to make words to order. She was so kind and patient. The shake machine was down and my heart was broken. Then I laid eyes on the coffee section. I babbled over my own tongue. She helped me find my words. She explained the selections since I had no idea they had options! I bleghtsh to hot coffee, opted out of my beloved iced, and tried the (I believe frozen, freeze, blended?) mocha. I was thrilled and she heard it in my voice. When I pulled up she was an angel. I will never forget what she did for me that day. I hope management sees this and I plan to call to find out her name and let the higher ups know. I was at an all time bottom and she took the time at the window to make sure I was ok. I could see her making my mocha perfection because the window was open and she was smiling and giggling with her coworker because it was my first time. I could see her putting her heart into it as she did it. When she layered the chocolate on and it oozes too much out. Her face lit up because it was a bit extra whipped topping to enjoy. This may seem stupid, this may seem like a small interaction. When your life keeps throwing rocks at you and you can't stop crying, all it takes is one person to be patient with you when you're frantic and lost. One person to be happy and do one nice thing for you to make you want to live one more day. Thank you so much, dear stranger.
