I entered this joint to try something different, upon entry was greeted by a friendly cashier who took the order, got a chicken smash burger and my daughter got the double smash with fries. Wait was about 15 mins , which was fine . The place was empty so we chilled. The waitress who brought out the food slapped it down on the table, we had asked for a side of ranch and it wasn't included when we super politely asked her for some she rolled her eyes and walked off returning with a slither of dressing. The chicken burger was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor everything else was on point. First off if I could give it no stars I would. 32.00 for a mushroom burger that was as dry as the dessert. Chicken sandwich that was greasy as a deep fryer and 2 orders of fries that looked like they sat there for days. I brought the food back and they wouldn't give me a refund. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and so far it's been about 20 minutes and my boyfriend and I are 2 of the 4 people inside this establishment. Unfortunately, the place was pretty dirty. Straw wrappers, used napkins, fries, straws, etc under the tables and some right out in the open. If the place was busy I'd understand if it wasn't neat at the time but there was legit four people inside. Ordered food tonight Friday 11/15 on the mobile app. (You would think no human interaction when ordering no confusion, WRONG) one all American burger swap raw onion for grilled onion, NOPE, left raw onion on and piled all on one side of the burger, so my first bite was pure onion, couldn't taste anything else, second bite I realize of the 2 condiments that are on the burger one is missing (no ketchup) luckily ketchup packets were included in the bag. My wife's burger, the Truffle Swiss burger was ordered with extra truffle mayo, they decided lite mayo was better. Extremely slow service ordered a burger and fry's with a side of bbq sauce waited 5 mins then one of the workers goes on break orders food and received it and ate it I waited a total of 25 minutes for a burger and fry's while the workers conversed in the corner (mind you I'm the only customer in the establishment besides the worker on break who already finished eating and is just sitting on their phone now. We ordered online for a takeaway order. My husband went inside to get the order and it was pretty chaotic- lots of people and he wasn't sure where to go to pickup the food. Even though we arrived at our designated pickup time, the order took 10 minutes to come out, and they didn't have the milkshake that was part of our order so he had to ask for it and wait some more. We checked the bags when he got back to the car (kudos for sealed packaging!) and I snagged a fry, which was room temperature at best- even though we just picked them up. The burgers were good and made as ordered, but the fries were disappointing as they were cool and on the soggy side. Our milkshake order ended up being wrong, as we ordered salted caramel but were given vanilla. Considering our experience and the prices (close to $10 per burger with add-ons), we probably won't be back. read more

First time here. We ordered the Double BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger, Smash Tots, and a Chicken Finger Kid's Meal. Service was courteous and friendly and the place was well-kept and clean. I will say that the food was very good. I enjoyed the burger a great deal and would definitely order it again. Everything came out fresh and crispy. However, the wait was LONG. About twenty minutes for our small order. Kudos to Seth at the front counter, as he approached the guys at the kitchen and told them to move things along because we were still waiting. Yesterday I ordered through the smashburger app which routed my delivery to doordash. Everything was fine until the delivery person stole my food and the tip. Mind you I left an $8.75 tip on a $50 order. After this I called smashburger who told me to call doordash. Long story short I had to pay again to get my food delivered. Until today's visit, we had only been to Smashburger once before. This was actually much better than our first visit which, was to another location. I opted for the black bean burger classic and was not disappointed. The burger was generous, and the toppings we're more than enough. On the side, I had a house salad which was surprisingly crisp for spring mix. My wife had a grilled chicken burger which she said was perfectly done. And my daughter had a black bean burger her own way and was very satisfied with it. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We're definitely going back. read more

First time here, got the double classic smash burger with sweet potato fries. They do not have a large menu but our food was fresh and tasted good. It's a little pricey for two burgers and small portion of sweet potato fries, $30. The place has a fast food feel, and your order gets brought out to you. Food was COLD. I don't understand how after waiting because they're "making the fries" the fries given are old and cold. Burgers were also cold. I have been to other smash burgers but this one was terrible. I ordered a Cobb salad and they forgot to give me bacon, when I asked for the bacon, they barely chopped it up. This is a new Smashburger so the place is very clean. The staff members are super friendly. You order at the counter and then pick a table and they will bring your food out to you. I have been here several times now since they opened. The food is just like any other Smashburger. I usually get the New Jersey. Today I saw the $4 "triple double" cheese burger special so I couldn't pass that up. Although it was nowhere near as big as the picture showed it but it's understandable especially only for $4. As far as chain restaurants go, good tasting burger. I usually order the chicken sandwich which includes a "razor thin" piece of chicken for $7. This time I ordered the $4.50 special triple cheeseburger and it was surprisingly good, though a tad small. Still a great deal though for $4.50. Especially since a burnt hockey puck at Five Guys is about $6. Restaurant has very nice decor and seating for a chain hamburger place . Staff is very attentive and helpful . The cashier was very pleasant, but spoke "robot-like" to every customer......"please take survey ", "your order will be smashed fresh ", etc etc. It was actually kind of funny to watch and hopefully they are not hypnotizing their employees ! Reading all the previous reviews and it appears that none of the poor reviews have done anything to help the location improve its service. Ordered online via the app and went in to pick up the order. They told me it would be ready in five minutes. Fifteen minutes later and it still wasn't ready. There were three people working. A customer asked for the tables to be cleaned so she could sit down and eat. One of the Associates making burgers in the back came out to clean the tables. He told me my order would be up in one minute. Five minutes later, it still was not ready. Once it was done and they handed it to me, but I said I also ordered a shake. And no one made it. The girl went back to the register to take orders and the guy went back to making burgers. After standing there for another few minutes, I asked the cashier where my shake was and she said, "he told me I had to keep taking orders." I said I understand that but you're taking orders of people who are walking in the door when I placed my order on the app 30 minutes ago. Why do I have to wait for you to take new orders when I'm still waiting for my sake? And then it was still at least eight minutes before anyone started making my shake. When it was finally handed to me, it was dripping down the sides of the cup and a total mess. This order was for my son, but I personally will not return to this location. read more
