This is my favorite Jersey Mikes. I don't have any photos of my food because I always eat the sandwiches before I remember to take a picture. The workers here are great, shoutout to Melissa, Kevin, Hailey, Sammy, Rose, Gabe, and Sam who are all my favorites because after work I glide in through the door and get phenomenal service (to be clear this is a list of names of every person I've met there, nothing against anyone else there who I may not have met). If I ever move out of state, I fear road trips will be mandatory to this destination. Either that or the most expensive Door Dash order of my life. The seating area is always clean, and napkins are always stocked, drinks and ingredients always topped up, and the chairs are pretty chair-y. Tables are table-y. read more

Stopped by here on a trip with my boyfriend. We were hungry and were looking for a quick bite. He got a turkey sandwich and I ordered a hot portabella mushroom and swiss sandwich. We both loved our sandwiches. They tasted delicious and mine reminds me of a cheesesteak due to the caramelized onions. Highly recommend trying for anyone not eating meat. P. S. First, let me say that the quality of the food and the quality of the service are excellent! However, since my last review, I've dropped the rating by two stars. The reason is that a staple for our family, wraps, is soon to be discontinued at Jersey Mike's. I've been in contact with their customer service, and the response was that they are merely responding to customer request. Since it is highly unlikely that customers have been contacting Jersey Mike's to actively request cancellation of the wraps option, my guess is that Jersey Mike's just isn't seeing as much profit from wraps as they do from conventional sandwiches. Still, restaurants that are growing tend to increase their offerings, rather than decrease them. We live in northern New Jersey, where there are more pizzerias and sub places then you can shake a stick at. In fact, two doors down from this establishment is an excellent restaurant that also makes very good subs... And is willing to make wraps as well. From now on, that's where we are headed. read more

Stopped in here earlier in the day to get a sandwich and boy is this the dirtiest Jersey Mike's I ever visited. I like going to them because they are usually clean , not this one. Floors , tables , preparation are are a disaster. Plenty of help and not busy at all . The preparation are was dirty and the slice machine looks like it had not been cleaned all day . With so many good delis in the area you almost don't want to go to a chain sub shop. This location is great though, love the team that works there. Friendly, efficient and really good subs. When it comes to chain sand which shops, this one is the best. Mobile app works great, order and in 15 mins it's sitting near the door for an easy contactless pick up. Nice job. read more

Yippee, I'm so excited that they finally put Mikes near my house. Although it might become a dangerous as I'm a huge fan of their subs! I originally tried them down in NC years ago so when I went to this location I had high standards of the south's hospitality and they lived up to it. Very welcoming/attentive staff just like I remembered from my experiences in NC. Now to the star of the show, the SUBS. They slice all cold cuts fresh when you order. They have hot and cold signature subs made Mike's Way with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices but you can change them up if you like. I especially like the Classic Italian. If you more into a hot sub go with the Philly cheese steak. It's awesome, perfect amount of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. It comes in a close second to the cheesesteaks you get in Philly. I'm going to give this place 2 stars only because the food is fresh. The amount of meat and cheese you get for what they charge is pitiful. That said, I used the app to order and ordered extra meat and cheese on 3 subs, only to get home and realize they didn't add it. When I called, the girl was rude and told me that I should make my own sub then. Great advice, because that's exactly what I'll be doing from now on. From South Carolina, truck driver running into NJ/NY for the past 3 weeks delivering whatever I could to help. Parked behind a shopping center in NJ specifically to get a Jersey Mike's 13-and after quickly hooking me up with an absolutely rock solid dinner, amazing sub!, the manager and her staff thanked me in a way that almost left me in tears. I really want to like this place because I work very close and there are not a lot of good choices around . But I just can't this is the third time I've tried it and I keep leaving feeling I just have gotten another slice of pizza for lunch instead . I don't eat meat so my choices are limited so I tried the veggie sub. So disappointing they need to give a better assortment for those of us that don't eat meat . Not even black olives?! Very standard Jersey Mike's location. They offer plenty of options, which are all freshly prepared. They're also really good at getting your order to you quickly and always offer you options on dessert. horrible!!! I walked into the store at 8:43pm with total respect and said hello to one gentleman that had his back turned to me after one minute. He purposely ignored me while cleaning the hot stove. After I said hello, he replies "wassss up?" Elxactly like that. My reply was "sorry, you close at 9 right?" Replies yeah like I was bothering him. He then proceeds to call out another co-worker. The second guy comes out also in an irritated fashion holding the blade to the slicer. Both guys treated me like I committed some-type of crime. I repeated again "you are still open right?" I ordered a regular sub, guy purposely gives me a mini sized bread, gives me fewer slices of cold-cuts (I order from Mikes regularly and noticed the difference as he was cutting). Completes the sandwich unwillingly, then when it comes to the drink size the guy points the cups without talking like I'm some kind of stupid person. I have never been treated this way. I'm a director for a large firm in the food industry (Shop Rite) and have never been treated so disrespectful. I will never return to this location. I believe there names were Moe and Ken. If your employees are gonna get annoyed by a customer walking in 16 minutes prior to closing then I suggest you close at 8:30 so that your customers are not treated like crap. Jersey Mike's is the same throughout its numerous locations but the service here seemed to be more pleasant than most. I was greeted as soon as I came in and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was good - I asked for lettuce, pickles and honey mustard and got tomatoes (I hate tomatoes). The place was out of regular drinks, so I ordered a large and was charged for a regular. Good customer service but minor snafu with the order. I went back and forth with the rating. BEST JERSEY MIKE'S SO FAR i ordered a BLT GIANT and a CLUB GIANT yesterday. I had the BLT and my wife had the club with turkey, ham, bacon. They were the absolute best subs we ever had. Going to make this place the go to place for subs. They were awesome!!! The bacon was perfectly cooked, the bread was so fresh and soft. All the ingredients were fresh. Perfection! Super exited that this location is pretty close to my job that I can grab my fix at lunch time! Staff here were super friendly and the service was fast and efficient. There is nothing I hate more than a messy sandwich and Jersey Mike's puts a lot of effort and care into the making of their sandwiches. Not too shabby sub place! Ordered the Big Kahuna Steak Sammach, and it was very yummy!! I'd even go as far as comparing it to a Philly Cheese Steak you get in Philly. I really like how they cook it to order right in front of you, not like Subway and microwave your steak... The peppa's, onions, and mushrooms, with the gooey cheese make this a definate winner!! My only complaint would be the lettuce seemed to be a little old in appearance and when I got home and took a bite of my sandwich, it also tasted old. I just scooped it all off and enjoyed the rest. For a fast food sub joint and a chain, this place is off the charts. To be clear - this is not an Italian deli but a very close second. The #13 original Italian is outstanding - the perfect combination of meats to cheese to lettuce and tomato and oil and vinegar. Good bread - Soft with good taste. The hot sandwiches are tasty but not as good in my opinion. Stick to the cold subs and you can't go wrong. read more
