Customer service: We usually order for delivery through DoorDash but we decided to eat here instead. First and foremost, the customer service is top tier. The cashier was so friendly and sweet from the moment we walked in. We told her we decided to eat in, instead of take out and she came to wipe our table down (even though it already looked very clean) offered fresh soda and brought our bag of food to us. Literally customer service you would receive at a 5 star restaurant. Food: The burgers are so delicious. Everything you expect a smash burger to taste like. Quality ingredients, buttery and rich. I don't recommend getting the mac, we were confused and thought it was a side and not a topping. It was pretty much burnt cheese. The taters were too seasoned too, it was a bit overwhelming. I'm not sure why this spot has such a low rating because I had a great experience. When we arrived, we were immediately helped and placed our order. He even wrote the bathroom code on our receipt in case we needed to wash up, which was nice. There is plenty of seating available, and the restaurant was pretty clean and bright. Onto the food. I like their double Colorado, smash fries, onion rings and sweet potatoes fries. You can make the burgers a double or single patty. Double classic smash consists of American cheese, pickles, lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, smash sauce and ketchup. 10 out of 10, can't go wrong with burger and lots of veggies. Double Colorado: consists of double patty, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, green chiles, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo on a spicy Chipotle bun. I rate it a 9 out of 10, green chilies was not spicy for me but it had great flavor and everything tasted great with each bite. The only thing is they only offer shredded lettuce so they aren't able to do lettuce "buns". So we basically got a deconstructed burger. I come here at least 1-2xs a month and spend $75-$97 . My family and l loved it in the beginning like 3 months ago but each time after the first visit we noticed some issues! So we order online and it seems like after we hit the order button , our food is done in less than 10mins which is fabulous but I think the presentation is suffering! You open your hamburger wrapper and it looks a mess! Like some one regurgitated your hamburger and wrapped it up! Then the portions of tots or Brussels sprouts don't even fill the carton the come in!!?! I will NEVER be coming back here. At first I was disappointed bc the tots we ordered weren't even portioned correctly, half the tots weren't there. Then when I opened my burger I see a hair in it and I completely lost my appetite. When we went back to the restaurant to tell them (it was pickup) the employee was on the phone, saw us, and unbothered kept speaking on the phone. I can tell it was his hair in my burger based off the color, length, and way he was incorrectly wearing his hair net. The burger was cute but taste wise it was alright. Not gross but not amazing. I poured ketchup on the top and bottom of the buns and I don't usually use ketchup. The online sliver rings were cute but I think it was too thin for me. Mainly tasted batter and a bit salty. Portion size was huge on that so added it into my burger. My bf ordered the double smashed burger and smashed seasoned tots. He said the burger was alright but he too was pouring a lot of ketchup into his burger. We both agreed the tots were the best item on the menu but the portion seem to be super small. Service was fine. They have a tv on with sports so my bf enjoyed that. The food didn't wow us. I randomly found a Smashburger gift card hidden in a drawer, while cleaning. I haven't been in several years, but I did remember enjoying it. So...I thought I'd give them another try. The recent Yelp reviews made me nervous...but I wanted to check things out for myself...especially since I had a gift card. My Order: - BBQ Bacon Smashburger (added truffle mayo) - Large Smashfries - Dairy-free Peanut Butter + Vanilla milkshake - Dairy-free Oreo milkshake The burger was good...it was a bit thrown together appearance-wise, but it passed the taste-test. The smashfries were not fresh and my "large" was barely half-filled (see photo). I was really disappointed, because I remember loving their fries and definitely felt cheated by the amount I received vs what I paid for. I ordered my meal to-go, so everything was sealed up. I didn't notice the issue with the fries until I was already back home and ready to eat my meal. Both milkshakes were good. Service: not overly friendly, BUT...my order was ready on time, pick up was seamless, and other than the fries...my order was fulfilled correctly. Love smashburger, but the customer service has been lacking at this location for years and tonight I need to comment on it. I placed an order for pickup, and I went to go get it ONLY when the app told me it was ready. When I arrived, my food was ready but my milkshake was not. There were three boys working at the pickup area tonight, and I had to ask them multiple times for ranch. Then, I was told to wait for my milkshake at the cash register. When I was told this there was already a long line and only one girl working at the front. She was in charge of beers, milkshakes, and the cash register, but did it flawlessly. I had to wait around 10 minutes with my food getting cold for my milkshake. Multiple customers noted on the fact that this girl was working three times as hard as the boys, which is why I am leaving this review. There needs to be more staff and better trained staff, but I want to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service from the girl at the register! read more

There was a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, they have both indoor and outdoor seating but when we arrived there at 9:30 pm Wednesday night, the staff told us that we can only do take out while there were still people sitting and eating in there indoor seating area, I was confused but we did a takeout order anyway. They have a great selection of their burgers and sandwiches so I was really curious what sides and drinks they have but half of the menu screen was not working, I asked them if they can give me a paper menu but the staff said they don't have one... My husband and I were shocked to see how small their food was, for the amount of food we paid for, it was too pricey. We first received our chocolate shake, there wasn't any whipped cream on top, the cup was really small and it wasn't even a full cup. Then we received the rest of our order but the bag seemed too light for me so we decided to check our order before we go and yes they missed our order We told them our fries were missing so we waited for another ten minutes for the fries, I supposed that ten minutes they were making our order so I was waiting patiently and really excited for our smash fries but surprisingly when I tried my fries the moment I received it, it was cold and again it wasn't even full... And their burgers were really small too.
